背景技术
随着企业和消费者对卷烟质量要求的不断提高,烟用纸张在降低 生产损耗(上机适应性)、降焦减害、提升美观度和防伪能力等应用 方面的研究不断深化。经过国内外烟草科人员研究,都取得了一些成 果。
在含烟草元素的卷纸研究制备方面:卷烟纸是包裹烟丝并制成烟 支的纸张,卷烟纸直接参与燃烧,卷烟纸的品质好坏直接影响抽吸。 通常卷烟纸主要由木浆纤维和无机材料组成,目前大多数卷烟纸燃烧 时都会产生木质气及刺激等缺陷。为提高卷烟纸抽吸品质,现有技术 设法在卷烟生产过程中或后续加工时加入一些烟草材料、烟草提取物、 香精香料等,以达到改善吸味、着色、增香的目的,形成视觉、嗅觉 与普通卷烟纸的差别,增大防伪能力。
现有技术主要以下四种:第一种是在卷烟纸生产过程中添加烟草 材料。专利(申请号:CN200910214534.3)公开了一种卷烟纸的制备 方法,把120-180目烟叶粉末添加到纸浆中,制成的卷烟有一定草本 香和独特外粉末添加到纸浆中,制成的卷烟有一定烟草本香和独特外 观。第二种是利用制造烟草薄片的方法制造卷烟:纸专利(申请号:CN201310405161.4)公开天然烟叶纹理卷纸的制备方法,把烟草材料 与木浆混合浆料制成纸基,再把萃取物涂布于纸基上,制成的卷烟纸 富含香味和与众不同的外观。专利(申请号:CN201210412338.9)公 开了一种烟草薄片型卷烟纸的制备方法,萃取后的烟草材料与木浆制 成薄片,浸涂萃取物形成独特的茄衣包皮和卷烟纸。第三种是在卷烟 纸上涂布着色:专利(申请号:CN201210431731.2)公开了用美拉德 物为烟草薄片卷烟纸着色,着色的方法为涂布;专利(申请号: CN201110179395.2)公开了自然纹理卷烟纸的制备方法,用天然色素 和烟草浸膏加胶粘剂为卷烟纸涂布液,用柔版印刷方法把涂布液涂布 在卷烟纸上,提高卷烟纸的抽吸品质和防伪能力。第四种是利用印刷 的方法添加烟草材料对卷烟纸着色。专利(申请号:CN201310403562.6) 公开了一种带图案和香味的卷烟纸及其制备方法,其用烟草香精香料 与植物胶混合作为油墨,印刷于卷烟纸上。
上述这些技术虽然一定程度上改善了卷烟纸的色别,形成独特的 风格,口感也得到一定的提升,但通过印刷和涂布的方法,烟草材料 的添加有限;把烟草材料在制浆工艺中加入,烟草物质随着制浆会有 一定的流失;采用浸涂的方法由于卷烟纸的负载能力有限,涂布液的 涂布量一般为10g/m2,占卷烟纸干重量的10%左右,真正对卷烟纸 品质的改善有限。由此可见,现有技术大多采用涂布、印刷、浸涂等 方式在卷烟纸中添加烟草材料,其共同的不足之处是添加量有限,不 超过10%,其次所添加的烟草材料不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决了现有技术中烟草物质添加有限,所添 加的烟草材料不稳定的问题。
提出了一种含烟草元素的卷烟纸及含烟草元素的卷烟纸的制备 方法。
为了实现上述目的,为解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明采用如 下技术方案来实现。
一种含烟草元素的卷烟纸,由包括如下重量份的原料制备得到:
其中,所述添加剂为罗望子多糖胶、阳离子淀粉、瓜尔胶、壳聚 糖中的一种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述超细烟草粉末为烟叶原料、烟叶碎片、烟梗、烟 末、烟灰棒等经粉碎处理后的一种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述纤维素纤维为木浆(针叶木浆、阔叶木浆)、麻 浆(亚麻浆、大麻浆)、竹浆中的一种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠、磷酸钠、苹果酸 钾、山梨酸钾中的一种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述填料为碳素钙、膨润土中的一种或多种组合;所 述保润剂为丙三醇、丙二醇、乙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇和蜂蜜中的一 种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述香原料为烟草及香味植物的醇提膏、水提膏、精 油、净油中的一种或多种组合。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种含烟草元素的卷烟纸的制备方 法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1.将烟草原料采用粉碎设备进行粉碎处理制备得到超细烟草粉 末;
步骤S2.将步骤S1制备得到的超细烟草粉末与水混合进行提取,提 取完毕后过滤得到提取液和滤渣;
步骤S3.将步骤S2中制备得到的提取液进行浓缩制备得到浓缩液, 在浓缩液中加入香原料、助燃剂充分混合均匀后制备得到涂布液,备 用;
步骤S4.将纤维素纤维与水混合后按制浆工艺进行制浆,制浆完成后 制备得到纤维素纤维浆料,备用;
步骤S5.将步骤S2制备得到的滤渣与步骤S4制备得到的纤维素纤维 浆料进行混合,依次加入填料和添加剂进行充分混合均匀后制备得到 混合浆料;
