具体实施方式
下面参考图1-图18描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的车门系统。本发明实施例的车门系统可以安装于车辆的车体100。
如图1-图18所示,本发明实施例的车门系统包括顶门3和侧门4。
具体地,顶门3开闭车体顶部100b的第一开口(顶门门洞11)。侧门 4包括侧门门体41和侧窗42,侧门门体41开闭车体100的侧围100a的第二开口12aa,侧窗42安装于侧门门体41上,侧窗42的顶边缘和侧边缘被配置为无边框,当侧门门体41关闭第二开口时,侧窗42能够相对侧门门体41升降,以开闭车体100的侧围100a的第三开口12ab,其中,第三开口12ab位于第二开口12aa的上方,第二开口12aa和第三开口12ab连通形成侧门门洞12,第一开口(顶门门洞11)、第二开口12aa和第三开口12ab连通。
另外,顶门3具有与车体顶部100b连接的第五边沿31,顶门3以第五边沿31为转轴开闭车体顶部100b的第一开口;侧门门体41可以具有与车体100的侧围100a连接的第六边沿411,侧门门体41以第六边沿411为转轴开闭车体100侧面的第二开口12aa。
可以理解的是,侧窗42可以设于侧门门体41的上方,且侧窗42可以相对侧门门体41升降。通过控制侧窗42的升降,以打开或关闭第三开口12ab。需要说明的是,“无边框”可以为本领域技术人员所理解,即在侧门4的上半部(侧窗42的打开位置)被设置成无框而仅有车门玻璃的形式,也就是说,侧窗42可以单独采用整块玻璃并且可伸缩地设置于侧门门体41上。
在一个示例中,顶门3可以为采用玻璃制造而成。在其他示例中,顶门3也可以采用金属材料或其他非金属材料制造而成,本发明对此不作具体限定。
根据本发明实施例的车门系统,通过将侧窗42的顶边缘和侧边缘配置为无边框结构,可以通过控制侧窗42的升降,实现顶门3和侧门门体41能够分别单独打开;另外,在侧门门体41关闭第二开口12aa的情况下,可以实现第三开口12ab单独打开或者第一开口和第三开口12ab同时打开的车门打开模式,从而使车门系统的打开方式更加灵活,满足了驾驶员或乘客的多种使用需求并且可以获得更大的视野范围。进一步地,当顶门3和侧门门体41同时打开的模式下,可以增大驾驶员或乘客的上下车空间, 方便进出车体100。
相关技术中的汽车在下雨或者清洗时,水容易从门缝位置进入车体内,由于车门和门洞被分割为不同的部分,车门防水的难度较大。
为避免这一问题,如图5所示,本发明实施例的车门系统在顶门门洞11的边沿设置有顶门门洞密封件131,在侧门门洞12边沿设置有侧门门洞密封件132,顶门门洞密封件131与侧门门洞密封件132连接形成封闭的环,作为门洞1的外边沿密封。当顶门3关闭时,顶门3的第一边沿32上的密封件133和顶门门洞密封件131和/或角窗侧边沿的密封件134连接形成封闭的环,共同构成对顶门门洞11的密封;顶门3第一边沿上的密封件133和侧门门洞密封件132和/或角窗侧边沿的密封件134连接形成封闭的环,共同构成对侧门门洞12的密封。
在一种实施方式中,如图4所示,车体100具有门洞1,门洞1包括顶门门洞11和侧门门洞12,其中,第一开口形成于顶门门洞11,第二开口12aa和第三开口12ab形成于侧门门洞12。
具体地,车体100包括侧围100a、车体顶部100b和车体尾部100c。顶门门洞11形成于车体顶部100b,侧门门洞12形成于车体侧围100a。侧门4与侧门门洞12的边缘连接以开闭侧门门洞12,顶门3与顶门门洞11的边缘连接以开闭顶门门洞11。
使用时,顶门3和侧门4可同时动作,以同时打开顶门门洞11和侧门门洞12,或者同时关闭顶门门洞11和侧门门洞12,或者在打开顶门门洞11和侧门门洞12中的一个的同时关闭另一个。顶门3和侧门4也可分别动作,使顶门门洞11和侧门门洞12中一个在被打开或关闭的过程中,另一个维持打开或关闭的状态。
进一步地,顶门3和侧门4可分别进行动作,在晴好天气乘客或驾驶员在上下车时,可使顶门3和侧门4同时打开,方便乘客或驾驶员上下车。在雨雪天乘客或驾驶员上下车时,可只对侧门4进行操作,使侧门4打开或关闭侧门门洞12,同时不对顶门3进行操作,使顶门门洞11始终处于 关闭状态,进而避免雨雪从处于打开状态的顶门门洞11进入车体100内部。另外,顶门3也可单独打开以实现天窗功能。
需要说明的是,相关技术中的具有蝴蝶门、顶罩门、鸥翼门和鹰翼门的汽车,因为门的顶部结构和侧部结构相连接,需要顶部和侧部同时打开才能实现车门开启,在雨雪天气开启车门时,雨雪会从开启的顶部进入车体内。进一步的,相关技术中的汽车的顶门上常会形成积水,在雨雪天气后启动顶门打开第一开口时,积水通常会从顶门与第一开口的边缘的位置进入车体内,对车体内造成污染。
而根据本发明实施例的车门系统,顶门3和侧门4可以分别进行动作,在雨雪天气以及雨后积水情况下,能够通过车辆传感器探测,并通过车门控制器内置逻辑控制顶门3在对应场景下不开启,只单独开启侧门4。这不但能够避免顶门3在关闭第一开口时雨雪从顶门3与第一开口的边缘之间进入车体100内,还能够避免在顶门3打开第一开口的过程中,顶门3上的积水从顶门3与第一开口的边缘之间进入车体100内。
需要说明的是,相关技术中的具有蝴蝶门、顶罩门、鸥翼门和鹰翼门的汽车,因为门的顶部结构和侧部结构相连接,需要顶部和侧部同时打开才能实现车门开启,因此在出现翻车事故后,由于车顶部分被压住或其他原因使车门难以完全打开,进行营救比较困难。而根据本发明实施例的车门系统,顶门3和侧门4可以分别进行动作,在出现翻车事故进行营救时,可只打开顶门3或侧门4,受空间或其他因素限制较小,较容易实施营救。
再者,相关技术中的蝴蝶门、顶罩门、鸥翼门和鹰翼门在开启关闭时通常是绕车辆水平方向进行翻转运动,车门上无法储物。而在本实施例中,由于顶门3与侧门4分开设置,可在侧门4上设置储物空间,方便储物。
在一些实施方式中,如图1-图16所示,车体100具有中心平面,该中心平面在车体100的长度方向和高度方向上延展,车体100以该中心平面为对称面呈镜像对称。这不但使乘客或驾驶员能够从车体100的两侧上下车,而且,该车体100的对称结构还便于汽车的制造。
门洞1可以为多个且分别设置于车体100的两侧,需要说明的是,车体100两侧的门洞1可以设置为关于中心平面对称的形式,也可以设置为关于中心平面交错排列的形式。
