Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un fideo instantáneo con estructura multicapa elaborado siguiendo un método por el cual una capa u hoja interior de masa de fideo se prensa entre dos capas exteriores de masa de fideo para combinar las capas de fideo, formando una sola lámina de fideo, extendiendo con rodillo en plano la lámina de fideo para formar tiras de fideos, y las tiras de fideos son gelatinados y secados de tal forma que la cantidad de sal agregada en la hoja o capa interior es mayor que la cantidad de sal agregada en la capa exterior del fideo.
