- the second fastening member 40 can be temporarily held by being hooked on the base portion 21 of the first fastening member 20.
- the operation of temporarily holding the second fastening member 40 on the first fastening member 20 can also be easily performed with one hand.
- the second connection ring 42 of the second fastening member 40 has a shape that presents a circular part or an elliptical part in plan view. For this reason, even if the second fastening member 40 is held, for example, in a posture obliquely inclined with respect to the front-rear direction, the operation of temporarily holding the first fastening member 20 can be easily and smoothly performed.
- the relatively short base-side connecting portion 26 is inserted into the insertion hole 42 a of the second connecting ring 42.
- the conventional fastener 150 shown in FIG. 16 it is necessary to perform an operation of inserting the first connecting portion 151 a into the entire movable-side main body portion 152 b for a long time.
- such an operation is not performed in the first embodiment. Therefore, when the base-side connecting portion 26 is inserted into the insertion hole 42a of the second connecting ring 42, the relative movement between the second connecting ring 42 and the base-side connecting portion 26 is less likely to be hindered. Therefore, the temporary holding operation can be performed smoothly with one hand.
- the second fastening member 40 is less likely to come off from the first fastening member 20. Furthermore, even when both the first fastening member 20 and the second fastening member 40 are not held by fingers, the weight of the chain member 5 causes the first fastening member 20 and the second fastening member 40 to move away from each other. Pulled. Therefore, the temporary holding state of the second fastening member 40 can be easily and stably maintained.
- the movable portion 31 of the first fastening member 20 is rotated in a direction to approach the base-side main body portion 22. Thereby, the movable-side connecting portion 35 of the movable portion 31 is brought into contact with the base-side connecting portion 26.

- the first fastening member 20 and the second fastening member 40 connected to each other receive a force that is pulled in a direction away from each other by the weight of the chain member 5. Therefore, a structural effect that the state in which the second connection ring 42 is in contact with the base-side connection portion 26 of the first fastening member is easily maintained is also obtained. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent, for example, a situation in which the second connection ring 42 of the second fastening member 40 presses the movable portion 31 of the first fastening member 20 in the opening direction and rotates the movable portion 31 of the first fastening member 20 due to some bounce. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the first fastening member 20 and the second fastening member 40 from being separated without permission.
- the movable portion 31 rotates to a position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1 due to an unintended external force, for example, the movable portion 31 cannot be further opened due to being pulled by the chain member 5. Absent.
