Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA DISPERSãO DE MICROCáPSULAS, DISPERSãO DE MICROCáPSULAS, E, USO DA MESMA". Um método é apresentado para a produção de uma dispersão de microcápsulas, mediante condensação de uma resina de melaminaformaldeído parcialmente metilada, com uma relação molar de melamina:formaldeído:metanol de 1:3,0:2,0 a 1:6,0:4,0, em água, em que o material de formação do núcleo da cápsula, essencialmente insolúvel em água, disperso, na presença de um sal de metal alcalino de um homo- ou copolímero de ácido 2-acrilamido-2-metilpropano-sulfónico, em um valor de pH de 3 a 6,5, por pré-formação das microcápsulas em uma temperatura de 20 a 50<198>C e subseq³ente endurecimento da parede da cápsula das microcápsulas pré-formadas em > 50 a 100<198>C. O método é caracterizado em que de 5 a 100% em peso de melamina, com base na resina de melamina-formaldeído, são adicionados durante o endurecimento. As dispersões de microcápsulas são de teor de formaldeído reduzido e de baixa viscosidade.
