背景技术
烟用接装纸(又称“水松纸”)是一种用于烟支和过滤嘴连接的特殊用纸,是卷烟与人的唇齿唯一接触的地方。现有技术中,接装纸通过用油墨印刷涂布的方式在接装纸原纸上印刷文字、色彩、和图案,使接装纸满足卷烟产品的要求。并且,现有的烟用接装纸多采用纸浆制成,原料较单一,无特殊香味,含烟草元素的接装纸的研究及制备方面,单垒等人研究开发了香甜味烟用接装纸的研制,这种方法不仅可以赋予烟用接装纸的甜味效果,同时还能增加烟用接装纸的香味,与烟支卷接后,结合烟丝自有的香气,给消费者从味觉及嗅觉上提供不一样的感官享受。单婧等人,研究发现烟草类纤维在接装纸上的应用能够突出卷烟的外观特征,且对接装原纸能够起到防伪作用。
而目前的接装原纸抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标较低,整体纸张性能不能满足高车速运行条件的强度需求,影响产能效率,且天然烟草成分含量低,导致含有杂气、色泽差,需要使用着色剂协调观感,影响烟支的整理品质。

本发明的目的是为了赋予卷烟接装纸烟草元素,同时赋予卷烟接装纸特殊外观、香气、防伪等功能,以彰显卷烟高质量发展中资源节约、环保、创新的理念。

步骤S2.将步骤S1制备得到的超细烟草粉末与水混合进行提取,提取完毕后过滤得到提取液和滤渣;
步骤S3.将步骤S2中制备得到的提取液进行浓缩制备得到浓缩液,在浓缩液中加入保润剂充分混合均匀后制备得到涂布液,备用;
步骤S4.将纤维素纤维与水混合后按制浆工艺进行制浆,制浆完成后制备得到纤维素纤维浆料,备用;
步骤S5.将步骤S2制备得到的滤渣与步骤S4制备得到的纤维素纤维浆料进行混合,依次加入填料和添加剂进行充分混合均匀后制备得到混合浆料;
步骤S6.将步骤S5制备得到的混合浆料按造纸抄造成型工艺进行抄造制备得到片基;

