Abstract
La presente se refiere a un proceso para la producción de materiales cerámicos, en particular de materiales refractarios que tienen una reducida densidad relativa. En particular, la presente se refiere a un proceso para la producción de materiales refractarios ligeros, que tienen poros no contiguos basados en materiales configurados y sin configurar. Estos materiales se pueden utilizar como revestimiento de trabajo en aplicaciones de alta temperatura. El proceso se basa en la producción de poros esféricos, cerrados y aislados en la microestructura del material. Los poros que tienen un diámetro de poro que se puede ajustar de forma dirigida se generan mediante el uso de partículas de polímero, en particular polimetacrilatos, en particular polímeros o copolímeros preparados mediante polimerización en suspensión, como formadores de poros que pueden ser destruidos por combustión. Los polímeros o copolímeros se hallan presentes en la forma de pequeñas esferas que tienen un diámetro definido. La introducción de poros esféricos aislados permite la producción de materiales cerámicos que tienen una densidad relativa a veces significativamente reducida y una resistencia a la corrosión mejorada y una mejor resistencia mecánica en comparación con la técnica anterior. Simultáneamente, el sistema de poros cerrado, específico, de poro cerrado, contribuye a la reducción de la conductividad térmica de los materiales cerámicos. Además, el proceso tiene la ventaja de que no hay riesgo de formación de núcleos negros no deseables, incluso en la producción de producción cerámicos de paredes gruesas.
