背景技术
扫地机器人是一种自动清洁的设备,能够减轻人清洁的压力。扫地机器人一般采用滚刷、滚筒及水槽和水箱的结构,清水从水槽一端为滚筒提供清水,滚筒挤出的污水则通过负压吸入污水箱。这样清水箱与污水箱各自分开,将大大占用清洁器具的设计与实用空间。
发明内容
基于此,本发明有必要提供一种可容纳两种不同液体且可调整容量的两用水箱。
本发明还发明有必要提供一种体积较小、使用空间大的扫地机器人。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种两用水箱,其包括水箱本体及设于所述水箱本体内的隔离件,所述隔离件将所述水箱本体分隔为第一腔体与第二腔体,所述隔离件抵接所述水箱本体的内壁,所述第一腔体连通第一管道,所述第二腔体连通第二管道;在外力或水压作用下,所述隔离件沿所述水箱本体的内壁移动,以调节所述第一腔体与第二腔体的容量。
上述的两用水箱,通过隔离件将水箱分隔成为第一腔体与第二腔体,第一腔体与第二腔体分别盛装不同的液体,并且隔离件可在外力或水压作用下移动,以调整第一腔体与第二腔体的容量,减少了水箱的体积,且使用灵活。

请参照图1与图2,为本发明一较佳实施例的扫地机器人100,包括柔性 滚筒10、位于柔性滚筒10一侧的滚刷20、位于柔性滚筒10上方的水槽30、污水挤压部件31、位于柔性滚筒10一侧及滚刷20下方的垃圾收集盒40及两用水箱50,通过滚筒电机11驱动柔性滚筒10转动,柔性滚筒10转动时可清除地上的污渍,滚刷20通过滚刷电机21驱动,及时刷除柔性滚筒10上的脏物,赃物掉入下方的垃圾收集盒40,达到及时除去赃物的目的。污水挤压部件31通过挤压柔性滚筒10,将柔性滚筒10的污水挤出至水槽30。
请参照图1,柔性滚筒10的转轴采用硬质材料制成,而周部则采用柔性材料制成,例如采用海绵、棉布等材料制成,使得清水容易吸入,并且容易达到清洁功能。柔性滚筒10采用电机驱动转动,电机也安装于壳体内部。柔性滚筒10的转速会影响清污的效果,因此需要合理设置柔性滚筒10的转速,在清理不同的环境时,采用不同的转速。
水槽30设于柔性滚筒10的上方,并与柔性滚筒10具有间隙,水槽30的槽底开设有阵列设置的水孔32,水孔32的两侧分别均设置进水口与出水口,该进水口与水箱50连通,可以通过两个进水口进水。当然,也可以设置一个进水口,或者通过在两个进水口处设置电磁阀来控制进水量。出水口与水箱50连通,可以通过两个出水口分别出污水。当然,也可以设置一个出水口,或者通过在两个出水口处设置电磁阀来控制出污水量。当水槽30内积有污水时,可以通过出水口排至水箱50。
本实施例中,污水挤压部件31为挤水压辊,挤水压辊呈圆柱状,挤水压辊31靠近污水槽30设置以便于将污水压入水槽30,且挤水压辊31的表面压设于柔性滚筒10的表面,本实施例中,挤水压辊31与水槽30的侧面之间具有间隙。挤水压辊31压设柔性滚筒10以使柔性滚筒10的表面形成凹陷部13,挤水压辊31位于该凹陷部13的部分的尺寸为挤水压辊31尺寸的1/4-1/2,这样既不会影响柔性滚筒10的正常转动,又可以压出污水。当然,挤水压辊31下压的尺寸较大时,柔性滚筒10也可转动。本实施例中,挤水压辊31位于该凹陷部13的部分的尺寸为挤水压辊31尺寸的1/3,该尺寸为最佳下压尺寸。
请参照图1与图2,两用水箱50用于盛装清洗柔性滚筒10的清水及柔性滚筒10产生的污水,其为封闭结构。本实施例中,两用水箱50包括水箱本体51及设于水箱本体51内的隔离件52,隔离件52将水箱本体51分隔为第一腔体53与第二腔体54,第一腔体53连通第一管道55,第二腔体54连通第二管道56,第一腔体53用于盛装清水或者污水,第二腔体54用于盛装污水或者清水。外力或水压作用下隔离件52可沿水箱本体51的内壁移动,以调整第一腔体53与第二腔体54的容量,减少了水箱的体积,且使用灵活。外力例如用户直接拨动隔离件52。
当第一腔体53用于盛装清水时,第二腔体54用于盛装污水;当第一腔体53用于盛装污水时,第二腔体54用于盛装清水。本实施例中,第一腔体53用于盛装清水,第二腔体54用于盛装污水,即第一管道55为清水管道,第一腔体53为清水腔体,第二管道56为污水管道,第二腔体54为污水腔体,第一管道55与第二管道56均连通水槽30,第一管道55为水槽30提供清水,第二管道56吸取水槽30内的污水。
本实施例中,隔离件52包括活塞520及导向件521,活塞520抵接水箱本体51的内壁,导向件521活动连接水箱本体51,活塞520在水压的作用下沿着水箱本体51的内壁移动,以调节第一腔体53与第二腔体54的容量。例如,当清水进入水箱本体51内的体积大于污水进入水箱本体51内的体积时,活塞520受到清水的水压作用,朝向污水腔体移动;相反,当污水进入水箱本体51内的体积大于清水进入水箱本体51内的体积时,活塞520受到污水的水压作用,朝向清水腔体移动。
本实施例中,水箱本体51的侧壁开设一导向孔57,导向件521密封安装于该导向孔57内,以导向活塞520移动。因导向件521密封安装于导向孔57内,可以保证不漏水,例如导向孔57周部设置密封胶圈。优选,导向孔57开设于水箱本体51靠近顶部位置,这样,更能防止水箱本体51通过导向孔57漏水。其他实施例中,导向孔57开设于水箱本体51的其他位置。
本实施例中,导向件521活动连接水箱本体51的左侧或右侧,即导向孔 57开设于水箱本体51的左侧或右侧,第一管道55连通水箱本体51的左侧,第二管道56连通水箱本体51的右侧。
进一步地,在第一管道55上设置一清水泵58,可以为清水进入水槽30提供动力。第二腔体54通过管道连通一真空泵59,真空泵59可以为第二腔体54提高负压,将水槽30内的污水吸入第二腔体54。