步骤S8.将步骤S7制备得到的涂布样经干燥、收卷、轧光、分切、复卷后制备得到含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸产品。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中的超细烟草粉末的特征为:中位粒径(D50)为26.49um~10.72um,小于20um粒径含量在38.19%~81.29%之间。
进一步地,所述步骤S2中超细烟草粉末与水的混合的重量比为1:(4.6~8),提取温度为50~80℃,提取时间为15~70min。
进一步地,所述步骤S4中的制浆,制浆过程的浆料的肖伯尔打浆度为60°SR~90°SR;
所述步骤S6中抄造制备得到片基的绝干定量为20g/m2~30g/m2;
所述步骤S7中制备得到涂布样的绝干定量为26g/m2~45g/m2。
本发明的工作原理:
将原材料采用粉碎设备进行粉碎处理制备得到中位径(D50)为26.49um~10.72um,小于20um粒径含量在38.19%~81.29%之间的超细粉,再加水混合,后分离得提取液和滤渣,提进行制浆;制浆制得的浆料中再加入从原材料中提取的滤渣和添加剂制得混合浆料,再抄造成型得片基。
由于原料为超细粉,若按植物细胞平均直径为20um来算(大多数植物细胞的粒径在10um~30um之间),则当20um的粒径含量在38.19%~81.29%之间时,意味着占比达到38.19%~81.29%的烟草细胞已经破壁,细胞的破壁程度不同,所制备得到的片基的定量、厚度、松厚度、透气度、抗张强度、拉伸率、吸湿速率等指标均不相同,而这些指标是影响成品涂布率、平滑度、均匀性、理化指标等的重要因素。
另一方面,罗望子胶是一种水溶性木葡聚糖,以葡萄糖作为主链,半乳糖和木糖组成侧链的水溶性聚合多糖。木葡聚糖是一种存在于高等植物的细胞壁的多糖,特别是许多植物细胞生长的壁(主壁)级分。此外木葡聚糖具有形成网状交联微纤维由于分支较多,故多糖分子具有很强的亲水性,能够结合许多水分子(即水合)并产生一定的粘度,该多糖溶液的粘度不是很高,但其特征在于在有糖共存时有增粘的作用,且可诱导发生凝胶化。添加剂使用罗望子多糖胶、阳离子淀粉、瓜尔胶、壳聚糖等的一种或几种混合而成的添加剂,在制备混合浆料的过程中,由于其分子主链结构与超细植物粉末分子的相似性,使其易于吸附到纤维上而产生助留、助滤和增强效果,促进分子伸展;另外,罗望子多糖胶精准用量下和阳离子淀粉、瓜尔胶、壳聚糖混合后与混合浆料充分混匀,木葡聚糖具有形成网状交联微纤维由于分支能够与带电荷的淀粉水溶物充分匀合,并容易与带负电荷的纤维及超细植物粉末发生相互络合作用,使得整个添加剂带有电荷密度均匀的特性,从而提升浆料留着率;最后,上述包含罗望子多糖胶的添加剂由于有效的促进了混合浆料中分子的伸展,因此整体混合浆料分子量适中,因而不会产生过度絮凝,有助于提升片基的均匀性。
基于以上因素,将单一或者多元化的烟草原料进行超细粉碎,使浸提和打浆工艺所使用的物料最大均质化,而超细颗粒粉末通过和纤维素纤充分混合后进行片基抄造,其片基均匀性高;定量、厚度、松厚度、透气度等物理指标的波动较小;抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标较高,经涂布后表面细腻、涂布一致性好、理化指标波动较小,抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标等满足高车速运行下纸张的强度需求。依据该工艺制备得到的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸,其中天然烟草成分可达到60%以上,其优越的物理调控性能可根据需求进行设定和调整,具有烟草色的外观色泽,不使用任何着色剂,产品的安全性得到保障。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)通过对烟草原料的超细粉化粉碎处理制成粉膏,并提取分离,提取液制成浓缩液后制备涂布液,而粉渣和浆料混配制成混合浆料,通过超细粉的处理,使得原料细胞不同比例的破壁,破壁程度的不同,所制备得到的片基的定量、厚度、松厚度、透气度、抗张强度、拉伸率、吸湿速率等指标均不相同,当20um的粒径含量在38.19%~81.29%之间,中位径(D50)为26.49um~10.72um时,所制备得到的片基均匀性高;定量、厚度、松厚度、透气度等物理指标的波动较小;抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标较高。经涂布后表面细腻、涂布一致性好、理化指标波动较小,抗张强度、拉伸率等物理指标等满足高车速运行下纸张的强度需求。
(2)依据该工艺制备得到的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸,其中天然烟草成分可达到60%以上,其优越的物理调控性能可根据需求进行设定和调整,具有与天然烟叶相似的外观色泽,不使用任何着色剂,产品的安全性得到保障,如图1所示,含烟草元素的接装纸原纸具有古朴、自然的烟草外观色,质感细腻,具有烟草芳香气息,其中的烟草成分的含量最高可达60%以上。
(3)该方法制备过程中具有理化指标可调可控,赋予卷烟接装纸原纸元素,同时赋予卷烟接装纸特殊外观、香气、防伪、协调烟香、改善卷烟杂气等功能,改变了传统接装纸为纯纸材料,避免了传统接装纸甚至为其人工染色等处理的工艺,直接打到接近卷烟的颜色外观,且同时含入口中会释放烟草特有的清香,改善进入口中烟气中杂气的气味,有效提高了用户使用体验。

