Abstract
Un proceso integrado para preparar un compuesto aromático substituido por alquileno C2-5, utilizando como materias primas un compuesto aromático C6-12 yalcano C2-5. El proceso comprende la alimentacion de un alcano C2-5, por ejemplo etano, y un compu esto aromático substituido por alquilo C2-5, por ejemploetilbenceno, a un reactor de deshidrogenacion para la deshidrogenacion concurrente a un alqueno C2-5, por ejemplo etileno, y un compuesto aromático substituidopor alquenilo C2-5, por ejemplo est ireno; separar el efluente de deshidrogenacion para recuperar una corriente gaseosa que contiene alqueno, hidrogeno y alcanoy para recuperar los aromáticos con alta eficiencia; alimentar la corriente de gas y un compuesto aromático C6-12 a reactor de alquilacion para obtener elcompuesto aromático aubstituido por alquilo C2-5 correspondiente, el cual es reciclado al reactor de deshidrogenacion; sometiendo la corriente de ventilacionde la unidad de alquilacion que contiene alcano e hidrogeno, a un paso de separacion para recuperar alcano, el cual es reciclado a la unidad dedeshidrogenacion; hidrogeno, el cual es recuperado en un grado de pureza química de 99 por ciento; y energía.
