Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PNEUMáTICOS, UTILIZAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA E DE UM óXIDO DE TITâNIO, PROCESSO PARA REFORçAR UMA COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA DIêNICA UTILIZáVEL PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PNEUMáTICOS, ARTIGO DE BORRACHA, PNEUMáTICO E BANDA DE RODAGEM". Composição de borracha utilizável para a fabricação de pneumáticos, comportando pelo menos (i) um elastómero diênico, (ii) uma carga branca a título de carga de reforço e (iii) um agente de acoplamento (carga branca/elastómero), caracterizada pelo fato de que a dita carga branca é constituída no todo ou em parte por um óxido de titânio tendo as seguintes características: (a) ela comporta mais de 0,5% em massa de um elemento metálico que não o titânio escolhido no grupo constituído por Al, Fe, Si, Zr ou por uma mistura destes elementos; (b) sua superfície específica BET está compreendida entre 20 e 200 m²/g; (c) seu tamanho médio (em massa) de partículas denotada d~ w~ está compreendida entre 20 a 400 nm; (d) sua velocidade de desaglomeração, denotada <244>, medida no teste dito de desaglomeração aos ultrassons, a 100% de potência de uma sonda ultrassons de 600 W, é superior a 2.10-² Ám-¹/s. Utilização de uma composição de borracha de acordo com a invenção para a fabricação de artigos em borracha, particularmente de pneumáticos ou de produtos semi-acabados em borracha destinados a estes pneumáticos. A composição da invenção é notadamente usada para a fabricação de pneumáticos coloridos de artigos semi-acabados tais como bandas de rodagem ou flancos de pneumáticos.