为使车体100通过顶门门洞11能够在车体顶部100b具有一个较大的敞开空间,优选地,侧围100a有两个,两个侧围100a分别位于车体100的相对两侧。
在一种实施方式中,如图6所示,侧门门洞12包括对称设置的第一侧门门洞12a和第二侧门门洞,第二侧门门洞在车体100的左右方向上与第一侧门门洞12a对称设置。侧门4包括对称设置的第一侧门4a和第二侧门,第二侧门在车体100的左右方向上与第一侧门对称设置,第一侧门4a用于开闭第一侧门门洞12a,第二侧门用于开闭第二侧门门洞。顶门3与第一侧门门洞12a的顶边缘或第二侧门门洞的顶边缘连接。
具体地,第一侧门门洞12a和第二侧门门洞分别设于两个侧围100a上,顶门门洞11从一个侧围100a所在的位置延伸至另一个侧围100a所在的位置。这使得顶门门洞11被完全打开后,车体顶部100b具有在汽车宽度方向上被完全打开或几乎被完全打开的部分,进而使车体顶部100b具有一个较大的敞开空间。
在另一种实施方式中,如图7所示,门洞1包括对称设置的第一门洞1a和第二门洞,第一门洞1a包括第一顶门门洞11a和第一侧门门洞12a,第二门洞包括第二顶门门洞和第二侧门门洞,第一顶门门洞11a和第二顶门门洞间隔设置。侧门4包括对称设置的第一侧门4a和第二侧门,第一侧门4a用于开闭第一侧门门洞12a,第二侧门用于开闭第二侧门门洞。顶门3包括第一顶门3a和第二顶门3b,第一顶门3a用于单独打开或关闭第一顶门门洞11a,第二顶门3b用于单独打开或关闭。
可以理解的是,第一顶门门洞11a和第二顶门门洞对称地设置于车体顶部100b,且第一顶门门洞11a与第二顶门门洞间隔设置,其中,第一顶门门洞11a与第一侧门门洞12a连通,第二顶门门洞与第二侧门门洞连通。 第一顶门3a可以连接于第一顶门门洞11a的远离第一侧门门洞12a的边缘处,第二顶门3b可以连接于第二顶门门洞的远离第二侧门门洞的边缘处。由此,通过控制第一顶门3a和第二顶门3b可以分别开闭第一顶门门洞11a和第二顶门门洞。
在一些实施方式中,如图8-图18所示,车体100内既具有前排驾驶空间,又具有后排乘客空间,为既能方便前排的驾驶员和后排乘客进出车体100,还能同时避免雨雪落入车体100内。
在一种实施方式中,如图11、图12A和图12B所示,车门系统还包括第一前门4a’和第二前门,第一前门4a’位于车体头部和第一侧门4a之间,第二前门位于车体头部和第二侧门之间。其中,第一侧门4a与第一前门4a’的打开方向相同或相反,第二侧门与第二前门的打开方向相同或相反。可以理解的是,第一前门4a’和第二前门位于前排驾驶空间,第一侧门4a和第二侧门位于后排乘客空间。
在一个示例中,如图11所示,第一前门4a’和第二前门的相对侧围100a转动的转轴分别位于第一前门4a’和第二前门的邻近车体头部的一侧,第一侧门4a和第二侧门的相对侧围100a转动的转轴分别位于第一侧门4a和第二侧门的邻近车体头部的一侧,以使第一前门4a’与第一侧门4a的打开方向相同,第二前门与第二侧门的打开方向相同。需要说明的是,在其他示例中,第一前门4a’和第二前门的相对侧围100a转动的转轴可以分别位于第一前门4a’和第二前门的远离车体头部的一侧,第一侧门4a和第二侧门的相对侧围100a转动的转轴分别位于第一侧门4a和第二侧门的远离车体头部的一侧。
在另一个示例中,如图12A和图12B所示,第一前门4a’和第二前门的相对侧围100a转动的转轴分别位于第一前门4a’和第二前门的邻近车体头部的一侧,第一侧门4a和第二侧门的相对侧围100a转动的转轴分别位于第一侧门4a和第二侧门的远离车体头部的一侧,以使第一前门4a’与第一侧门4a的打开方向相反,第二前门与第二侧门的打开方向相反。
在一种实施方式中,门洞1为至少一对对称设置的第一门洞1a和第二门洞,第二门洞在车体100的左右方向上与第一门洞1a对称设置,以及至少一对对称设置的第三门洞1c和第四门洞,第四门洞在车体100的左右方向上与第三门洞1c对称设置。其中,第三门洞1c和第四门洞位于第一门洞1a和第二门洞与车体尾部100c之间,第一门洞1a和第二门洞与前排驾驶空间连通,第三门洞1c和第四门洞与后排乘客空间连通。
其中,第一门洞1a具有第一顶门门洞11a和第一侧门门洞12a,第二门洞包括第二顶门门洞和第二侧门门洞,第三门洞1c包括第三顶门门洞11c和第三侧门门洞12c,第四门洞包括第四顶门门洞和第四侧门门洞。顶门3包括与第一顶门门洞11a、第二顶门门洞、第三顶门门洞11c和第四顶门门洞分别对应设置的第一顶门3a、第二顶门3b、第三顶门3c和第四顶门3d。
具体地,第一侧门门洞12a和第三侧门门洞12c设于车体100的一侧的侧围100a上,第二侧门门洞和第四侧门门洞设于车体100的另一侧的侧围100a上。第一顶门3a、第二顶门3b、第三顶门3c和第四顶门3d中的每个均具有覆盖面以分别覆盖第一顶门门洞11a、第二顶门门洞、第三顶门门洞11c和第四顶门门洞。
在一种实施方式中,如图8所示,第一顶门门洞11a、第二顶门门洞11b、第三顶门门洞11c和第四顶门门洞11d连通,第一顶门3a、第二顶门3b、第三顶门3c和第四顶门3d为一体件以同时打开或关闭第一顶门门洞11a、第二顶门门洞11b、第三顶门门洞11c和第四顶门门洞11d。
需要说明的是,第二顶门门洞11b与第二侧门门洞以及第四顶门门洞11d与第四侧门门洞为间隔设置,第一顶门3a、第二顶门3b、第三顶门3c和第四顶门3d所构成的一体件与第二顶门门洞11b邻近第二侧门门洞的边缘以及第四顶门门洞11d邻近第四侧门门洞的边缘铰接,以使该一体件可以同时打开或关闭第一顶门门洞11a、第二顶门门洞11b、第三顶门门洞11c和第四顶门门洞11d。
在一种实施方式中,如图9所示,第一顶门门洞11a、第二顶门门洞、第三顶门门洞11c和第四顶门门洞间隔设置。其中,第二顶门门洞在车体100的左右方向上与第一顶门门洞11a对称设置,第四顶门门洞在车体100的左右方向上与第三顶门门洞11c对称设置。第一顶门3a和第三顶门3c为一体件以同时打开或关闭第一顶门门洞11a和第三顶门门洞11c,第二顶门3b和第四顶门3d为一体件以同时打开或关闭第二顶门门洞和第四顶门门洞。
具体地,第一顶门3a和第三顶门3c中的至少一个可以铰接于第一顶门门洞11a的远离第一侧门门洞12a的边缘和/或铰接于第三顶门门洞11c的远离第三侧门门洞12c的边缘,第二顶门3b和第四顶门3d中的至少一个可以铰接于第二顶门门洞的远离第二侧门门洞的边缘和/或铰接于第四顶门门洞的远离第四侧门门洞的边缘。

