Abstract

삼차 올레핀과 일차 알콜을 반응시켜 에테르 생성물을 생성하기 위한 에테르화 방법이 기재되어 있다. 에테르화 방법은 에테르 화합물을 생성하고 감소된 에너지 소비의 삼차 올레핀 화합물의 에테르화 방법에 있어 높은 전환율을 제공하기 위한 두 반응기 단계를 포함한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 제1에테르화 반응 영역내에서 알콜 및 삼차 올레핀으로 구성되는 공급 스트림을 제1산촉매와 접촉시켜 에테르, 삼차 올레핀, 및 알콜로 구성되는 제1반응 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 제1반응 혼합물을, 그를 알콜로 구성되는 제1오버헤드 스트림, 에테르로 구성되는 제1잔액 스트림, 및 삼차 올레핀으로 구성되는 중간 스트림으로 분리하기 위한 분리 수단을 통과시키고, 에테르로 구성되는 제2반응 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 제2에테르화 영역내에서 상기 제1오버헤드 스트림과 제2산촉매를 접촉시키고, 상기 중간 스트림을 상기 공급스트림에 도입하고, 및 상기 제2반응 혼합물을 알콜로 구성되는 제2오버헤트 스트림 및 에테르로 구성되는 제2잔액 스트림으로 분리함으로 구성되는, 알킬 삼차 알킬 에테르 화합물을 생성하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알콜이 메탄올인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삼차 올레핀이 이소부틸렌, 이소아밀렌 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에테르가 메틸 삼차 부틸 에테르(MTBE), 메틸 삼차 아밀 에테르(TAME), 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제1-4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1에테르화 반응 영역 및 상기 제2에테르화 반응 영역내에서 접촉된 상기 알콜 대 상기 삼차 올레핀의 몰비가 약 0.5 : 1 내지 약 4 : 1인 방법.
  6. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1에테르화 반응 영역 및 상기 제2에테르화 반응 영역내의 방법 조건이 온도가 약30℃ 내지 약 120℃이고 압력이 약30paig 내지 약300paig일 정도인 방법.
  7. 제1-4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제1에테르화 반응 영역 및 상기 제2에테르화 반응 영역으로의 공급물의 액체 시간당 공간 속도가 약 1시간-1내지 약 20시간-1인 방법.
  8. 제1-4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제2잔액 스트림을 상기 분리수단으로 통과시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2반응 혼합물의 일부를 상기 분리 수단으로 통과시킴을 포함하는 방법.