步骤S6.将步骤S5制备得到的混合浆料按造纸抄造成型工艺进行抄 造制备得到片基;
步骤S7.将步骤S3中制备得到的涂布液与步骤S6制备得到的片基采 用浸滞涂布工艺进行涂布,制备得到涂布样;
步骤S8.将步骤S7制备得到的涂布样经干燥、收卷、轧光、分切、 复卷后制备得到含烟草元素的卷烟纸产品。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中的超细烟草粉末的特征为:中位粒径 (D50)为31.34um~13.98um,小于20um粒径含量在33.88%%~64.05% 之间。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中超细烟草粉末与水的混合的重量比为1:(4.6~8),提取温度为50~80℃,提取时间为15~70min。
进一步地,所述步骤S4中的制浆,制浆过程的浆料的肖伯尔打 浆度为600SR~900SR;
所述步骤S6中抄造制备得到片基的绝干定量为20g/m2~30g/m2;
所述步骤S7中制备得到涂布样的绝干定量为26g/m2~45g/m2。
本发明的工作原理:
将原材料采用粉碎设备进行粉碎处理制备得到中位径(D50)为 31.34um~13.98um,小于20um粒径含量在33.88%%~64.05%之间的超 微粉,再加水混合,后分离得提取液和滤渣,提进行制浆;制浆制得 的浆料中再加入从原材料中提取的滤渣和助剂制得混合浆料,再抄造 成型得片基。
由于原料为超微粉,若按植物细胞平均直径为20um来算(大多 数植物细胞的粒径在10um~30um之间),则当20um的粒径含量在 33.88%%~64.05%之间时,意味着占比达到33.88%%~64.05%的烟草细 胞已经破壁,细胞的破壁程度不同,所制备得到的片基的定量、厚度、 松厚度、透气度、抗张强度、拉伸率、吸湿速率等指标均不相同,而 这些指标是影响成品涂布率、平滑度、均匀性、理化指标、感官质量 等的重要因素。
另一方面,罗望子胶是一种水溶性木葡聚糖,以葡萄糖作为主链, 半乳糖和木糖组成侧链的水溶性聚合多糖。木葡聚糖是一种存在于高 等植物的细胞壁的多糖,特别是许多植物细胞生长的壁(主壁)级分。 此外木葡聚糖具有形成网状交联微纤维由于分支较多,故多糖分子具 有很强的亲水性,能够结合许多水分子(即水合)并产生一定的粘度, 该多糖溶液的粘度不是很高,但其特征在于在有糖共存时有增粘的作 用,且可诱导发生凝胶化。助剂使用罗望子多糖胶、阳离子淀粉、瓜 尔胶、壳聚糖等的一种或几种混合而成的助剂,在制备混合浆料的过 程中,由于其分子主链结构与超细植物粉末分子的相似性,使其易于 吸附到纤维上而产生助留、助滤和增强效果,促进分子伸展;另外, 罗望子多糖胶精准用量下和阳离子淀粉、瓜尔胶、壳聚糖混合后与混 合浆料充分混匀,木葡聚糖具有形成网状交联微纤维由于分支能够与 带电荷的淀粉水溶物充分匀合,并容易与带负电荷的纤维及超微植物 粉末发生相互络合作用,使得整个助剂带有电荷密度均匀的特性,从 而提升浆料留着率;最后,上述包含罗望子多糖胶的助剂由于有效的 促进了混合浆料中分子的伸展,因此整体混合浆料分子量适中,因而 不会产生过度絮凝,有助于提升片基的均匀性。
基于以上因素,将单一或者多元化的烟草原料进行超微粉碎,使 浸提和打浆工艺所使用的物料最大均质化,而超细颗粒粉末通过和纤 维素纤维充分混合后进行片基抄造,其片基均匀性高;定量、厚度、 松厚度、透气度等物理指标的波动较小;抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指 标较高,经涂布后表面细腻、涂布一致性好、理化指标波动较小,抗 张强度、拉伸率等物理指标等满足高车速运行下纸张的强度需求。依 据该工艺制备得到的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其中天然烟草成分可达到 60%以上,其优越的物理调控性能可根据需求进行设定和调整,具有 烟草色的外观色泽,不使用任何着色剂,产品的安全性得到保障,较 高的有机化学指标含量、热水可溶物含量及挥发性致香成分含量,有 效提升产品的抽吸品质并协调叶组的各香气成分。
有益效果:
(1)通过对烟草原料的超细粉化粉碎处理制成粉膏,并提取分 离,提取液制成浓缩液后制备涂布液,而粉渣和浆料混配制成混合浆 料,通过超微粉的处理,使得原料细胞不同比例的破壁,破壁程度的 不同,所制备得到的片基的定量、厚度、松厚度、透气度、抗张强度、 拉伸率、吸湿速率等指标均不相同,当20um的粒径含量在 33.88%%~64.05%之间,中位径(D50)为31.34um~13.98um时,所制 备得到的片基均匀性高;定量、厚度、松厚度、透气度等物理指标的 波动较小;抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标较高。经涂布后表面细腻、 涂布一致性好、理化指标波动较小,抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标等 满足高车速运行下纸张的强度需求。
(2)依据该工艺制备得到的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其中天然烟 草成分可达到60%以上,其优越的物理调控性能可根据需求进行设定 和调整,具有与天然烟叶相似的外观色泽,不使用任何着色剂,产品 的安全性得到保障,较高的有机化学指标含量、热水可溶物含量及挥 发性致香成分含量,有效提升产品的抽吸品质并协调叶组的各香气成 分。