在一些实施方式中,如图13-16所示,侧围100a上还形成有角窗窗口2(即与第三开口12ab连通的第四开口),本发明实施例的车门系统还包括设于角窗窗口2处的角窗5。
在一些情况下,乘客或驾驶员会希望通过角窗5获得一定视野,并有一个较开阔的空间供其上下车,但在顶门3打开顶门门洞11时不希望角窗窗口2被打开。
为满足乘客或驾驶员的这一需求,在一些实施方式中,如图13和14 所示角窗5安装在角窗窗口2的边缘处,即角窗窗口2与侧围100a的相交处。角窗固定于侧围100a上。角窗5具有角窗顶边沿52,角窗顶边沿52形成顶门门洞11的边缘的一部分。这使得顶门门洞11能够在车体100的长度方向上延伸至角窗5的角窗顶边沿52处,扩大了顶门门洞11能够敞开的程度,进而为乘客或驾驶员提供了一个较开阔的上下车空间。同时,在顶门3运动时,角窗5不必同时运动,满足了乘客或驾驶员对例如保护隐私等情况的需要。
在一些实施方式中,如图15、图16A和图16B所示,角窗5可移动地设于第四开口处以开闭第四开口。
在一个示例中,如图15所示,为给乘客或驾驶员上下车提供一个更大的敞开空间,方便上下车,避免碰撞,优选地,顶门3与顶门门洞11的边缘铰接,且顶门3具有与顶门门洞11的边缘铰接的第五边沿31,角窗窗口2与门洞1连通。角窗5安装在顶门3上并随顶门3移动以开闭角窗窗口2。举例而言,顶门3具有与侧窗42的顶边缘相邻的第一边沿32,以及沿第一边沿32向车体尾部100c方向延伸的第二边沿33,角窗5安装于第二边沿33,角窗5能够随顶门3移动以开闭车体100侧面的第四开口(角窗窗口2)。这样,当乘客或驾驶员上下车时,角窗5随顶门3一同运动,进而使顶门门洞11和角窗窗口2一同打开,由于角窗窗口2与顶门门洞11连通,在乘客或驾驶员上下车时,角窗窗口2可以形成避让空间,从而避免与乘客或驾驶员发生碰撞。
可选地,顶门3为弧形板结构,使得顶门3与弧形的车体顶部100b相适配,车辆的外形更加美观、柔和,避免了突兀感。角窗5可根据侧围100a的侧壁的形状对应设置成平板状结构或者弧形板结构,以保证侧围100a的美观。
在另一个示例中,如图16A和图16B所示,角窗5被构造为在车体侧围100a内可升降,以开闭角窗窗口2。
在一种实施方式中,本发明实施例的车门系统还包括与角窗5连接的 第一顶门门锁组件6。为了连接有角窗5的顶门3更安全稳固的与车身侧围100a连接,并方便乘客或驾驶员在紧急情况手动打开顶门3,优选地,第一顶门门锁组件6包括第一部件61和第二部件62。第一部件61和第二部件62分别安装在角窗5上和角窗窗口2的边缘处,以使第一部件61和第二部件62之间能够锁合。此时,第一部件61与顶门3之间通过角窗5间接连接。由于角窗窗口2形成于侧围100a,将第二部件62安装在角窗窗口2上则使其更靠近乘客或驾驶员的侧面,更便于便乘客或驾驶员紧急情况下手动打开顶门3。可优选地使第一顶门门锁组件6位于车体100在高度方向上的中部,进而使第一顶门门锁组件6更靠近于乘客或驾驶员手臂的位置,进而便于操作。
由于角窗窗口2与门洞1连通,在侧门4关闭侧门门洞12且角窗5关闭角窗窗口2时角窗5与侧门4接触,为使角窗5在关闭角窗窗口2时与侧门4之间能够良好密封,如避免风或雨雪从角窗5与侧门4之间的间隙进入车体100内,可采用密封件进行密封。
在一种实施方式中,角窗5具有角窗侧边沿51和角窗顶边沿52,角窗侧边沿51形成第三开口12ab的边缘的一部分,角窗侧边沿51与侧窗42的侧边沿配合,顶门3具有与侧窗42的顶边缘相邻的第一边沿32,以及沿第一边沿32向车体尾部100c方向延伸的第二边沿33,角窗顶边沿52与第二边沿33配合。其中,角窗顶边沿52和/或第二边沿33设有密封件。也就是说,密封件可以单独设于角窗顶边沿52处,或者密封件可以单独设于第二边沿33处,或者密封件可以同时设于角窗顶边沿52处和第二边沿33处。
为进一步避免风和雨雪通过门洞1与顶门3、侧门4和角窗5之间的间隙进入车体100内,优选地,在门洞1的边缘上设有密封条,密封条在门洞1的边缘的延伸方向上延伸。
在一种实施方式中,顶门3具有第三边沿34,第三边沿34与第一开口的前侧边缘配合,车门系统还包括第二顶门门锁组件7,第二顶门门锁 组件7包括第三部件71和第四部件72,第三部件71安装于第三边沿34处,第四部件72安装于第一开口的前侧边缘处,以使第三部件71和第四部件72能够锁合。
在另一种实施方式中,顶门3具有第四边沿35,第四边沿35与第一开口的后侧边缘配合,车门系统还包括第三顶门门锁组件10,第三顶门门锁组件10包括第五部件101和第六部件102,第五部件101安装于第四边沿35处,第六部件102安装于第一开口的后侧边缘处,以使第五部件和第六部件能够锁合或限制顶门3与车体顶部100b的相对运动。
通过增设第二顶门门锁组件和/或第三顶门门锁组件,使顶门3在关闭顶门门洞11时,能够与车体100之间锁定的更加牢固,而且第二顶门门锁组件和第三顶门门锁组件分别位于顶门3的相互远离的两端,进一步提高了顶门3锁定的牢固性。
在一种实施方式中,顶门3具有与车体顶部100b连接的第五边沿31,顶门3以第五边沿31为转轴开闭车体顶部100b的第一开口。侧门门体41具有与车体100的侧围100a连接的第六边沿411,侧门门体41以第六边沿411为转轴开闭车体100的侧围100a的第二开口12aa。
在一种实施方式中,如图17和图18所示,车门系统100还包括第一滑移机构91和第二滑移机构92,第一滑移机构91以及第二滑移机构92均设置于侧围100a与侧门门体41之间,且第一滑移机构91和第二滑移机构92用于同步带动侧门门体41相对侧围100a运动。
在一种实施方式中,第一滑移机构与第二滑移机构在从车体顶部向车体底部的方向上交错排布,第一滑移机构与第二滑移机构在从车体头部向车体尾部的方向上交错排布。
在一个示例中,如图1和图2所示,第一滑移机构91以及第二滑移机构92均位于顶门3的下方,且第一滑移机构91和第二滑移机构92在车体100的前后方向上间隔设置,同时在车体的上下方向上间隔设置。由此,既能保证侧门本体41地顺利打开或者关闭,也避免了侧门本体41与车身 100上的其他部件发生干涉,尤其可避免干涉顶门3的打开,且相对于现有技术中的车辆通常设有上、中、下三个滑移机构而言,本发明实施例的车门系统可以节省部件的用量、降低成本。
