Abstract

본 발명은 불포한 탄화수소의 선택적 수소첨가 반응에 유용한 신규 촉매에 관한 것이다. 상기 촉매는 칼륨 및 인듐으로 구성된 ⅢA족 금속중에서 선택된 원소에 의해 미리 변성시킨 지지체상에 Ⅷ족 금속이 침착된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (11)

  1. 칼륨 및 인듐중에서 선택된 하나이상의 ⅢA족 금속 및 하나이상의 Ⅷ족 금속이 지지체상에 침착된 촉매로서, 하기 a) 내지 c) 단계를 통해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 : a) ⅢA족 화합물 용액에 지지체를 함침시키되, 상기 ⅢA족 화합물의 금속농도는 ⅢA족 금속양이 0.01 내지 10중량%로 고정되도록 선택되는 단계; b) 상기 수득된 생성물을 Ⅷ족 화합물 용액에 함침시키되, 상기 금속농도는 Ⅷ족 금속의 양이 0.01 내지 10중량%로 고정되도록 선택되는 단계; c) 상기 수득된 생성물을 110℃ 내지 600℃에서 하소처리하는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생성물이 상기 b)단계 이전에 110℃ 내지 600℃하의 산화 매질중에서 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산화매질중에서의 열처리 이후 수득된 생성물이 상기 단계 b) 이전에 환원처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅷ족 금속이 팔라듐, 플라티늄 및 니켈중에서 선택되는 촉매.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 실리카 알루미나, 알루미네이트, 또는 혼합 알칼리 금속 알루미네이트, 알칼리 토금속의 알루미네이트, 아연 알루미네이트 또는 카드뮴 알루미네이트로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 촉매.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅷ족 금속의 농도가 0.2 내지 5중량%인 촉매.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 ⅢA족 금속의 농도가 0.1 내지 5중량%인 촉매.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 Ⅷ족 금속에 의한 부가의 ⅢA족 금속원소의 몰비가 0.3 내지 5인 촉매.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 몰비가 0.2 내지 2인 촉매.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항의 촉매를 탄화수소 층전물의 전환 반응에 사용하는 방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 불포화 디올레핀 및/또는 아세틸렌 화합물을 포함한 층전물의 선택적 수소 첨가반응에 사용하는 방법.
