Abstract
"PROCESSO INTEGRADO PARA PRODUZIR UM COMPOSTO AROMáTICO SUBSTITUìDO COM ALQUENILA". Um processo integrado de preparação de um composto aromático substítuido com alquenila de C~ 2-5~ usando um composto aromático de C~ 6-12~ e um alcano de C~ 2-5~ como matérias-primas. O processo envolve alimentar um alcano de C~ 2-5~, por exemplo etano, e um composto aromático substituído com alquila de C~ 2-5~, por exemplo etilbenzeno, num reator de desidrogenação para desidrogenação simultânea até um alceno de C~ 2-5~, por exemplo etileno, e um composto aromático substituído com alquenila de C~ 2-5~, por exemplo estireno; separar o efluente de desidrogenação para recuperar uma corrente gasosa contendo alceno, hidrogênio, e alcano, e para recuperar os aromáticos com eficiência elevada; alimentara corrente gasosa e um composto aromático de C~ 6-12~ num reator de alquilação para obter o composto aromático substituído com alquila de C~ 2-5~ correspondente, que é reciclado para o reator de desidrogenação; submeter a corrente de saída da unidade de alquilação contendo alcano e hidrogênio a uma etapa de separação para recuperar o alcano, que é reciclado para a unidade de desidrogenação; o hidrogênio que é recuperado a uma pureza de grau químico de 99% e energia.