其中,可选地,第一滑移机构91位于侧围100a的中间靠上一点的位置,第二滑移机构92位于靠近侧围100a的底部的位置处,且第二滑移机构92相对第一滑移机构91靠近车头.当然,不仅限于此,还可根据实际需要设计第一滑移机构91以及第二滑移机构92的位置。
在一种实施方式中,第一滑移机构91包括第一导轨911、第一铰链座912和第一滚轮913,其中,第一导轨911设于侧围100a上,第一铰链座912设于侧门门体41上,第一滚轮913设于第一铰链座912上,且第一滚轮913能够沿着第一导轨911滑动。
在一个示例中,继续参考图1和图2所示,第一滚轮913能够带动与其相连接的第一铰链座912沿着第一导轨911滑动,第一铰链座912能够带动车门门体41沿着第一导轨911朝向车体尾部100c或者车体头部滑动.由此,可以实现侧门40的打开或者关闭,操作简单、方便。其中,第一铰链座912通过销轴与第一滚轮913相连接。第一导轨911、第一铰链座912以及第一滚轮913均可以采用本领域普通技术人员现在和未来知悉的各种技术方案,这里不再详细描述。
在一种实施方式中,第二滑移机构92包括第二导轨921、第二铰链座922和第二滚轮923,其中,第二导轨921设于侧围100a上,第二铰链座922设于侧门门体41上,第二滚轮923设于第二铰链座922上,且第二滚轮923能够沿着第二导轨921滑动。
在一个示例中,继续参考图1和图2所示,第二滚轮923能够带动与其相连接的第二铰链座922沿着第二导轨921滑动,第二铰链座922能够带动侧门门体41沿着第二导轨921朝向车体尾部100c或者车体头部滑动。由此,可以实现侧门40的打开或者关闭,且车门门体41相对侧围100a的滑动更加稳定。其中,第二铰链座922通过销轴与第二滚轮923相连接。 其中,第二导轨921、第二铰链座922以及第二滚轮923均可以采用本领域普通技术人员现在和未来知悉的各种技术方案,这里不再详细描述。
为实现顶门3运动的自动控制,优选地,本发明实施例中的车门系统还包括支撑驱动组件8,支撑驱动组件8的一端与顶门3连接、另一端与车体顶部100b或侧围100a连接以带动顶门3开闭顶门门洞11。具体地,支撑驱动组件8关于顶门3与第五边沿31相对设置,支撑驱动组件8可以为电推杆或液压推杆,其中,支撑驱动组件8的一端与顶门3铰接,另一端与车体顶部100b或侧围100a铰接。在其他示例中,支撑驱动组件8也可以为轴电机,布置在第五边沿31处,轴电机一端与铰链组件9相连,另一端与车体顶部100b相连。
优选地,车门系统还包括铰链组件9,顶门3的第五边沿31通过铰链组件9与车体顶部100b铰接。
在一个示例中,顶门3具有第三边沿34和第四边沿35,第三边沿34与第一开口的前侧边缘配合,第四边沿35与第一开口的后侧边缘配合。铰链组件9可以为四连杆组件。四连杆组件为两个且分别位于顶门3的第三边沿34和第四边沿35处,顶门3通过两个四连杆组件与车体顶部100b铰接。在其他示例中,铰链组件9也可以采用本领域普通技术人员现在和未来知悉的各种结构,例如可以采用滑入式或卡式等其他结构的铰链,这里不再详细描述。
在一种实施方式中,车门系统还包括障碍物探测器和车门控制器。障碍物探测器可以设于顶门3、侧门4和车体100中的任一个上,用于检测顶门3和/或侧门4的开闭行程中是否存在障碍物。车门控制器设于顶门3、侧门4和车体100中的任一个上,用于控制侧门门体41、侧窗42和顶门3中的至少一个的运动。通过设置车门控制器,可以实现顶门3和侧门门体41的自动开闭;并且通过设置障碍物探测器,可以监测在顶门3和侧门门体41的开闭过程中是否存在障碍物,以避免发生意外,从而提高安全性能。
在一个示例中,车门控制器用于检测是否收到开门请求,在收到开门 请求的条件下,检测侧窗的顶边缘与侧门门体的顶边缘之间的距离是否达到预设距离,如果达到所述预设距离,则发送打开信号,以控制顶门和/或侧门门体打开。另外,车门控制器还可以执行下述的控制方法。
下面参考图19-图25描述根据本发明第二方面实施例的车门系统的控制方法。
如图19所示,根据本发明实施例的车门系统的控制方法包括:
步骤S101:检测是否收到开门请求,开门请求用于请求顶门3和/或侧门门体41打开;如果收到开门请求,则进入步骤S102;
步骤S102:检测侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离是否达到预设距离;如果达到预设距离,则进入步骤S103;
步骤S103:发送打开信号,打开信号用于控制顶门3和/或侧门门体41打开。
需要说明的是,侧窗42安装于侧门门体41的上方,且侧窗42可以相对侧门门体41升降。在顶门3和侧门4同时关闭的情况下,侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32配合,此时侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离最小,并且此时顶门3或侧门门体41不能直接打开。当侧窗42下降到侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32的距离达到第一预设距离时,即侧窗42的顶边缘到达位置A时,侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32相互脱离,此时侧门门体41可以直接打开。
在一个示例中,控制器可以接收打开信号,并发送信号驱动支撑驱动组件执行运动,以打开顶门3。
根据本发明实施例的控制方法,通过检测侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离是否达到预设距离,可以判断侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32是否脱离配合,在侧窗42的顶边缘位于位置A即达到预设距离时,侧门门体41可以打开,从而方便驾驶员或乘客上下车。
在一种实施方式中,如图20所示,开门请求包括第一开门请求,步骤S102(检测侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离是否达到 预设距离)包括:
如果收到第一开门请求,则进入步骤S201;
