Abstract
Description
本願は、2015年6月15日に出願された日本国特願2015−120042号に基づく優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤には、一般的に溶剤系粘着剤が用いられているが、紫外線硬化型接着剤を用いることも検討されている。例えば、特許文献2には、加飾層と、電離放射線硬化型接着剤層とを有する加飾シートが開示されている。ここでは、電離放射線硬化型接着剤層は一定時間仮接着をすることが可能な性質を有し、接着剤を構成するモノマー成分の重合反応は、経時的に進行する。
また、特許文献2では、粘着剤層に紫外線硬化型接着剤を用いることが検討されているが、特許文献2の加飾フィルムをTOM成形に用いた場合、仮接着をした後に発泡しやすく、加飾成形体の歩留まり等を悪化させることが本発明者らの検討により明らかとなった。

本発明の粘着フィルムは、粘着剤層と、粘着剤層の一方の面側に積層された加飾層とを有する。粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質は50ppm未満である。粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質は30ppm未満であることが好ましく、15ppm以下であることがより好ましく、5ppm以下であることが特に好ましい。ここで、揮発性物質とは、150℃の真空条件下において、揮散する物質をいう。また、本発明の粘着フィルムとは、被着対象(成形体)に貼り合わせるTOM成形前のフィルムのことをいい、本発明では、貼り合わせ前の粘着フィルムにおいて揮発性物質の含有率が上記範囲である点に特徴がある。
粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤は、紫外線硬化型粘着剤(UV硬化型粘着剤)であることが好ましく、アクリル系紫外線硬化型粘着剤であることがより好ましい。紫外線硬化型粘着剤としては、例えば、アクリル系モノマー及び/又はアクリル系オリゴマーと光重合開始剤とを含有する無溶剤型粘着剤が挙げられる。
(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマーとしては、例えば、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸プロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸t−ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−オクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソオクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ノニル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソノニル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−デシル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ウンデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ウラリル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ドデシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ステアリル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソステアリル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソボニル、(メタ)アクリル酸メトキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エトキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸シクロヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸ベンジル等が挙げられる。これらは1種を単独で使用してもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。
中でも、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n−ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシルから選ばれる少なくとも1種を用いることが好ましい。
アセトフェノン系開始剤として、具体的には、ジエトキシアセトフェノン、ベンジルジメチルケタール等が挙げられる。
ベンゾインエーテル系開始剤として、具体的には、ベンゾイン、ベンゾインメチルエーテル等が挙げられる。
ベンゾフェノン系開始剤として、具体的には、ベンゾフェノン、o−ベンゾイル安息香酸メチル等が挙げられる。
ヒドロキシアルキルフェノン系開始剤として、具体的には、1−ヒドロキシ−シクロヘキシル−フェニル−ケトン、2−ヒドロキシ−2−メチル−1−フェニル−プロパン−1−オン等が挙げられる。
チオキサントン系開始剤として、具体的には、2−イソプロピルチオキサントン、2,4−ジメチルチオキサントン等が挙げられる。
アミン系開始剤として、具体的には、トリエタノールアミン、4−ジメチル安息香酸エチル等が挙げられる。
