Description

扫地机器人及其滚筒清扫装置 技术领域
本发明涉及清洁设备技术领域,具体涉及扫地机器人及其滚筒清扫装置。
背景技术
扫地机器人是一种自动清洁的设备,能够减轻人清洁的压力。扫地机器人一般采用滚刷、滚筒及污水槽、清水箱与污水箱的结构,清水从污水槽一端为滚筒提供清水,滚筒挤出的污水则通过负压吸入污水箱。污水箱内的污水直接排掉。一方面排出的污水造成了环境的污染,另一方面也造成了水源的浪费。
发明内容
基于此,本发明有必要提供一种循环利用水、节约资源的滚筒清扫装置。
本发明还发明有必要提供一种扫地机器人。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种滚筒清扫装置,其包括柔性滚筒、驱动所述柔性滚筒转动的滚筒电机、靠近并连通所述柔性滚筒表面的水槽、水箱及污水挤压部件,所述水箱内设有过滤部件,所述水槽的一端通过污水管连通所述水箱位于所述过滤部件的上方的位置,所述水槽的另一端通过清水管连通所述水箱位于所述过滤部件的下方的位置,所述水箱连通一真空泵,所述柔性滚筒转动时所述污水挤压部件挤压出所述柔性滚筒内的污水至所述水槽。
上述的滚筒清扫装置,水槽连通水箱,在水箱内设置过滤部件,污水从水槽流入水箱上部后经过滤部件过滤,变成清水后重新进入水槽冲洗柔性滚 筒,这样达到水的循环利用,节省了水资源,也减轻了对环境的污染。
其中一些实施例中,所述过滤部件包括外层过滤网筒、安装于所述过滤网筒内的吸污部件及连通所述吸污部件的排污管,所述过滤网筒的外壁连接所述水箱的内壁,所述污水管与所述清水管均连通至所述过滤网筒内,所述排污管伸出所述过滤网筒的下端并伸出所述水箱,所述排污管与所述水箱连接处具有密封部件。
其中一些实施例中,所述吸污部件为海绵、活性炭、沸石或树脂。
其中一些实施例中,所述水箱的内壁设有锯齿状的水箱凸起,所述过滤部件的外壁设有锯齿状的过滤凸起,所述过滤凸起可沿所述水箱凸起转动以调节所述过滤部件的安装位置。
其中一些实施例中,所述水槽包括清水槽与污水槽,所述清水槽的底部设有清水孔,所述污水槽的底部设有污水孔,所述清水槽连通所述清水管,所述污水槽连通所述污水管。
其中一些实施例中,所述污水槽与所述清水槽隔离设置。
其中一些实施例中,所述清水槽设于所述柔性滚筒的上方,所述污水槽靠近所述清水槽设置,所述污水挤压部件靠近所述污水槽设置。
其中一些实施例中,所述污水槽设于所述柔性滚筒的上方,所述清水槽叠置于所述污水槽的上方并连接所述污水槽;所述污水挤压部件连接一清污驱动部件;所述清水管上设有清水电磁阀,所述污水管上设有污水电磁阀,所述清水电磁阀、污水电磁阀及清污驱动部件均电连接一控制器,所述控制器控制所述清水电磁阀与所述污水电磁阀、驱动部件间隔交替打开。
其中一些实施例中,所述污水挤压部件为挤水压辊,所述挤水压辊靠近所述水槽设置,所述挤水压辊的中心与所述柔性滚筒的中心平行设置,所述挤水压辊的表面压设于所述柔性滚筒的表面,所述柔性滚筒转动时所述挤水压辊挤压出所述柔性滚筒内的污水至所述污水槽。
本发明还有必要提供一种扫地机器人,其包括所述的滚筒清扫装置。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
实施例一
请参照图1至图3,为本发明一较佳实施例的扫地机器人,包括壳体及位于壳体内的滚筒清扫装置100,该滚筒清扫装置100包括柔性滚筒10、驱动柔性滚筒10转动的滚筒电机12、靠近并连通柔性滚筒10表面的水槽20、连通水槽20的水箱30、用于挤压柔性滚筒10的污水挤压部件40、位于柔性滚筒10一侧并接触柔性滚筒10的滚刷50及位于滚刷50下方的垃圾收集盒60。