步骤S201:检测侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离是否达到第一预设距离,第一开门请求用于请求侧门门体41打开;
步骤S103(发送打开信号)包括:
如果达到第一预设距离,则进入步骤S202;
步骤S202:发送第一打开信号,第一打开信号用于控制侧门门体41打开。
在一种实施方式中,继续参照图18所示,步骤S103(发送打开信号)还包括:

步骤S203:发送第一下降信号,第一下降信号用于控制侧窗42下降,以使侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离达到第一预设距离。
在一个示例中,侧门4设置有控制侧窗42上升或下降的推动机构,响应于第一下降信号,推动机构启动并带动侧窗42下降。当侧窗42下降至侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离达到第一预设距离的位置处时,推动机构停止以使侧窗42停留在当前位置。
在一种实施方式中,如图21所示,开门请求包括第二开门请求,步骤S102(检测侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离是否达到预设距离)包括:
如果收到第二开门请求,则进入步骤S301;
步骤S301:检测侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离是否达到第二预设距离,第二开门请求用于请求顶门3打开,第二预设距离大于第一预设距离;
步骤S103(发送打开信号)包括:
如果达到第二预设距离,则进入步骤S302;
步骤S302:发送第二打开信号,第二打开信号用于控制顶门3打开。
可以理解的是,当侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离达到第二预设距离时,侧门4与顶门3之间取消配合,此时可控制顶门3单独打开,且侧门门体41不会对顶门3的打开产生干扰。
在一种实施方式中,如果未达到第二预设距离,则进入步骤S303;
步骤S303:发送第二下降信号,第二下降信号用于控制侧窗42下降,以使侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离达到第二预设距离。
在一种实施方式中,如图22所示,步骤S302(发送第二打开信号)还包括:
步骤S401:如果未达到第二预设距离,则检测侧门门体41是否打开第一预设角度;如果打开第一预设角度,则进入步骤S302;
步骤S302:发送第二打开信号。
在一个示例中,如果检测到侧门门体41已经打开第一预设角度,则说明顶门3与侧门4已经脱离配合,此时可以发送第二打开信号以控制顶门3直接打开;如果检测到侧门门体41未打开第一预设角度,为了避免侧窗42对顶门3的打开产生干涉,需发送第二下降信号控制侧窗42下降,以使侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离达到第二预设距离。
在一种实施方式中,如图23所示,步骤S302(发送第二打开信号)还包括:
如果达到第二预设距离,则进入步骤S501;
步骤S501:检测角窗顶边沿52与第四开口的边缘之间的距离是否达到角窗下降距离;如果达到角窗下降距离,则进入步骤S302;
步骤S302:发送第二打开信号。
在一个示例中,如果角窗顶沿52与第四开口的边缘之间的距离未达到角窗下降距离,则顶门3在打开的过程中会与角窗5产生干涉,因此在该种条件下顶门3无法打开。
在一种实施方式中,继续参照图23所示,步骤S302(发送第二打开信号)还包括:
如果未达到角窗下降距离,则进入步骤S502;
步骤S502:发送角窗下降信号,角窗下降信号用于控制角窗5下降,以使角窗顶边沿52与第四开口的边缘之间的距离达到角窗下降距离。
在一个示例中,如果角窗5下降至角窗顶边沿52与第四开口的边缘之间的距离达到角窗下降距离的位置时,则进入步骤S302,即发送第二打开信号以控制顶门3打开。
在一种实施方式中,如图24所示,控制方法还包括:
步骤S601:检测是否收到障碍物探测器发送的预警信号,预警信号用于提示顶门3和/或侧门门体41的打开行程中存在障碍物;
步骤S602:如果收到预警信号,则发送停止信号,停止信号用于控制顶门3和/或侧门门体41停止打开。
这样,当障碍物探测器检测到顶门3或侧门门体41的附近存在障碍物时,可以实现控制顶门3或侧门门体41停止打开,从而避免顶门3或侧门门体41在打开行程中触碰到障碍物,以提高车门系统的安全性。
图25示出了控制方法的一个具体示例。
如图25所示,在收到后门联动开门请求(即开门请求)的条件下,通过障碍物探测器判断后门(即侧门门体41)的附近是否存在障碍物,如果存在障碍物,则发送停止信号控制后门停止开启。
如果未检测到障碍物,则控制后门的侧窗(即侧窗42)下降,并检测侧窗的顶边缘是否下降到位置A,如果下降到位置A,此时侧窗的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离为第一预设距离。然后发送第一打开信号控制后侧车门开启,并且在后侧车门开启的过程中通过障碍物探测器检测后门的附近是否有障碍物或者正在接近后侧门的危险物。如果未收到障碍物探测器发送的停止信号,则检测后门是否运动到位;如果收到障碍物探测器发送的停止信号,则控制后门停止开启。
检测后门开启的角度是否大于X(即第一预设角度)。如果大于X,则控制顶门3开启。如果不大于X,则控制后门侧窗由位置A继续下降。检测侧窗的顶边沿是否下降到位置B,其中,位置B的高度低于位置A的高度。如果侧窗的顶边沿下降到位置B,则此时侧窗的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离为第二预设距离,发送第二打开信号控制顶门3开启。
在顶门3开启的过程中,需要判断顶门3的附近是否有障碍物。如果有障碍物,则发送停止信号控制顶门3停止开启。如果没有障碍物,则判断顶门3是否运动到位,如果顶门3运动到位,则发送停止信号控制顶门3停止开启。
下面参考图26-图29描述根据本发明第三方面实施例的控制方法。
如图26所示,本发明实施例的车门系统的控制方法包括:
