Abstract

Il procedimento per ottenere olefine leggere dalle corrispondenti paraffine consiste nel far reagire in un reattore, operando ad una temperatura compresa fra 450 e 800° C, ad una pressione fra 0,1 e 3 Atm assolute e con una velocità spaziale GHSV fra 100 e 10000 h-1, dette paraffine con un sistema catalitico contenente gallio, platino, eventualmente uno o più metalli alcalini o alcalino terrosi, ed un supporto di allumina, in fase delta o teta oppure in miscela di fasi delta + teta o teta + alfa o delta + teta + alfa, modificata con silice.Essendo il gallio, espresso come Ga2O3, in quantità compresa fra lo 0,1 ed il 33,6% in peso, il platino in quantità compresa fra 1 e 99 ppm, i metalli alcalini o alcalino terrosi, espressi come ossido, in quantità compresa fra 0 e 5% in peso, la silice in quantità compresa fra 0,08 e il 3% in peso, essendo il resto a 100 allumina.E nel rigenerare detto sistema catalitico in un rigeneratore, bruciando il coke depositatosi sulla sua superficie, senza successivamente ridurlo.