アシルフォスフィンオキサイド系開始剤として、具体的には、2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル−ジフェニル−フォスフィンオキサイド、ビス(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)−フェニルフォスフィンオキサイド等が挙げられる。
アクリル系ポリマーの分子量の分布を広くすることにより、真空条件下又は減圧条件下での成形(TOM成形)時に、成形体への追従性を高めることができ、複雑な形状の成形体も加飾することができる。
本発明の積層体は、加飾層を含む。加飾層は、単層構成であってもよいが、紫外線吸収剤を含有する表面保護層と、有色層とを有する層であることが好ましい。なお、有色層は、顔料、染料、金属、金属酸化物等を含有することが好ましい。有色層は、顔料、染料、金属、金属酸化物を含有する樹脂層であってもよく、顔料、染料、金属、金属酸化物からなる蒸着、スパッタ層でもよく、また顔料、染料、金属、金属酸化物を含むインキ層を、加飾層に印刷で施したものであってもよい。この場合は、その印刷部のことを有色層(有色部)と呼んでもよい。この場合の、印刷方法としては特に制限されず、例えば、凸版印刷、オフセット印刷、フレキソ印刷、グラビア印刷、インクジェット印刷などが挙げられる。これらの印刷に用いる印刷インキとしては、酸化重合型の油性インキ、大豆油インキ、ベジタブルオイルインキ、紫外線硬化型のUVインキ、LED−UVインキ、グラビアインキ、フレキソインキ、スクリーンインキ等を挙げることができ、特にグラビアインキ、スクリーンインキ、インクジェットインキが好ましい。印刷インキには、必要に応じて、顔料分散剤、消泡剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤、耐磨耗防止剤、ブロッキング防止剤などの添加剤が添加されていてもよい。
本発明は、粘着剤層と、粘着剤層の一方の面側に積層された加飾層と、粘着剤層の他方の面側であって、加飾層が積層された面とは反対の面側に積層されたセパレーター層とを有する積層体に関するものでもある。ここで、粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質は50ppm未満である。
なお、図2(b)に示されたような積層体30においてもセパレーター層26が剥離された後は、粘着フィルム20となる。
本発明の積層体は、セパレーター層を含む。セパレーター層は、樹脂製であり、紙基材を含まない層であることが好ましい。このようなセパレーター層を用いることにより、紙由来のゴミ等の異物が、積層体と成形体との間に挟まることがなくなり、異物の噛み込みを効果的に抑制することができる。
剥離剤層の乾燥後の塗布量は、0.01~1g/m2であることが好ましく、0.05~0.2g/m2であることが特に好ましい。
本発明の積層体を製造する工程においては、上述した構成となるように、加飾層と、粘着剤層と、セパレーター層とを積層した後に、光線(紫外線又は電子線)を照射することが好ましい。また、セパレーター層と、粘着層と、セパレーター層とを積層した後に、光線(紫外線又は電子線)を照射し、これと加飾層とを貼り合せることで上述した構成にすることも可能である。加飾層を含んだ構成にて光線を照射する場合は、光線(紫外線又は電子線)を、セパレーター層側から照射することが好ましい。
本発明では、上記のような条件で紫外線を照射することにより、モノマーの重合度と高めつつ、粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質の割合を所定値以下とすることができる。
本発明の積層体は、真空条件下又は減圧条件下での成形用に用いられることが好ましい。本発明の積層体を用いることにより、真空条件下又は減圧条件下での成形において、粘着剤層と成形体との間に、ゴミ等の異物を噛み込むことを抑制することができる。このように、本発明の積層体は、真空条件下又は減圧条件下での成形に用いられることにより、その効果を発揮することができる。
なお、本発明の加飾成形体の製造方法で用いられる粘着フィルムは、上述した粘着フィルムであり、粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質が50ppm未満のものである。
本発明は、上述したような積層体の加飾層及び粘着剤層から構成される粘着フィルムと、粘着フィルムで加飾された成形体とを含む加飾成形体に関するものでもある。加飾成形体は、成形体の表面の一部又は全面に粘着フィルムを貼着させたものである。すなわち、加飾成形体においては、加飾層が粘着剤層を介して積層されている。
具体的には、ABS樹脂(アクリロニトリル、ブタジエン、及びスチレンの共重合体)、AS樹脂(アクリロニトリル及びスチレンの共重合体)、AAS樹脂(アクリロニトニル、アクリル、及びスチレンの共重合体)、アクリル樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ナイロン、ポリアセタール、ポリフェニレンオキシド、フェノール樹脂、ユリア樹脂、メラミン樹脂、液晶ポリマー、ポリテトラフロロエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリサルフォン、ポリエーテルサルフォン、ポリアセタール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリエーテイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ウレタン樹脂等を好ましく挙げることができる。
<加飾層1>
アクリルフィルム(三菱レイヨン社製、アクリプレンHBA001P、鉛筆硬度は2H、厚さ125μm)の片面上に、グラビア印刷機にて厚みが5μmとなるように墨インキ(DIC製、TRC1268)層(有色層)を全面に設け、加飾層1を得た。