步骤S701:检测是否收到关门请求,关门请求用于请求顶门3和/或侧门门体41关闭;如果收到关门请求,则进入步骤S702;
步骤S702:如果收到关门请求,则检测侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿之间的距离是否达到预设距离;如果达到预设距离,则进入步骤S703;
步骤S703:发送关闭信号,关闭信号用于控制顶门3和/或侧门门体41关闭。
需要说明的是,如果侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离大于等于预设距离,则侧窗42与顶门3之间的相对运动不会发生干涉,从而可以保证顶门3和/或侧门门体41可以顺利关闭。
在一种实施方式中,继续参照图26所示,控制方法还包括:
如果未达到预设距离,则进入步骤S704;
步骤S704:发送下降信号,下降信号用于控制侧窗42下降,以使侧窗42的顶边缘与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离达到预设距离。
在一种实施方式中,如图27所示,控制方法还包括:
步骤S801:检测侧门门体41和顶门3是否关闭到位;如果是,则进 入步骤S802;
步骤S802:发送侧窗上升信号,侧窗上升信号用于控制侧窗42上升。
在一种实施方式中,如图28所示,控制方法还包括:
步骤S901:检测是否收到障碍物探测器发送的预警信号,预警信号用于提示顶门3和/或侧门门体41的关闭行程中存在障碍物;如果收到预警信号,则进入步骤S902;

这样,当障碍物探测器检测到顶门3或侧门门体41的附近存在障碍物时,可以实现控制顶门3或侧门门体41停止关闭,从而避免顶门3或侧门门体41在关闭行程中触碰到障碍物,以提高车门系统的安全性。
下面参照图29描述控制方法的一个具体示例。
检测是否收到后门联动关门请求,如果收到,则检测侧窗42的顶边沿与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离是否大于B(即第二预设距离)。如果不大于预设距离B,则发送下降信号,下降信号用于控制侧窗42下降,以使侧窗42的顶边沿与顶门3的第一边沿32之间的距离大于B。如果大于预设距离B,则发送关闭信号,关闭信号用于控制顶门3和/或侧门门体41关闭。
在侧门4关闭的过程中,检测侧门4的附近是否有障碍物。如果有障碍物,则发送停止信号,以控制侧门4停止关闭。如果没有障碍物,则检测侧门4是否运动到位。
在顶门3关闭的过程中,检测顶门3的附近是否有障碍物。如果有障碍物,则发送停止信号,以控制顶门3停止关闭。如果没有障碍物,则检测顶门3是否运动到位。
如果侧门4和顶门3中的至少一个未运动到位,则控制侧窗42停留在当前的位置。如果侧门4和顶门3都运动到位,则发送上升信号,以使侧窗42上升,直至侧窗42上升至关闭第三开口12ab的位置。至此,关门完 成。
根据本发明第四方面实施例的汽车,包括根据本发明第一方面实施例的车门系统。本实施例的汽车的其他构成,如车架、底盘、后悬挂装置等,可以采用于本领域普通技术人员现在和未来知悉的各种技术方案,这里不再详细描述。

  1. 一种车门系统,其特征在于,包括:
    顶门,所述顶门开闭车体顶部的第一开口;
    侧门,所述侧门包括侧门门体和侧窗,所述侧门门体开闭所述车体侧围的第二开口,所述侧窗安装于所述侧门门体上,所述侧窗的顶边缘和侧边缘均被配置为无边框,所述侧窗能够相对所述侧门门体升降;所述侧门门体关闭所述第二开口时,所述侧窗升降以开闭所述车体侧围的第三开口;其中,所述第三开口位于所述第二开口的上方,所述第一开口、所述第二开口和所述第三开口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述顶门具有与所述侧窗的顶边缘相配合的第一边沿,所述第一边沿上安装有密封件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述车体具有门洞,所述门洞包括顶门门洞和侧门门洞,其中,所述第一开口形成于所述顶门门洞,所述第二开口和所述第三开口形成于所述侧门门洞。

    所述顶门包括第一顶门和第二顶门,所述第一顶门用于单独打开或关闭所述第一顶门门洞,所述第二顶门用于单独打开或关闭所述第二顶门门洞。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车门系统,其特征在于,还包括第一前门和第二前门,所述第一前门位于所述车体头部和所述第一侧门之间,所述第二前门位于所述车体头部和所述第二侧门之间;
    其中,所述第一侧门与所述第一前门的打开方向相同或相反,所述第二侧门与所述第二前门的打开方向相同或相反。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述门洞为至少一对对称设置的第一门洞和第二门洞,以及至少一对对称设置的第三门洞和第四门洞,所述第一门洞包括第一顶门门洞和第一侧门门洞,所述第二门洞包括第二顶门门洞和第二侧门门洞,所述第三门洞包括第三顶门门洞和第三侧门门洞,所述第四门洞包括第四顶门门洞和第四侧门门洞;
    所述顶门包括与所述第一顶门门洞、所述第二顶门门洞、所述第三顶门门洞和所述第四顶门门洞分别对应设置的第一顶门、第二顶门、第三顶门和第四顶门。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述第一顶门门洞、所述第二顶门门洞、所述第三顶门门洞和所述第四顶门门洞连通,所述第一顶门、所述第二顶门、所述第三顶门和所述第四顶门为一体件以同时打开或关闭所述第一顶门门洞、所述第二顶门门洞、所述第三顶门门洞和所述第四顶门门洞。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述第一顶门门洞、所述第二顶门门洞、所述第三顶门门洞和所述第四顶门门洞间隔设置;
    所述第一顶门和所述第三顶门为一体件以同时打开或关闭所述第一顶门门洞和第三顶门门洞,所述第二顶门和所述第四顶门为一体件以同时打开或关闭所述第二顶门门洞和所述第四顶门门洞。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述第一顶门门洞、 所述第二顶门门洞、所述第三顶门门洞和所述第四顶门门洞间隔设置;
