技术领域
本发明涉及烟草技术领域,更具体涉及一种加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法。
背景技术
加热不燃烧卷烟是通过加热不燃烧烟草的方式向消费者提供尼古丁和烟草特征香气,满足消费者的需求,同时可大幅度降低主流烟气中焦油和有害物质的释放量,是未来烟草市场发展的重要趋势。
由于其使用方式与传统卷烟存在巨大差别,加热不燃烧卷烟烟支的设计必然有别于传统卷烟。相关实验表明未经过特殊处理的普通烟支在一般烟具中使用无法提供满意的烟雾量和香气。
再造烟叶是重要的烟草原料,在加热不燃烧烟草制品中使用具有以下三个益处:(1)可以做成片状材料,可较大程度上解决烟草脱落现象;(2)更大程度的保证烟草制品品质的均一性,提供感官上更为一致的吸食感受;(3)由于再造烟叶的制备过程中可以根据需要更大程度上改变烟草的化学组分,对改善和提高加热非燃烧烟草制品的质量,满足市场上个性需求具有明显优势。但目前生产的再造烟叶主要目的是提高烟草原料使用效率,提高经济效益,所使用的原料通常是废弃烟末、烟叶和烟梗,因此整体上大部分的烟草基底缺少卷烟特征香气,烟草本香不足,杂气和木质气较重。同时,再造烟叶主要是切丝后加入卷烟中使用,一般所使用的保润剂含量较低,在加热非燃烧烟草制品的使用中无法提供高浓度的烟雾。
申请公布号为CN 103181613的专利文件提供了一种电干馏型烟草薄片的制备方法。该专利文件中在烟草薄片片基上涂布烟草提取物、植物提取物和发烟剂,应用于电干馏装置中可产生烟雾。但是该专利文件只是简单以薄片涂布的方式改性普通薄片,未考虑薄片卷制后对烟支发烟影响和对烟草香气释放的影响。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题就是如何提高加热不燃烧卷烟发烟量和烟草香气,在加热不燃烧烟具中使用可以提供良好的烟雾感受和丰富的烟草香气,而提供一种加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤(所用原料均市购获得):
步骤一:制备烟草基底:选取烟草原料,将其浸泡在水中,水温为60-80℃,浸泡时间为0.5-2h,过滤,然后将滤后烟草打浆得到烟草浆液;以重量份计称取烟草浆液50-80份,木浆8-25份,粘合剂4-8份,然后均匀混合,将混合后的浆料送至抄纸机成型,干燥至含水率为10-15%,得到烟草基底;
步骤二:制备烟草精油:选取烤烟、晾烟或晒烟中的一种或几种,先采用溶剂浸提法制备烟草初提物;再采用分子蒸馏法由烟草初提物制备烟草精油;
步骤三:制备涂布液:以重量份计称取步骤二得到的烟草精油1-40份、烟用香精2-20份、雾化剂40-80份,然后均匀混合,得到涂布液;
步骤四:涂布烟草基底:按照步骤一得到的烟草基底重量的25-40%称取步骤三得到的涂布液,将涂布液喷涂到烟草基底上,在恒温恒湿条件下静置40-60h,得到涂布的烟草基底;
步骤五:制备烟草卷烟烟支:将步骤四得到的烟草基底按尺寸制成烟草棒,将烟草棒与滤嘴连接得到加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支。
优选地,在步骤一中,所述的烟草原料包括烟梗、烟末、碎叶和短丝中的一种或几种。

本发明还提供烟草基底与滤棒复合工艺。为了保证卷制后的烟支在加热条件下能充分释放烟气和香气,在将烟草基底与滤棒复合的过程中要遵循最大程度的降低抽吸阻力。本发明中采用的滤棒为醋纤滤棒,优选的为空心异型滤棒,可以最大程度上降低滤棒对烟气的阻隔效应。具体的,所采用的滤棒规格为圆周22.0-25.0mm,滤棒长度为100-150mm,丝束规格为单丝旦数1.8~6.0旦尼尔。吸嘴部分滤棒可为全部空心结构,也可以结合部分普通滤棒,优选的为全空心滤棒,更优的滤棒长为23+7mm,其中23mm为空心滤棒,7mm为普通滤棒。空心滤棒形状不限,可采用圆形,方形,或其他异形结构。上述基底经纸滤棒加工设备所生产的烟支烟草原料段与滤棒复合。设计滤棒长度为15-40mm,优选的为15-30mm;烟草原料长度为10-40mm,优选的为20mm。复合后即为用于加热非燃烧烟具的成品卷烟。