厚さ38μmのPET(東レ社製、ルミラーT60)の片面上に、π共役系有機導電材料:ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)を含むデナトロンP−502S(ナガセケムテックス製)を、乾燥後の塗工量が0.07g/m2になるように塗布し、乾燥機にて130℃、30秒間処理を行った。このようにして、帯電防止層を形成した。
次に、反対面上に、熱硬化型シリコーン(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、LTC300B)100質量部、触媒(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、SRX212)1質量部からなる剥離剤を、乾燥後の重量で0.1g/m2になるように塗布し、剥離剤層を形成した。その後、乾燥機にて130℃、60秒間処理を行い、セパレーター層1を得た。
窒素雰囲気の反応容器中に、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート 95質量部、アクリル酸 5質量部を仕込み、開始剤(2,2’−アゾビス(4−メトキシ−2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル))0.01質量部を用いて重合反応を行い、ポリマー濃度9%、重量平均分子量Mw150万の粘着剤1を得た。
粘着剤1 100質量部に、ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート0.1質量部、ベンジルシメチルケタール1質量部を添加し、窒素ガスをパージして溶存する酸素を完全に除去して、セパレーター層1の剥離剤層側と、130μmの加飾層1のインキ層側との間に、粘着剤1を粘着剤層の厚さが50μmとなるよう塗布(ウエットラミネート)した。その後、セパレーター層1側からケミカルランプを用いて、波長365nmの紫外線の照度4mW/cm2、積算光量が300mJ/cm2となるように照射し、次に高圧水銀ランプにて波長365nmの紫外線の照度が100mW/cm2、積算光量が2000mJ/cm2となるように照射して、積層体1を得た。積層体1の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質をガスクロマトグラフィーにより測定したところ、5ppmであった。
積層体1からセパレーター層1を取り外し、粘着フィルム1とした。その粘着フィルム1をTOM成形機にセットした。防雨入線カバー(パナソニック株式会社製、品番:WP9171)を、該カバーの外面(凸面)側と上記粘着フィルム1の粘着剤層とが向き合うように、TOM成形機(布施真空株式会社製、NGF成形機)にセットした。TOM成形機を用いて130℃で粘着フィルム1を上記成形体に積層させることによって、加飾成形体1を得た。同じようにして加飾成形体1を10個作製した。
なお、上記防雨入線カバーの形状を図4(a)~(c)に示す。図4(a)~(c)に示されている防雨入線カバーは、図4(a)のように上方から観察したときに、長さ(縦)方向の長さが90mmであり、幅(横)方向の長さが60mmであった。
粘着剤層1の厚さを75μmとし、セパレーター層1をセパレーター層2に変更し、紫外線照射を高圧水銀ランプにて波長365nmの紫外線の照度が300mW/cm2、積算光量が3000mJ/cm2のみとして積層体2を得た以外は、実施例1と同様にして加飾成形体2を得た。粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、23ppmであった。
厚さ50μmのPET(東レ社製、ルミラーT60)の片面上に、グリセリンモノステアレートを、乾燥後の塗工量が0.15g/m2になるように塗布し、乾燥機にて130℃、30秒間処理を行った。このようにして、帯電防止層を形成した。
次に、反対面上に、熱硬化型シリコーン(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、LTC300B)100質量部と、触媒(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、SRX212)1質量部とからなる剥離剤を、乾燥後の重量で0.1g/m2になるように塗布し、剥離剤層を形成した。その後、乾燥機にて130℃、60秒間処理を行い、セパレーター層2を得た。
粘着剤1を粘着剤3に代えて粘着剤層3を厚さ25μmとして形成し、セパレーター層2側からケミカルランプを用いて、波長365nmの紫外線の照度4mW/cm2、積算光量が100mJ/cm2となるように照射し、次に高圧水銀ランプにて波長365nmの紫外線の照度が100mW/cm2、積算光量が2000mJ/cm2となるように照射して、積層体3を得た以外は、実施例2と同様にして加飾成形体3を得た。積層体3の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、3ppmであった。
窒素雰囲気の反応容器中に、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート 90質量部、アクリル酸 5質量部、アクリル酸イソボルニル 5質量部を仕込み、開始剤(2,2’−アゾビス(4−メトキシ−2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル))0.01質量部を用いて重合反応を行い、ポリマー濃度8%、重量平均分子量Mw200万の粘着剤3を得た。
