Abstract

"FORMULAçõES DE TONER". A presente invenção refere-se a toner eletrostático em pó, seco, com uma resina de poliéster como aglutinante, pigmento como corante, ingredientes de controle de carga, cera de polietileno como agente de liberação e elementos divididos de modo especialmente fino para aperfeiçoar o fluxo e limpar a lâmina raspadora, sendo que um elemento dividido de modo especialmente fino é óxido de titânio acicular de rutílio hidrofílico com tratamento de superfície com óxido de alumínio, sendo que as duas sílicas são misturadas dentro da massa do toner, sendo que uma tem uma área de superfície BET de aproximadamente 30 m^ 2^/g e a outra, uma área de superfície BET de aproximadamente 380 m^ 2^/gm; e um agente de controle de carga negativo de complexo de organoboro é misturado com um sal de amónio quaternário de um composto de silicato de alumínio como controle de carga negativo.
