Abstract
본 발명은 기체상 C2또는 C3아세틸렌형 탄화수소 화합물을 이에 상응하는 에틸렌형 탄화수소 화합물로 선택적으로 수소화시키는 방법에 있어서, 팔라듐, 주기율표상의 하나 이상의 IB족 금속 및 알루미나를 포함하는 소구체 또는 압출물 형태의 촉매상에서 수소의 존재하에 C2및 C3하나 이상의 아세틸렌형 탄화수소 화합물을 포함하는 기체상 공급물을 통과시키는 것을 포함하고, 이때, IB족 금속 대 팔라듐의 중량비는 0.05 내지 0.4이며, 80중량% 이상의 팔라듐 및 80중량% 이상의 IB족 금속이 촉매 소구체 또는 압출물의 평균 반경에 해당하는 반경 r1의 구면 또는 원통형 면 및 0.8r1이상에 해당하는 반경 r2의 구면 또는 원통형 면에 의해 한정되는 촉매 둘레의 부피내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 및 이 방법에 사용하기 위한 촉매에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)
- 기체상 C2또는 C3아세틸렌형 탄화수소 화합물을 이에 상응하는 에틸렌형 탄화수소 화합물로 선택적으로 수소화시키는 방법에 있어서, 팔라듐, 주기율표상의 하나 이상의 IB족 금속 및 알루미나를 포함하는 소구체 또는 압출물 형태의 촉매상에서 수소의 존재하에 C2및 C3하나 이상의 아세틸렌형 탄화수소 화합물을 포함하는 기체상 공급물을 통과시키는 것을 포함하고, 이때, IB족 금속 대 팔라듐의 중량비는 0.05 내지 0.4이며, 80중량% 이상의 팔라듐 및 80중량% 이상의 IB족 금속이 촉매 소구체 또는 압출물의 평균 반경에 해당하는 반경 r1의 구면 또는 원통형 면 및 0.8r1이상에 해당하는 반경 r2의 구면 또는 원통형 면에 의해 한정되는 촉매 둘레의 부피내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 촉매에서, 상기 알루미나의 비표면적이 5 내지 150㎡/g이고; 팔라듐 함량이 0.01 내지 0.5중량%이고; IB족 금속 함량이 0.001 내지 0.02중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나의 비표면적이 5 내지 60㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 IB족 금속이 은인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 IB족 금속 대 팔라듐의 중량비가 0.05 내지 0.25인 것을특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 부가로 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매에서, 팔라듐상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 원자비가 2 내지 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 촉매내의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 함량이 0.05 내지 0.2중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 팔라듐, 주기율표상의 하나 이상의 IB족 금속 및 알루미나를 포함하고 , IB족 금속 대 팔라듐의 중량비는 0.05 내지 0.25이며, 80중량% 이상의 팔라듐 및 80중량% 이상의 IB족 금속이 촉매 소구체 또는 압출물의 평균 반경에 해당하는 반경 r1의 구면 또는 원통형 면 및 0.8r1이상에 해당하는 반경 r2의 구면 또는 원통형 면에 의해 한정되는 촉매 둘레의 부피내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소구체 또는 압출물 형태의 촉매.
- 제9항에서, 상기 알루미나의 비표면적이 5 내지 150㎡/g이고; 팔라듐 함량이 0.01 내지 0.5중량%이고; IB족 금속 함량이 0.001 내지 0.02중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나의 비표면적이 5 내지 60㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 IB족 금속이 은인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 부가로 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리토금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 대 팔라듐의 원자비가 2 내지 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 촉매내의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 함량이 0.05 내지 0.2중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
