Abstract
conjugados de peptídeo/ polietilenoglicol liga dos a dissulfeto para a transfecção de ácidos nucleicos. a presente invenção refere-se a molécula polimérica veículo inventiva de acordo com a fórmula geral (i) e suas variações, a qual permite a transfecção eficiente de ácidos nucleicos em células in vivo e in vitro, um complexo de carga veículo polimérico formado por meio de um ácido nucleico e por meio da molécula polimérica veículo inventive, mas também aos métodos de preparação dessa molécula polimérica veículo inventiva e do complexo de carga veículo polimérico inventivo. a presente invenção também refere-se métodos de aplicação e uso desta molécula polimérica veículo inventiva e o complexo carga veículo polimérico inventivo como um medicamento, para o tratamento de várias doenças, e na preparação de uma composição farmacêutica para o tratamento de tais doenças.
