Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A PREVENçãO OU REDUçãO DE TURVAçãO EM BEBIDAS". A invenção refere-se a um método para a prevenção ou redução de turvação em uma bebida através da adição de uma endoprotease prolila específica e novas bebidas obteníveis por meio do método como definido na invenção. Ela também refere-se a novas endoproteases. Informação de seq³ência de um DNA genómico, CDNA, bem como seq³ências de proteína.
