Abstract

Opisana je stabilna mikrosferna kompozicija koja sadrži mast ili vosak ili njihove smese biološki aktivan protein, peptid ili polipeptid; i ulje, semi-tečnu mast, derivat masne kiseline ili njihove smese. Opisan je takodje i postupak za spravljanje te mikrosferne kompozicije. I on obuhvata mešanje oko 1 do 30 mas.% ulja, semi-tečne masti, derivata masne kiseline ili njihove smese, pre nego što ta smesa očvrsne. Takva smesa, pored ulja koje je glicerol ulje, sadrži 30 do 95 mas.% masti ili voska ili njihove smese i 2 do 70 mas.% biološki aktivnog proteina, kao što je hormon rasta, peptida ili polipeptida.