本发明方法可以制备得到品质均一的烟支,为保证逐口抽吸过程中烟气品质的一致性提供基础;本发明方法采用原有造纸法技术加工烟草基底,保证烟支的工业化生产的可能性;本发明方法采用空心滤棒在最大程度上保证了新型卷烟烟雾量和烟草香气的丰富性。采用匹配烟具,在保证抽吸口数与传统卷烟一致的前提下,减少烟草原料的使用量,降低生产成本;本发明烟支烟气饱满,具备与传统卷烟类似的抽吸感受;同时香气丰富,特别是烟草香气彰显;具有良好的满足感。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
将烟梗和烟末混合,加3-4倍重量的水,加热,过滤得滤渣;将滤渣打浆得到烟草浆液,取烟草浆液65Kg、木浆20Kg、黄原胶4Kg均匀混合,之后在造纸机上抄造得到基底;制备涂布液,其组成重量百分比为:烤烟烟草精油:15%;烟用香精:10%;甘油:75%,并将烟草基底重量30%的涂布液用喉头喷雾器均匀喷洒至烟草基底上;在恒温恒湿箱中调节环境温度为(22±1)℃、相对湿度(60±2)%条件下平衡48h,得1#样品;
选取定量为50g/m2;宽度为80mm的基底,经加工设备处理得到压纹的烟草棒,生产过程中生产设备速度控制在40m/min;通过复合设备将烟草棒和滤嘴连接制成烟支,其中滤嘴长度为30mm,烟草棒长度为20mm。
将上述得到的烟支插入烟具中,并设定烟具加热温度为250℃,加热20s后开始抽吸。
实施例2
将烟梗和烟末混合,加3-4倍重量的水,加热,过滤得滤渣;将滤渣打浆得到烟草浆液,取烟草浆液80Kg、木浆25Kg、黄原胶8Kg均匀混合,之后在造纸机上抄造得到基底;制备涂布液,其组成重量百分比为:烤烟烟草精油:15%;烟用香精:10%;甘油:75%,并将烟草基底重量15%的涂布液用喉头喷雾器均匀喷洒至选定烟草基底上。在恒温恒湿箱中调节环境温度为(22±1)℃、相对湿度(60±2)%条件下平衡48h,得2#样品;
选取定量为35g/m2;宽度为110mm的基底,经加工设备处理得到压纹的烟草棒,生产过程中生产设备速度控制在60m/min;通过复合设备将烟草棒和滤嘴连接制成烟支,其中滤嘴长度为30mm,烟草棒长度为20mm。
将上述得到的烟支插入烟具中,并设定烟具加热温度为300℃,加热10s后开始抽吸。
实施例3
将烟梗和烟末混合,加3-4倍重量的水,加热,过滤得滤渣;将滤渣 打浆得到烟草浆液,取烟草浆液50Kg、木浆8Kg、阿拉伯胶6Kg均匀混合,之后在造纸机上抄造得到基底;制备涂布液,其组成重量百分比为:烤烟烟草精油:40%;烟用香精:10%;甘油:50%,并将烟草基底重量45%的涂布液用喉头喷雾器均匀喷洒至烟草基底上。在恒温恒湿箱中调节环境温度为(22±1)℃、相对湿度(60±2)%条件下平衡48h,得3#样品;
选取定量为70g/m2;宽度为220mm的基底,经加工设备处理得到压纹的烟草棒,生产过程中生产设备速度控制在20m/min;通过复合设备将烟草棒和滤嘴连接制成烟支,其中滤嘴长度为30mm,烟草棒长度为20mm。
将上述得到的烟支插入烟具中,并设定烟具加热温度为200℃,加热15s后开始抽吸。
结果表明:上述实施例中的加热不燃烧烟草制品在低温加热条件下所产生的烟气对咽喉刺激性较小,香气丰富,烟草突出,独具风格,满足感好,余味较纯净舒适,发烟量充足。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本发明,而非对本发明的限制。尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行各种组合、修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
