Abstract

La rôtissoire comprend : une plaque de support de dispositif de commande fixée au côté arrière d'une structure de base de façon à être accouplée avec un dispositif de commande, la structure de base ayant un trou de brûleur permettant de recevoir une puissance calorifique en provenance de brûleurs d'une gazinière ; un support de base, ayant un moyen de maintien d'équilibre de poids fixé à la structure de base afin d'équilibrer son poids avec le poids du dispositif de commande ; le dispositif de commande, accouplé à la plaque de support de dispositif de commande et dans lequel est intégré un moteur de décélération, et comportant un arbre de transfert de puissance qui est visible par traversée d'une surface avant de la plaque de support de dispositif de commande d'une manière inclinée de sorte que sa partie d'extrémité est dirigée vers le haut ; et une rôtissoire ayant un moyen de transfert de puissance externe permettant de l'accoupler de manière axiale avec l'arbre de transfert de puissance incliné, et tournant afin de réaliser une cuisson par réception de la puissance calorifique par l'intermédiaire du trou de brûleur.
