Abstract

POLIURETANO DERIVADO DE RECURSOS BIOMASSA, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO, E POLIOL POLIÉSTER DERIVADO DE RECURSOS DE BIOMASSA. Um novo poliol poliéster para a obtenção de um poliuretano amigo do ambiente, é facilmente controlável na reação de poliuretano e tem um excelente módulo elástico e elasticidade no poliuretano, enquanto se mantém a resistência ao calor, resistência à intempérie e a resistência à água como características de um poliuretano derivado de um poliol poliéster; e um poliuretano usando este novo poliol poliéster, são fornecidos. A invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de um poliuretano derivado de recursos de biomassa, que compreende: reagir um ácido dicarboxílico e um diol alifático para produzir um poliol poliéster, e reagir o poliol poliéster e um composto de poli-isocianato, onde o ácido dicarboxílico contém pelo menos um componente derivado de recursos de biomassa, um teor de um ácido orgânico no ácido dicarboxílico sendo superior a 0 ppm e não mais que 1000 ppm em relação ao ácido dicarboxílico e um valor de pKa do ácido orgânico a 25ºC não sendo mais que 3,7.