具体实施方式
使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
实施例1
(1)将烟草原料采用粉碎设备进行粉碎处理制备得到超细烟草粉末,超细烟草粉末的中位径(D50)为16.54um,小于20um粒径含量55.43%;(2)取70份重量的(绝干质量)的上述超细烟草粉末置于提取罐中,向其中加入4.6倍重量的水,70℃提取30分钟,提取完毕后过滤得到提取液和滤渣;(3)提取液采用减压蒸馏浓缩工艺进行浓缩得到浓缩液,在浓缩液中加入3份重量的保润剂充分搅拌混合均匀后制备得到涂布液备用;(4)取30份重量的纤维素纤维(其中针叶木浆10份,亚麻浆20份),按造纸法再造烟叶制浆工艺进行制浆,浆料的肖博尔打浆度为85°SR;(5)制浆完成后将烟草粉渣和纤维素纤维浆料一起混合,在混合浆料中加入依次加入20份的碳酸钙、0.4份重量的添加剂,充分搅拌混合均匀后采用造纸法再造烟叶片基抄造成型工艺进行片基的制备,片基的定量为25g/m2;(6)将涂布液按造纸法再造烟叶涂布工艺涂布于片基上,涂布后再造烟叶的绝干定量控制为35g/m2;(7)涂布样经干燥、分切、复卷后制备得到含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸产品。

Claims (10)
2.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸,其特征在于,所述超细烟草粉末为烟叶原料、烟叶碎片、烟梗、烟末、烟灰棒等经粉碎处理后的一种或多种组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸,其特征在于,所述纤维素纤维为木浆、麻浆、竹浆中的一种或多种组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸,其特征在于,所述填料为碳素钙、膨润土中的一种或多种组合;所述保润剂为丙三醇、丙二醇、乙二醇、山梨醇、丁二醇和蜂蜜中的一种或多种组合。
5.一种烟支,其特征在于,其使用的卷烟接装纸由使用如上述1~4任意一项权利要求所述的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸制备而成。
6.一种含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
步骤S1.将烟草原料采用粉碎设备进行粉碎处理制备得到超细烟草粉末;
步骤S2.将步骤S1制备得到的超细烟草粉末与水混合进行提取,提取完毕后过滤得到提取液和滤渣;
步骤S3.将步骤S2中制备得到的提取液进行浓缩制备得到浓缩液,在浓缩液中加入保润剂充分混合均匀后制备得到涂布液,备用;
步骤S4.将纤维素纤维与水混合后按制浆工艺进行制浆,制浆完成后制备得到纤维素纤维浆料,备用;
步骤S5.将步骤S2制备得到的滤渣与步骤S4制备得到的纤维素纤维浆料进行混合,依次加入填料和添加剂进行充分混合均匀后制备得到混合浆料;
步骤S6.将步骤S5制备得到的混合浆料按造纸抄造成型工艺进行抄造制备得到片基;
步骤S7.将步骤S3中制备得到的涂布液与步骤S6制备得到的片基采用浸滞涂布工艺进行涂布,制备得到涂布样;
步骤S8.将步骤S7制备得到的涂布样经干燥、分切、收卷后制备得到含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸产品。
7.如权利要求6所述的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的超细烟草粉末的特征为:中位粒径(D50)为26.49um~10.72um,小于20um粒径含量在38.19%~81.29%之间。
8.如权利要求6所述的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中超细烟草粉末与水的混合的重量比为1:(4.6~8),提取温度为50~80℃,提取时间为15~70min。
9.如权利要求6所述的含烟草元素的卷烟接装纸原纸的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤S4中的制浆,制浆过程的浆料的肖伯尔打浆度为60°SR~90°SR;
所述步骤S6中抄造制备得到片基的绝干定量为20g/m2~30g/m2;
所述步骤S7中制备得到涂布样的绝干定量为26g/m2~45g/m2。
10.一种烟支,其特征在于,其使用的卷烟接装纸由使用如上述6~9任意一项权利要求所述的卷烟接装纸原纸的制备方法制备而成。