柔性滚筒10转动时,清除地上的污渍;水箱30内设有过滤部件31,水槽20的一端通过污水管21连通水箱30位于过滤部件31的上方的位置,水槽20的另一端通过清水管22连通水箱30位于过滤部件31的下方的位置,柔性滚筒10转动时污水挤压部件40挤压出柔性滚筒10内的污水至水槽20。水箱30连通一真空泵32,真空泵32为水槽20内的污水吸入水箱30内提供动力,进入水箱30的污水经过滤后成为清水,以提供给柔性滚筒10。
柔性滚筒10的转轴采用硬质材料制成,而周部则采用柔性材料制成,例如采用海绵、棉布等材料制成,使得清水容易吸入,并且容易达到清洁功能。柔性滚筒10采用电机驱动转动,电机也安装于壳体内部。柔性滚筒10的转速会影响清污的效果,因此需要合理设置柔性滚筒10的转速,在清理不同的环境时,采用不同的转速。
请参照图1,水槽20可以单独设置,进入清水,也可以进入污水。本实施例中,水槽20包括清水槽23与污水槽24,清水槽23的底部设有清水孔25,污水槽24的底部设有污水孔26,清水槽24与连通清水管22,污水槽24连通污水管21。清水管22上还设置一清水泵27,用于为清水进入水槽20提供动力。
污水槽24与清水槽23隔离设置,柔性滚筒10转动时,清水槽23为其提供清洁水,污水挤压部件40用于压出柔性滚筒10内的污水至污水槽24,达到收集污水的目的。
本实施例中,清水槽23设于柔性滚筒10的上方,并与柔性滚筒10具有间隙,清水槽23的槽底开设有阵列设置的清水孔25,清水槽23的两侧均设 置进水口,该进水口与清水箱连通,可以通过两个进水口进水。当然,也可以设置一个进水口,或者通过在两个进水口处设置电磁阀来控制进水量。污水槽24靠近清水槽23设置,污水槽24与清水槽23之间具有间隙,这样,可以减小整个滚筒清扫装置100的体积,污水槽24的槽底开设有阵列设置的污水孔26。污水槽24的两端均设置一个出水口,该出水口与污水箱连通,可以通过两个出水口分别出污水。当然,也可以设置一个出水口,或者通过在两个出水口处设置电磁阀来控制出污水量。当污水槽24内积有污水时,可以通过出水口排至污水箱。
请参照图2与图3,水箱30内的过滤部件31作用是对污水进行过滤,除去赃物,成为可以重新利用的清水。本实施例中,过滤部件31包括外层过滤网筒310、安装于过滤网筒310内的吸污部件311及连通吸污部件311的排污管312,过滤网筒310的外壁连接水箱30的内壁,污水管21与清水管22均连通至过滤网筒310内,排污管312伸出过滤网筒310的下端并伸出水箱30,排污管312与水箱30连接处具有密封部件。该过滤部件31工作时,水进入过滤部件31内过滤后,由清水管22输出清水,排污管312可以间隔地排出吸污部件311内的赃物,以免吸污部件311堵塞而失去过滤作用。
该吸污部件311为海绵、活性炭、沸石或树脂等。
进一步地,水箱30的内壁设有锯齿状的水箱凸起33,过滤部件31的外壁设有锯齿状的过滤凸起34,过滤凸起34可沿水箱凸起33转动以调节过滤部件31的安装位置。其中水箱凸起33与过滤凸起34的材质均可为塑胶等具有弹性的材料。
请参照图2,本实施例中,污水挤压部件40为设于污水槽24底部的挤水凸起41。
请参照图4,其他实施例中,污水挤压部件40还可以为挤水压辊42,挤水压辊42呈圆柱状,挤水压辊42靠近污水槽24设置以便于将污水压入污水槽24,且挤水压辊42的表面压设于柔性滚筒10的表面,本实施例中,挤水压辊42与污水槽24的侧面之间具有间隙。挤水压辊42压设柔性滚筒10以 使柔性滚筒10的表面形成凹陷部13,挤水压辊42位于该凹陷部13的部分的尺寸为挤水压辊42尺寸的1/4-1/2,这样既不会影响柔性滚筒10的正常转动,又可以压出污水。当然,挤水压辊42下压的尺寸较大时,柔性滚筒10也可转动。本实施例中,挤水压辊42位于该凹陷部13的部分的尺寸为挤水压辊42尺寸的1/3,该尺寸为最佳下压尺寸。
