resumo patente de invenção: "macarrão instantâneo de estrutura de múltiplas camadas e método de fabricação do mesmo". a presente invenção refere-se a um macarrão instantâneo de estrutura de múltiplas camadas fabricado através de etapas para inserir uma folha de macarrão de camada interna entre folhas de macarrão de camada externa, combinar as folhas em uma única folha de macarrão, laminar a única folha de macarrão, formar tiras de macarrão, gelatinizar as tiras de macarrão e secar as tiras de macarrão gelatinizadas; em que a quantidade de sal na folha de macarrão de camada interna é maior que a quantidade de sal nas folhas de macarrão de camada externa.
