método de tratamento de biomassa de planta. a presente invenção refere-se à biomassa de planta que é imersa em uma solução que contêm um solvente polar e um sal de imidazol, que tem um ponto de fusão de pelo menos 100° c. como resultado, a celulase e a hemicelulase presentes na biomassa de planta são relaxadas (descristalizadas e despolimerizadas) e trazidas para um estado fácil-de-degradar. reação da biomassa de planta imersa com uma celulase produz sacarídeo em uma eficiência de conversão alta.