    所述第一顶门、所述第二顶门、所述第三顶门和所述第四顶门互为分体件,其中,所述第一顶门用于单独打开或关闭所述第一顶门门洞,所述第二顶门用于单独打开或关闭所述第二顶门门洞,所述第三顶门用于单独打开或关闭所述第三顶门门洞,所述第四顶门用于单独打开或关闭所述第四顶门门洞。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述侧门包括与所述第一侧门门洞、所述第二侧门门洞、所述第三侧门门洞和所述第四侧门门洞分别对应设置的第一侧门、第二侧门、第三侧门和第四侧门,其中,所述第一侧门和所述第三侧门的打开方向相同或相反,所述第二侧门和所述第四侧门的打开方向相同或相反。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述车体侧围具有与所述第三开口连通的第四开口,所述车门系统还包括设于所述第四开口处的角窗。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述角窗固定于所述第四开口处。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述角窗可移动地设于所述第四开口处以开闭所述第四开口。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述顶门具有与所述侧窗的顶边缘相邻的第一边沿,以及沿所述第一边沿向车体尾部方向延伸的第二边沿,所述角窗安装于所述第二边沿,所述角窗能够随所述顶门移动以开闭所述第四开口。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述角窗的侧边沿与所述侧窗的侧边缘之间设有密封件。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的车门系统,其特征在于,还包括第一顶门门锁组件,所述第一顶门门锁组件包括第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件安装在所述角窗上,所述第二部件安装在所述第四开口的边缘处,以使 所述第一部件和所述第二部件之间能够锁合。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述角窗安装于所述第四开口的边缘处,且所述角窗相对所述第四开口的边缘可升降。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述角窗具有角窗侧边沿和角窗顶边沿,所述角窗侧边沿形成所述第三开口的边缘的一部分,所述角窗侧边沿与所述侧窗的侧边沿配合,所述顶门具有与所述侧窗的顶边缘相邻的第一边沿,以及沿所述第一边沿向车体尾部方向延伸的第二边沿,所述角窗顶边沿与所述第二边沿配合;
    其中,所述角窗侧边沿、所述角窗顶边沿和所述第二边沿中的至少一个设有密封件。
  20. 根据权利要求2所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述顶门具有第三边沿,所述第三边沿与所述第一开口的前侧边缘配合,所述车门系统还包括第二顶门门锁组件,所述第二顶门门锁组件包括第三部件和第四部件,所述第三部件安装于所述第三边沿处,所述第四部件安装于所述第一开口的前侧边缘处,以使所述第三部件和所述第四部件能够锁合。
  21. 根据权利要求2所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述顶门具有第四边沿,所述第四边沿与所述第一开口的后侧边缘配合,所述车门系统还包括第三顶门门锁组件,所述第三顶门门锁组件包括第五部件和第六部件,所述第五部件安装于所述第四边沿处,所述第六部件安装于所述第一开口的后侧边缘处,以使所述第五部件和所述第六部件能够锁合或限制所述顶门和所述车体顶部的相对运动。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述顶门具有与所述车体顶部连接的第五边沿,所述顶门以所述第五边沿为转轴开闭所述车体顶部的第一开口;所述侧门门体具有与所述车体侧围连接的第六边沿,所述侧门门体以所述第六边沿为转轴开闭所述车体侧围的第二开口。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的车门系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一滑移机构和第二滑移机构,所述第一滑移机构以及所述第二滑移 机构均设置于所述车体侧围与所述侧门门体之间,且所述第一滑移机构和所述第二滑移机构用于同步带动所述侧门门体相对所述车体侧围运动。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述第一滑移机构与所述第二滑移机构在从所述车体顶部向所述车体底部的方向上交错排布,所述第一滑移机构与所述第二滑移机构在从所述车体头部向所述车体尾部的方向上交错排布。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述第一滑移机构包括第一导轨、第一铰链座和第一滚轮,其中,所述第一导轨设于所述车体侧围上,所述第一铰链座设于所述侧门门体上,所述第一滚轮设于所述第一铰链座上,且所述第一滚轮能够沿着所述第一导轨滑动。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述第二滑移机构包括第二导轨、第二铰链座和第二滚轮,其中,所述第二导轨设于所述车体侧围上,所述第二铰链座设于所述侧门门体上,所述第二滚轮设于所述第二铰链座上,且所述第二滚轮能够沿着所述第二导轨滑动。
  27. 根据权利要求1-26任一项所述的车门系统,其特征在于,还包括支撑驱动组件,所述支撑驱动组件的一端与所述顶门连接、另一端与所述车体顶部或侧面连接以带动所述顶门开闭所述第一开口。
  28. 根据权利要求1所述的车门系统,其特征在于,还包括铰链组件,所述顶门具有与所述车体顶部连接的第五边沿,所述顶门的所述第五边沿通过所述铰链组件与所述车体顶部铰接。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的车门系统,其特征在于,所述顶门具有第三边沿和第四边沿,所述第三边沿与所述第一开口的前侧边缘配合,所述第四边沿与所述第一开口的后侧边缘配合,所述铰链组件为四连杆组件,所述四连杆组件布置于所述顶门的所述第三边沿和所述第四边沿,所述顶门通过所述四连杆组件与所述车体顶部铰接。
