本发明的工作原理是:所述喷漆管贴标机的上管机构,细长管放置在料仓1内,工作时,下料气缸7伸长时,带动下料器8下压,从而将细长管下压至下料器8正下方的管子输送槽9内,在此过程中,振动器12带动振动板11振动,从而将振动板11上的细长管沿振动板11向管子输送槽9移动,在振动板11的振动下,能够避免料仓1内出现卡管现 象。下料气缸7将细长管压至管子输送槽9内后,自动恢复至初始位置,等待下一次压管,推管气缸17收缩,带动推针滑座13沿直线导轨15向右移动,进而带动推针14向右移动,推针14向右移动时,将料仓1内放置在管子输送槽9内的细长管沿管子输送槽9向右推出,在推针14向右移动的过程中,当推针滑座13沿直线导轨15向右移动至一定位置时,推针滑座13的挡块将推动推杆19向右移动,进而推动第一滑座20向右移动,当第一滑座20向右移动时,通过其第二斜面对第二滑座22的第一斜面产生推力,使第二滑座22沿与管子输送槽9垂直的方向前移,从而使压管弹片24从管子输送槽9上方移开,以方便后续的转管动作。当推针14移动至行程末端时,管子检测电眼3检验推管机构2是否将细长管推至其上方,若没有推出,则管子检测电眼3给控制器发送信号,控制器控制推管机构2继续推管,夹管机构4和旋转机构6不动作。若管子检测电眼3检测到推管机构2已经将细长管推出,则管子检测电眼3给控制器发送信号,控制器控制夹管机构4动作,夹管头25夹持管子输送槽9内的细长管,待当夹管头25夹紧细长管后,旋转气缸29动作,驱动旋转轴27转动,旋转轴27转动时,带动夹管头25转动,从而将夹管头25上夹持的细长管翻转,使细长管处于竖直状态,以便进入下一工序。
所述喷漆管贴标机的上管机构能够自动完成逐根上管作业,降低了工人的劳动强度,工作效率高,且保证了产品上的商标位置整齐,有利于产品美观;所述喷漆管贴标机的上管机构通过振动机构能够避免出现卡管现象,工作稳定,有利于提高工作效率,实用性强。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将 说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种喷漆管贴标机的上管机构,其特征在于,包括机架,以及设置在机架上的料仓(1)、推管机构(2)、管子检测电眼(3)、夹管机构(4)和旋转机构(6);所述料仓(1)内设置有下料机构和振动机构,所述下料机构包括下料气缸(7)和下料器(8),下料气缸(7)竖直安装在料仓(1)上方,下料器(8)安装在下料气缸(7)的伸缩端,料仓(1)底部设置有穿过料仓(1)向右延伸的管子输送槽(9),下料器(8)位于管子输送槽(9)正上方,所述振动机构包括振动轴(10)、振动板(11)和振动器(12),振动轴(10)水平设置,振动板(11)滑动安装在振动轴(10)上,振动板(11)倾斜放置,其底端延伸至管子输送槽(9),顶端延伸至料仓(1)侧壁,振动器(12)安装在料仓(1)上,且振动器(12)驱动连接振动板(11);所述推管机构(2)包括推针(14)、推针导向座(16)和推管气缸(17),所述机架上铺设有与管子输送槽(9)相平行的直线导轨(15),推针(14)通过推针滑座(13)滑动安装在直线导轨(15)上,推针导向座(16)安装在料仓(1)左侧,且与管子输送槽(9)的位置相对应,推针(14)右端头部穿过推针导向座(16),推管气缸(17)的伸缩端连接至推针滑座(13),所述管子检测电眼(3)设置在管子输送槽(9)右部,且位于料仓(1)外;所述夹管机构(4)包括夹管头(25)和夹紧气手指(26),夹紧气手指(26)连接夹管头(25),夹管头(25)位于管子输送槽(9)右侧,且与管子输送槽(9)位置相对应;所述旋转机构(6)包括旋转轴(27)、旋转固定座(28)和旋转气缸(29),旋转轴(27)转动安装在旋转固定座(28)内,旋转轴(27)后端连接至夹紧气手指(26),旋转气缸(29)的尾部转动铰接在机架上,旋转气缸(29)的头部铰接至旋转轴(27),且驱动旋转轴(27)绕自身的轴线转动;所述喷漆管贴标机的上管机构还包括控制器,管子检测电眼(3)、下料气缸(7)、振动器(12)、推管气缸(17)和旋转气缸(29)均电性连接控制器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷漆管贴标机的上管机构,其特征在于,所述喷漆管贴标机的上管机构还包括设置在机架上的开合机构(5);所述开合机构(5)位于推管机构(2)前侧,开合机构(5)包括推杆(19)、第一滑座(20)、第二滑座(22)和压管弹片(24),所述第一滑座(20)沿与管子输送槽(9)平行的方向滑动安装在机架上,推杆(19)与管子输送槽(9)平行设置,推杆(19)右端连接至第一滑座(20),推针滑座(13)上设置有与推杆(19)位置相对应的挡 块;所述第二滑座(22)沿与管子输送槽(9)垂直的方向滑动安装在机架上,压管弹片(24)安装在第二滑座(22)上,且压管弹片(24)向后延伸至管子输送槽(9)上方,第二滑座(22)后端设置有第一斜面,第一滑座(20)右端设置有与第一斜面相配合的第二斜面,且第二斜面与第一斜面相接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的喷漆管贴标机的上管机构,其特征在于,所述推针滑座(13)左端设置有缓冲垫(18)。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的喷漆管贴标机的上管机构,其特征在于,所述第二斜面内安装有与第一斜面相接触的滑动轴承(21)。
