前記清掃部材ホルダの前記第1軸に接続及び接続解除する接続部を有し該第1軸を巻取り駆動する清掃駆動部と、
を備えたものである。
Claims (8)
- スクリーンマスクを用いて印刷対象に対して粘性流体の印刷処理を行う印刷装置に用いられる清掃ユニットであって、
前記スクリーンマスクを清掃する清掃部材を前記スクリーンマスクに接触させる清掃位置と待機位置との間で移動し前記清掃位置で前記スクリーンマスクを清掃する清掃ヘッドと、
前記清掃部材が掛け渡される第1軸と第2軸とを支持し、前記清掃ヘッドが通り抜け可能な開口部が形成されている清掃部材ホルダと、
前記清掃部材ホルダを取り外し可能に固定位置で固定するベース部と、
前記ベース部の前記固定位置と前記ベース部から取り外され外部へ搬出可能な取替位置との間で前記清掃部材ホルダを移動させるホルダ移動部と、
前記清掃部材ホルダの前記第1軸に接続及び接続解除する接続部を有し該第1軸を巻取り駆動する清掃駆動部と、
を備えた清掃ユニット。 - 前記清掃部材ホルダは、前記開口部が形成された支持板と、前記支持板の両端部に形成され前記第1軸を支持する第1軸受と第2軸を支持する第2軸受とが形成された立壁板とを有する、請求項1に記載の清掃ユニット。
- 前記ベース部は、前記清掃駆動部が配設され前記清掃部材ホルダに近接離間する移動壁部と、前記移動壁部に形成され前記清掃部材ホルダの一部と係合して位置決め及び固定を行う固定部とを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の清掃ユニット。
- 前記清掃部材ホルダは、前記清掃部材ホルダを取り替えるリフトの支持を受ける取替支持部位を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の清掃ユニット。
- 前記清掃駆動部は、接触面と前記第1軸側の壁面とが接触して前記第1軸へ駆動力を伝達する前記接続部を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の清掃ユニット。
- 前記ホルダ移動部は、前記清掃部材ホルダを吸着する吸着部により該清掃部材ホルダを固定して移動させる、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の清掃ユニット。
- 前記清掃ヘッドは、昇降して前記スクリーンマスクの下面側から前記清掃部材を接触させ、
前記清掃部材ホルダは、昇降する前記清掃ヘッドが通過する開口部を有し、
前記ホルダ移動部は、前記清掃部材ホルダを昇降して前記固定位置と取替位置との間で移動させ、
前記清掃駆動部は、水平方向に移動して前記接続部が前記第1軸に接続及び接続解除される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の清掃ユニット。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の清掃ユニットと、
前記スクリーンマスクを用いて印刷対象に対して粘性流体の印刷処理を行う印刷部と、
を備えた印刷装置。
