Claims (7)
- 乗客コンベアにおいて、既設安全装置を新設安全装置に更新する安全装置更新工程と、
前記安全装置更新工程の後、前記乗客コンベアの既設駆動機を新設駆動機に更新するとともに、前記乗客コンベアの既設制御盤を新設制御盤に更新する駆動機及び制御盤更新工程と、
を備えた乗客コンベアのリニューアル方法。 - 前記乗客コンベアにおいて、新設中継箱と既設繋ぎ箱とを電気的に接続する中継箱接続工程、
を備え、
前記安全装置更新工程は、前記既設繋ぎ箱との電気的接続から前記既設安全装置を解放し、前記新設中継箱に前記新設安全装置を電気的に接続する工程を含み、
前記駆動機及び制御盤更新工程は、前記安全装置更新工程の後、前記既設繋ぎ箱と前記既設制御盤との電気的接続から前記既設駆動機を解放し、前記既設繋ぎ箱との電気的接続から前記既設制御盤を解放し、前記新設中継箱に新設繋ぎ箱を電気的に接続し、前記新設繋ぎ箱に前記新設駆動機を電気的に接続し、前記新設駆動機と前記新設繋ぎ箱とに前記新設制御盤を電気的に接続する工程を含む請求項1に記載の乗客コンベアのリニューアル方法。 - 前記乗客コンベアにおいて、新設中継箱と既設繋ぎ箱とを電気的に接続する中継箱接続工程、

前記安全装置更新工程は、前記既設繋ぎ箱との電気的接続から前記既設安全装置を解放し、前記新設中継箱に前記新設安全装置を電気的に接続する工程を含み、
前記駆動機及び制御盤更新工程は、前記安全装置更新工程の後、前記既設繋ぎ箱と前記既設駆動機との電気的接続から前記既設制御盤を解放し、前記既設繋ぎ箱との電気的接続から前記既設駆動機を解放し、前記新設中継箱に新設繋ぎ箱を電気的に接続し、前記新設繋ぎ箱に前記新設制御盤を電気的に接続し、前記新設制御盤と前記新設繋ぎ箱とに前記新設駆動機を電気的に接続する工程を含む請求項1に記載の乗客コンベアのリニューアル方法。 - 前記安全装置更新工程は、前記既設繋ぎ箱との電気的接続から複数の既設安全装置の一つを解放し、前記新設中継箱に複数の新設安全装置の一つを電気的に接続することで、前記既設制御盤により前記乗客コンベアを運転し得る状態に維持する工程を含む請求項2または請求項3に記載の乗客コンベアのリニューアル方法。
- 前記中継箱接続工程は、前記乗客コンベアの上部において複数の新設中継箱の一方と複数の既設繋ぎ箱の一方とを複数の新設ケーブルの一方を介して電気的に接続し、前記乗客コンベアの下部において複数の新設中継箱の他方と複数の既設繋ぎ箱の他方とを前記複数の新設ケーブルの他方を介して電気的に接続する工程を含む請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の乗客コンベアのリニューアル方法。
- 前記中継箱接続工程は、前記既設繋ぎ箱と前記既設安全装置に電気的に接続されたコネクタと新設アダプタとを電気的に接続し、前記新設アダプタと前記新設ケーブルとを電気的に接続する工程を含む請求項5に記載の乗客コンベアのリニューアル方法。
- 前記中継箱接続工程は、前記新設アダプタにおいて前記新設ケーブルとの電気的接続から複数の既設安全装置の各々を独立して解放する工程を含む請求項6に記載の乗客コンベアのリニューアル方法。