(3)该方法制备过程中具有理化指标可调可控、风格特征可塑 性强的优势,赋予卷烟纸烟草元素,同时赋予卷烟纸特殊外观、香气、 防伪、协调烟香、改善卷烟杂气等功能。
具体实施方式
使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体 实施方式对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性 的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公 知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
实施例
(1)将烟草原料采用粉碎设备进行粉碎处理制备得到超细烟草 粉末,超细烟草粉末的中位径(D50)为20.32um,小于20um粒径含 量46.81%;
(2)取70份重量的(绝干质量)的上述超细烟草粉末置于提取 罐中,向其中加入4倍重量的水,70℃提取30分钟,提取完毕后过 滤得到提取液和滤渣;
(3)提取液采用减压蒸馏浓缩工艺进行浓缩得到浓缩液,在浓缩 液中加入2.5份重量的助燃剂,3份重量的保润剂,1份重量的香原 料充分搅拌混合均匀后制备得到涂布液备用;
(4)取30份重量的纤维素纤维(其中针叶木浆10份,亚麻浆 20份),按造纸法再造烟叶制浆工艺进行制浆,浆料的肖博尔打浆度 为800SR;
(5)制浆完成后将烟草粉渣和纤维素纤维浆料一起混合,在混 合浆料中加入依次加入20份的碳酸钙、0.4份重量的添加剂,充分 搅拌混合均匀后采用造纸法再造烟叶片基抄造成型工艺进行片基的 制备,片基的定量为25g/m2;
(6)将涂布液按造纸法再造烟叶涂布工艺涂布于片基上,涂布 后再造烟叶的绝干定量控制为32g/m2;
(7)涂布样经干燥、收卷、轧光、分切、复卷后制备得到含烟 草元素的卷烟纸产品。
罗望子多糖胶的使用量对浆料留着率和片基物理性能的影响如 下:
Claims (10)
2.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述超细烟草粉末为烟叶原料、烟叶碎片、烟梗、烟末、烟灰棒等经粉碎处理后的一种或多种组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述纤维素纤维为木浆、麻浆、竹浆中的一种或多种组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述助燃剂为柠檬酸钾、柠檬酸钠、磷酸钠、苹果酸钾、山梨酸钾中的一种或多种组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述填料为碳素钙、膨润土中的一种或多种组合;所述保润剂为丙三醇、丙二醇、乙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇和蜂蜜中的一种或多种组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述香原料为烟草及香味植物的醇提膏、水提膏、精油、净油中的一种或多种组合。
7.一种含烟草元素的卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1.将烟草原料采用粉碎设备进行粉碎处理制备得到超细烟草粉末;
步骤S2.将步骤S1中制备得到的超细烟草粉末与水混合进行提取,提取完毕后过滤得到提取液和滤渣;
步骤S3.将步骤S2中制备得到的提取液进行浓缩制备得到浓缩液,在浓缩液中加入香原料、助燃剂充分混合均匀后制备得到涂布液,备用;
步骤S4.将纤维素纤维与水混合后按制浆工艺进行制浆,制浆完成后制备得到纤维素纤维浆料,备用;
步骤S5.将步骤S2制备得到的滤渣与步骤S4制备得到的纤维素纤维浆料进行混合,依次加入填料和添加剂进行充分混合均匀后制备得到混合浆料;
步骤S6.将步骤S5制备得到的混合浆料按造纸抄造成型工艺进行抄造制备得到片基;
步骤S7.将步骤S3中制备得到的涂布液与步骤S6制备得到的片基采用浸滞涂布工艺进行涂布,制备得到涂布样;
步骤S8.将步骤S7制备得到的涂布样经干燥、收卷、轧光、分切、复卷后制备得到含烟草元素的卷烟纸产品。
8.如权利要求9所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的超细烟草粉末的特征为:中位粒径D50为31.34um~13.98um,小于20um粒径含量在33.88%%~64.05%之间。
9.如权利要求9所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中超细烟草粉末与水的混合的重量比为1:4.6~8,提取温度为50~80℃,提取时间为15~70min。
10.如权利要求9所述的含烟草元素的卷烟纸,其特征在于,
所述步骤S4中的制浆,制浆过程的浆料的肖伯尔打浆度为60°SR~90°SR;
所述步骤S6中抄造制备得到片基的绝干定量为20g/m2~30g/m2;
所述步骤S7中制备得到涂布样的绝干定量为26g/m2~45g/m2。