  30. 根据权利要求1-26任一项所述的车门系统,其特征在于,还包括密封件,所述密封件包括顶门门洞密封件和侧门门洞密封件,所述顶门门 洞密封件设于所述顶门门洞的边沿,所述侧门门洞密封件设于所述侧门门洞的边沿。
  31. 根据权利要求1-26任一项所述的车门系统,其特征在于,还包括障碍物探测器和车门控制器,所述障碍物探测器设于所述顶门、所述侧门和所述车体中的任一个上,用于检测顶门和/或侧门的开闭行程中是否存在障碍物;
    所述车门控制器设于所述顶门、所述侧门和所述车体中的任一个上,用于控制所述侧门、所述顶门和所述侧窗中的至少一个的运动。
  32. 一种车门系统的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测是否收到开门请求,所述开门请求用于请求顶门和/或侧门门体打开;
    如果收到所述开门请求,则检测侧窗的顶边缘与所述顶门的第一边沿之间的距离是否达到预设距离;
    如果达到所述预设距离,则发送打开信号,所述打开信号用于控制所述顶门和/或所述侧门门体打开。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述如果收到所述开门请求,则检测侧窗的顶边缘与顶门的第一边沿之间的距离是否达到预设距离,包括:
    如果收到第一开门请求,则检测所述侧窗的顶边缘与所述顶门的第一边沿之间的距离是否达到第一预设距离,所述第一开门请求用于请求所述侧门门体打开;
    所述如果达到所述预设距离,则发送打开信号,包括:
    如果达到所述第一预设距离,则发送第一打开信号,所述第一打开信号用于控制所述侧门门体打开。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的方法,其特征在于,所述如果达到所述预设距离,则发送打开信号,还包括:
    如果未达到所述第一预设距离,则发送第一下降信号,所述第一下降 信号用于控制所述侧窗下降,以使所述侧窗的顶边缘与所述顶门的第一边沿之间的距离达到所述第一预设距离。
  35. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述如果收到所述开门请求,则检测侧窗的顶边缘与顶门的第一边沿之间的距离是否达到预设距离,包括:
    如果收到第二开门请求,则检测所述侧窗的顶边缘与所述顶门的第一边沿之间的距离是否达到第二预设距离,所述第二开门请求用于请求所述顶门打开,所述第二预设距离大于所述第一预设距离;
    所述如果达到所述预设距离,则发送打开信号,包括:
    如果达到所述第二预设距离,则发送第二打开信号,所述第二打开信号用于控制所述顶门打开。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述如果达到所述预设距离,则发送打开信号,还包括:
    如果未达到所述第二预设距离,则检测所述侧门门体是否打开第一预设角度;
    如果打开所述第一预设角度,则发送所述第二打开信号。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果未打开所述第一预设角度,则发送第二下降信号,所述第二下降信号用于控制所述侧窗下降,以使所述侧窗的顶边缘与所述顶门的第一边沿之间的距离达到所述第二预设距离。
  38. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果达到所述第二预设距离,则检测角窗顶边沿与第四开口的边缘之间的距离是否达到预设的角窗下降距离;
    如果达到所述角窗下降距离,则发送所述第二打开信号。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果未达到所述角窗下降距离,则发送角窗下降信号,所述角窗下降信号用于控制所述角窗下降,以使所述角窗顶边沿与第四开口的边缘之间 的距离达到所述角窗下降距离。
  40. 根据权利要求32至39任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测是否收到障碍物探测器发送的预警信号,所述预警信号用于提示所述顶门和/或侧门门体的打开行程中存在障碍物;
    如果收到所述预警信号,则发送停止信号,所述停止信号用于控制所述顶门和/或侧门门体停止打开。
  41. 一种车门系统的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测是否收到关门请求,所述关门请求用于请求顶门和/或侧门门体关闭;
    如果收到所述关门请求,则检测侧窗的顶边缘与顶门的第一边沿之间的距离是否达到预设距离;
    如果达到所述预设距离,则发送关闭信号,所述关闭信号用于控制所述顶门和/或所述侧门门体关闭。
  42. 根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    如果未达到所述预设距离,则发送下降信号,所述下降信号用于控制所述侧窗下降,以使所述侧窗的顶边缘与所述顶门的第一边沿之间的距离达到所述预设距离。
  43. 根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测所述侧门门体和所述顶门是否关闭到位;
    如果是,则发送侧窗上升信号,所述侧窗上升信号用于控制所述侧窗上升。
  44. 根据权利要求41所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测是否收到障碍物探测器发送的预警信号,所述预警信号用于提示所述顶门和/或侧门门体的关闭行程中存在障碍物;
    如果收到所述预警信号,则发送停止信号,所述停止信号用于控制所述顶门和/或侧门门体停止关闭。
  45. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-31任一项所述的车 门系统。