挤水压辊42采用硬质材料制成,以便于挤压柔性滚筒10。例如挤水压辊42采用木质材料、塑胶材料、金属材料等制成,均可达到上述的目的。挤水压辊42安装在壳体内,例如与壳体连接,或者通过安装架安装在壳体内靠近污水槽24。
可以理解地,挤水压辊42的数量可以是一个或者几个,在不影响该滚筒清扫装置100正常工作的前提下,可以设置多个挤水压辊42。本实施例中,挤水压辊42的数量为一个,挤水压辊42与滚刷50分别位于污水槽24、清水槽23的两侧。
请参照图1,垃圾收集盒60位于柔性滚筒10的一侧且位于滚刷50的正下方,垃圾收集盒60的一侧抵接柔性滚筒10,以便于柔性滚筒10上刷下的垃圾能够掉入垃圾收集盒60。垃圾收集盒60呈U型设置,但角处呈方形状设置。
进一步地,在垃圾收集盒60的靠近柔性滚筒10的一侧设有刮板61,用于刮除柔性滚筒10上的垃圾。垃圾收集盒60与刮板61之间设置一承重轮80,用于增加垃圾收集盒60的承重能力。刮板61呈弧形状设置且一端连接垃圾收集盒60抵接柔性滚筒10的一侧。
实施例二
本实施例的滚筒清扫装置,与实施例一不同的是,过滤部件31的吸污部件311由外层至内层依次包括活性炭层、树脂层及沸石层,排污管312连通沸石层。
实施例三
本实施例的滚筒清扫装置,与实施例一不同的是,清水槽23设于柔性滚 筒10的上方;污水槽24靠近柔性滚筒10的一侧底部设置,污水槽24顶部呈封闭设置且槽底开设有污水孔,这样污水槽24更加接近污水聚集的地区,更方便排出污水。此时,污水挤压部件40为设于污水槽24底部的挤水凸起41,挤水凸起41压设于柔性滚筒10的表面,柔性滚筒10转动时挤水凸起41挤压出柔性滚筒10内的污水至污水槽24。
实施例四
请参照图5,本实施例的滚筒清扫装置200,与实施例一不同的是,污水槽24设于柔性滚筒10的上方,污水槽24的槽底开设有污水孔26;清水槽23叠置于污水槽24的上方并连接污水槽24,清水槽23的槽底开设有清水孔25,清水孔25连通污水槽24,清水通过清水槽23、污水槽24流入底部的柔性滚筒10,此时也可以隔离清水和污水,但是效果没有实施例一好。
进一步地,清水槽23的一端或两端通过清水管连通清水箱,污水槽24的一端或两端通过污水管连通污水箱,清水管上设有清水电磁阀,污水管上设有污水电磁阀;污水挤压部件40为设于污水槽24底部的挤水凸起41,污水槽24连接一上下运动的清污驱动部件,清水电磁阀、污水电磁阀及清污驱动部件均电连接一控制器,控制器控制清水电磁阀与所述污水电磁阀、驱动部件间隔交替打开,这样在时间上隔离清水槽23与污水槽24,进一步保证清水与污水隔离。例如污水槽24连接一气缸,当清污驱动部件打开驱动污水槽24下降,污水槽24底部的挤水凸起41下压柔性滚筒10,污水电磁阀打开进行排污,此时清水电磁阀关闭;当排污结束时,气缸驱动污水槽24上升,不挤压柔性滚筒10,清水电磁阀打开,为柔性滚筒10提供清水。
当然,污水挤压部件40还可以是挤水压辊42,挤水压辊42连接清污驱动部件,当清污驱动部件打开,挤水压辊42下降,挤水压辊42下压柔性滚筒10,污水电磁阀打开进行排污,此时清水电磁阀关闭;当排污结束时,气缸驱动挤水压辊42上升,不挤压柔性滚筒10,清水电磁阀打开,为柔性滚筒10提供清水。
实施例五
本实施例的滚筒清扫装置,与实施例一不同的是,污水槽24与清水槽23均设于柔性滚筒10的上方,污水槽24与清水槽23对接且相互隔离,污水槽24的槽底开设有污水孔26,清水槽23的槽底开设有清水孔25,这样也能起到一定的隔离效果。
实施例六
