Claims (11)
- 공정을a) 스팀존재하, H2O/3급 에테르의 몰비를 2내지 8로 하고b) 티타늄, 지르코늄과 하프늄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 금속 또는 금속화합물로 구성되는 적어도 하나 부가제를 첨가한 알루미나를 갖는 촉매 존재하에, 금속원소로서 표현된 금속 또는 금속의 화합물의 함량이 알루미나에 대해 중량 0.01내지 5%사이로 구성되며 금속 또는 금속 화합물 첨가후 언급한 알루미나는 표면적을 80내지 300㎡/g을 갖는 조건하에 진행시켜 다음구조식(Ⅱ)의 상응하는 3급 에테르를 분해시켜 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 3급 올레핀을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서기 R1,R2와 R3는 동일하거나 또는 다르며 알킬 아릴알킬, 아릴과 알킬아릴기로 구성된 그룹으로 선택되며 R2와 R은 임의로 수소원자이다.
- 알루미나의 표면적이 100내지 250㎡/g 인 청구범위 1에 따른 공정.
- 0.11내지 2MPa압력하, 100내지 500℃온도에서, 촉매의 체적당과 시간당 액체 방출이 0.1내지 10체적인 시간당 액체공간 속도로, H2O/3급 에테르의 몰비를 2.5내지 4로 하여 전도시키는 청구범위 2에 따른 공정.
- 압력이 0.4내지 1MPa, 온도가 200내지 350℃이고 공간 속도가 0.7내지 3인 청구범위 3에 따른 공정.
- 금속 원소로서 표현된 금속 또는 금속화합물의 함량이 알루미나에 대해 0.01내지 1%인 청구범위 1에 따른 공정.
- 산함량이 0.015내지 0.5인 청구범위 5에 따른 공정.
- 금속이 티타늄인 청구범위 1에 따른 공정.
- 금속이 지르코늄인 청구범위 1에 따른 공정.
- 금속이 하프늄인 청구범위 1에 따른 공정.
- 원하는 3급 올레핀을 포함하는 올레핀성 유분을 알콜로 처리하여 얻어진 생성물인 출발에테르를 증류에 의해 분리시켜 원하는 3급 올레핀에 상응하는 특별히 3급 에테르를 생성하는 청구범위 1내지 9의 하나에 따른 공정.
- 이소부텐을 얻기 위해서 메틸 3급-부틸에테르를 분해시키는 청구범위 1내지 10의 하나에 따른 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