    步骤一:制备烟草基底:选取烟草原料,将其浸泡在水中,水温为60-80℃,浸泡时间为0.5-2h,过滤,然后将滤后烟草打浆得到烟草浆液;以重量份计称取烟草浆液50-80份,木浆8-25份,粘合剂4-8份,然后均匀混合,将混合后的浆料送至抄纸机成型,干燥至含水率为10-15%,得到烟草基底;
    步骤二:制备烟草精油:选取烤烟、晾烟或晒烟中的一种或几种,先采用溶剂浸提法制备烟草初提物;再采用分子蒸馏法由烟草初提物制备烟草精油;
    步骤三:制备涂布液:以重量份计称取步骤二得到的烟草精油1-40份、烟用香精2-20份、雾化剂40-80份,然后均匀混合,得到涂布液;
    步骤四:涂布烟草基底:按照步骤一得到的烟草基底重量的25-40%称取步骤三得到的涂布液,将涂布液喷涂到烟草基底上,在恒温恒湿条件下静置40-60h,得到涂布的烟草基底;
    步骤五:制备烟草卷烟烟支:将步骤四得到的烟草基底按尺寸制成烟草棒,将烟草棒与滤嘴连接得到加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤一中,所述的烟草原料包括烟梗、烟末、碎叶和短丝中的一种或几种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤一中,所述的木浆为云杉漂白硫酸盐浆、杨木漂白硫酸盐浆、针叶木漂白硫酸盐浆和桉木漂白硫酸盐浆中的一种或几种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤一中,所述的粘合剂为黄原胶、阿拉伯胶和瓜尔胶中的一种或几种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特 征在于,在步骤一中,所述的烟草基底厚度为10-300μm;烟草基底厚度克重在20-200g/m2
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤二中,所述的晾烟为白肋烟或马里兰烟中的一种或两种;所述晒烟为香料烟、晒红烟、晒黄烟或黄花烟中的一种或几种;所述分子蒸馏条件如下:进料速度2-10mL/min,真空度15-20Pa,进样温度80℃,加热温度60-80℃,冷却温度10-20℃,转速300-400r/min。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤三中,所述的烟用香精为香兰素、苯甲酸、苯乙酸、10%秘鲁浸膏、5%树苔浸膏、90%丁香油、大茴香醛、10%菠萝酮、苯甲醇、苯乙醇、甲苯乙酮、苯乙酸乙酯、铃铛梅子浸膏、苯乙醛、苯乙酮、当归内酯、法尼酮、十二酸、异戊酸、丁酸苄酯、辛醇、四甲基吡嗪、柠檬酸、乙基麦芽酚、香紫苏醇、香紫苏内酯、龙涎醚、印蒿油、橙叶油、缬草油、香根油、赖百当浸膏、苏合香浸膏、独活酊、酸果流浸膏、酸角浸膏、春黄菊浸膏、香荚兰浸膏、无花果浸膏、苹果汁、巨豆三烯酮、二氢猕猴桃内酯、β-紫罗兰酮、棕榈酸、香叶基丙酮的一种或几种。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤三中,所述的雾化剂为丙二醇、三甘醇、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇的一种或几种。
  9. 权利要求1-8任一项所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法制得的烟草烟支。
  10. 权利要求9所述的加热不燃烧烟草卷烟烟支的制备方法制得的烟草烟支在加热不燃烧烟具中的应用,其特征在于,将权利要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法制得的烟草烟支放置于烟具中,设定加热温度为200-500℃,加热时间10-30s,到达加热时间后开始抽吸。
