Abstract

Modalidades de la presente descripción proporcionan una composición para la formación de una espuma de poliuretano y un método para la formación de la espuma de poliuretano usando la composición. La espuma de poliuretano incluye un poliol formulado, un isocianato y un agente de soplado. El poliol formulado incluye 60 por ciento en peso (% en peso) a 80% en peso de un poliéter poliol; y 10% en peso a 25% en peso de un poliéster poliol aromático, donde el % en peso se basa en un peso total del poliol formulado, y donde el poliol formulado tiene una funcionalidad de mezcla de poliol de 3.8 a 5.5.