再进一步地,在垃圾收集盒40的靠近柔性滚筒10的一侧设有刮唇41,用于刮除柔性滚筒10上的垃圾。垃圾收集盒40的底部与刮唇41的底部之间设置一承重轮60,用于增加垃圾收集盒40的承重能力。
再进一步地,在第二腔体54内壁靠顶部位置设置一水位感应器,在扫地机器人100上设置一报警器,报警器与该水位感应器电连接,当第二腔体54内的污水将满时,水位感应器感应到水位信号,并将该信号发送给报警器,报警器报警,提醒用户清理污水箱。
实施例二
请参照图3,本实施例的扫地机器人200,与实施例一不同的是,两用水箱50的导向件521活动连接水箱本体51的顶部或底部,即导向孔57开设于水箱本体51的顶部或底部,第一管道55连通水箱本体51靠上部位置,第二管道56连通水箱本体51靠下部位置。
实施例三
请参照图4,本实施例的扫地机器人300,与实施例一不同的是,隔离件52包括活页522及枢接活页522的转轴523,该活页522包括第一隔板524及第二隔板525,第一隔板524及第二隔板525分别枢接转轴523,以在水压的作用下分别沿着转轴523转动。第一隔板524与第二隔板525分别抵接水箱本体51,转轴523连接水箱本体51,这样第一隔板524与第二隔板525之间形成第一腔体53与第二腔体54。当一侧水压较大时,第一隔板524与第二隔板525反向运动,以调整第一腔体53与第二腔体54的容量。
实施例四
请参照图5,本实施例的扫地机器人400,与实施例一不同的是,污水挤 压部件31为设于水槽30底部的挤水凸起。
水槽30包括清水槽33与污水槽34,清水槽33的底部设有清水孔35,污水槽34的底部设有污水孔36,清水槽33与连通第一管道55,污水槽34连通第二管道56。第一管道55上还设置一清水泵,用于为清水进入清水槽33提供动力。
污水槽34与清水槽33隔离设置,柔性滚筒10转动时污水挤压部件31挤压出柔性滚筒10内的污水至污水槽34。本实施例中,清水槽33设于柔性滚筒10的上方,并与柔性滚筒10具有间隙,清水槽33的槽底开设有阵列设置的清水孔35,清水槽33的两侧均设置进水口,该进水口与水箱50的第一腔体53连通,可以通过两个进水口进水。当然,也可以设置一个进水口,或者通过在两个进水口处设置电磁阀来控制进水量。污水槽34靠近清水槽33设置,污水槽34与清水槽33之间具有间隙,这样,可以减小整个扫地机器人的体积,污水槽34的槽底开设有阵列设置的污水孔36。污水槽34的两端均设置一个出水口,该出水口与水箱50的第二腔体54连通,可以通过两个出水口分别出污水。当然,也可以设置一个出水口,或者通过在两个出水口处设置电磁阀来控制出污水量。当污水槽34内积有污水时,可以通过出水口排至第二腔体54。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种两用水箱,其特征在于,包括水箱本体及设于所述水箱本体内的隔离件,所述隔离件将所述水箱本体分隔为第一腔体与第二腔体,所述隔离件抵接所述水箱本体的内壁,所述第一腔体连通第一管道,所述第二腔体连通第二管道;在外力或水压作用下,所述隔离件沿所述水箱本体的内壁移动,以调节所述第一腔体与第二腔体的容量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的两用水箱,其特征在于:所述隔离件包括活塞及导向件,所述活塞抵接所述水箱本体的内壁,所述导向件活动连接所述水箱本体,在外力或水压作用下,所述活塞沿所述水箱本体的内壁移动,以调节所述第一腔体与第二腔体的容量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的两用水箱,其特征在于:所述水箱本体侧壁开设一导向孔,所述导向件密封安装于所述导向孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的两用水箱,其特征在于:所述导向孔开设于所述水箱本体靠近顶部位置。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的两用水箱,其特征在于:所述导向件活动连接所述水箱本体的左侧或右侧,所述第一管道连通所述水箱本体的左侧,所述第二管道连通所述水箱本体的右侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的两用水箱,其特征在于:所述导向件活动连接所述水箱本体的顶部或底部,所述第一管道连通所述水箱本体靠上部位置,所述第二管道连通所述水箱本体靠下部位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的两用水箱,其特征在于:所述隔离件包括活页及枢接所述活页的转轴,所述活页包括分别枢接所述转轴的第一隔板及第二 隔板,所述第一隔板与第二隔板分别抵接所述水箱本体,所述转轴连接所述水箱本体;在外力或水压作用下,所述第一隔板与第二隔板沿所述水箱本体的内壁移动,以调节所述第一腔体与第二腔体的容量。
  8. 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括柔性滚筒、位于所述柔性滚筒一侧的滚刷、位于所述柔性滚筒上方的水槽、污水挤压部件及权利要求1-7任一项所述的两用水箱,所述第一管道与第二管道均连通所述水槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于:所述第一管道上设置一清水泵。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的扫地机器人,其特征在于:所述第二腔体连通一真空泵。