本实施例的滚筒清扫装置,与实施例一不同的是,污水槽24与清水槽23共用一个水槽。污水挤压部件40为设于污水槽24底部的挤水凸起41或者挤水压辊42,污水挤压部件40连接一清污驱动部件;水槽的一端通过清水管连通清水箱,另一端通过污水管连通污水箱,清水管上设有清水电磁阀,污水管上设有污水电磁阀,清水电磁阀、污水电磁阀及清污驱动部件均电连接一控制器,控制器控制所述清水电磁阀与所述污水电磁阀、驱动部件间隔交替打开。这样在时间上隔离清水与污水。例如水槽连接一气缸,当清污驱动部件打开,污水挤压部件40下降,污水挤压部件40下压柔性滚筒10,污水电磁阀打开进行排污,此时清水电磁阀关闭;当排污结束时,气缸驱动污水挤压部件40上升,不挤压柔性滚筒10,清水电磁阀打开,为柔性滚筒10提供清水。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于,包括柔性滚筒、驱动所述柔性滚筒转动的滚筒电机、靠近并连通所述柔性滚筒表面的水槽、水箱及污水挤压部件,所述水箱内设有过滤部件,所述水槽的一端通过污水管连通所述水箱位于所述过滤部件的上方的位置,所述水槽的另一端通过清水管连通所述水箱位于所述过滤部件的下方的位置,所述水箱连通一真空泵,所述柔性滚筒转动时所述污水挤压部件挤压出所述柔性滚筒内的污水至所述水槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述过滤部件包括外层过滤网筒、安装于所述过滤网筒内的吸污部件及连通所述吸污部件的排污管,所述过滤网筒的外壁连接所述水箱的内壁,所述污水管与所述清水管均连通至所述过滤网筒内,所述排污管伸出所述过滤网筒的下端并伸出所述水箱,所述排污管与所述水箱连接处具有密封部件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述吸污部件为海绵、活性炭、沸石或树脂。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述水箱的内壁设有锯齿状的水箱凸起,所述过滤部件的外壁设有锯齿状的过滤凸起,所述过滤凸起可沿所述水箱凸起转动以调节所述过滤部件的安装位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述水槽包括清水槽与污水槽,所述清水槽的底部设有清水孔,所述污水槽的底部设有污水孔,所述清水槽连通所述清水管,所述污水槽连通所述污水管。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述污水槽与所述清水槽隔离设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述清水槽设于所述柔性滚筒的上方,所述污水槽靠近所述清水槽设置,所述污水挤压部件靠近所述污水槽设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述污水槽设于所述柔性滚筒的上方,所述清水槽叠置于所述污水槽的上方并连接所述污水槽;所述污水挤压部件连接一清污驱动部件;所述清水管上设有清水电磁阀,所述污水管上设有污水电磁阀,所述清水电磁阀、污水电磁阀及清污驱动部件均电连接一控制器,所述控制器控制所述清水电磁阀与所述污水电磁阀、驱动部件间隔交替打开。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒清扫装置,其特征在于:所述污水挤压部件为挤水压辊,所述挤水压辊靠近所述水槽设置,所述挤水压辊的中心与所述柔性滚筒的中心平行设置,所述挤水压辊的表面压设于所述柔性滚筒的表面,所述柔性滚筒转动时所述挤水压辊挤压出所述柔性滚筒内的污水至所述污水槽。
  10. 一种扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的滚筒清扫装置。