粘着剤1を粘着剤4に代えて粘着剤層4を形成し、加飾層1の代わりにセパレーター層3を用い、また高圧水銀ランプに代えメタルハライドランプにて波長365nmの紫外線の照度が100mW/cm2、積算光量が2000mJ/cm2となるように照射し、セパレーター1/粘着剤層4/セパレーター3の構成のものを作成し、次のセパレーター1を剥がし、むき出しになった粘着剤層4にロール貼合機を用いて加飾層1と貼合し、積層体4を得た以外は実施例1と同様にし、加飾成形体4を得た。積層体4の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、14ppmであった。
窒素雰囲気の反応容器中に、ブチルアクリレート 95質量部、2−ヒドロキシメチルアクリレート 5質量部を仕込み、開始剤(2,2’−アゾビス(4−メトキシ−2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル))0.01質量部を用いて重合反応を行い、ポリマー濃度11%、重量平均分子量Mw100万の溶液4を得た。この溶液4にロジン系粘着付与剤(荒川化学製、KE311)15質量部を添加し、攪拌して粘着剤4を得た。
銀ナノワイヤー(Cold stones製、CST−NW−S40)と、ポリエステル系バインダー(高松油脂製、ペスレジンA−645GH)とを、乾燥後の重量で20:80になるように配合し、厚さ50μmのPET(東レ社製、ルミラーT60)の片面上に塗布した。塗布量は乾燥後の塗工量が0.01g/m2になるようにし、塗布はクリーンルーム(クラス1000)の中で行った。その後、乾燥機にて130℃、30秒間処理を行い、帯電防止層Dを形成した。
次に、反対面上に、熱硬化型シリコーン(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、LTC300B)100質量部と、触媒(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、SRX212)1質量部とからなる剥離剤を、乾燥後の重量で0.1g/m2になるようにクリーンルーム(クラス1000)の中で塗布し、剥離剤層を形成した。その後、乾燥機にて130℃、60秒間処理を行い、セパレーター層3を得た。
粘着剤1を粘着剤5に代えて粘着剤層5の厚さを25μmとした以外は、実施例4と同様にして積層体5を作成し加飾成形体5を得た。
積層体5の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、4ppmであった。
窒素雰囲気の反応容器中に、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート 90質量部、アクリル酸 10質量部を仕込み、開始剤(2,2’−アゾビス(4−メトキシ−2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル))0.01質量部を用いて重合反応を行い、ポリマー濃度11%、重量平均分子量Mw150万の溶液5を得た。この溶液5に、テルペン系粘着付与剤(ヤスハラケミカル製、TH130)10質量部と、脂肪族炭化水素系粘着付与剤(荒川化学製、アルコンM100)とを添加し攪拌して、粘着剤5を得た。
粘着剤層の厚さを200μmとし、セパレーター層2をセパレーター層4に代えた以外は、実施例2と同様にして積層体6を作成し加飾成形体6を得た。積層体6の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、30ppmであった。
厚さ38μmのPET(東レ社製、ルミラーT60)の片面上に、熱硬化型シリコーン(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、LTC300B)100質量部、触媒(東レ・ダウコーニング社製、SRX212)1質量部からなる剥離剤を、乾燥後の重量で0.1g/m2になるように塗布し、剥離剤層を形成した。その後、乾燥機にて130℃、60秒間処理を行い、セパレーター層4を得た。
積層体11からセパレーター層4を剥離した粘着フィルム11を用いて加飾成形体11を得ようとしたが、TOM成形機を用いて130℃で加工する際に粘着剤層が発泡を起し、良好な加飾成形体を得ることができなかった。積層体11の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、80ppmであった。
セパレーター層4の剥離剤層上に、乾燥後の厚さが25μmとなるように粘着剤11を塗布し、90℃で10分間にわたって乾燥した後、加飾層1をロール貼合機にて貼合して、積層体11を得た。
ブチルアクリレート65質量部、メチルアクリレート30質量部、アクリル酸5質量部を、窒素雰囲気の反応容器(温度コントローラー、攪拌機、還流器付)に投入し、酢酸エチルを200質量部と、アソビスイソブチロニトリル0.1質量部とを加えて重合反応を行い、ポリマーAを得た。得られたポリマーAの重量平均分子量Mwは80万であった。得られたポリマーAと、ポリαメチルスチレン(分子量Mw=850,000、Tg=105℃、和光純薬製)と、架橋剤(三菱瓦斯化学社製、テトラドX)とを、乾燥重量比で98:10:2となるように配合して粘着剤11を得た。
積層体12からセパレーター層2を剥離した粘着フィルム12を用いて加飾成形体12を得ようとしたが、TOM成形機を用いて130℃で加工する際に粘着剤層が発泡を起し、良好な加飾成形体を得ることができなかった。積層体12の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、140ppmであった。
セパレーター層2の剥離剤層上に、乾燥後の厚さが75μmとなるように粘着剤12を塗布する以外、比較例1と同様にして積層体12を得た。
ブチルアクリレート65質量部、メチルアクリレート30質量部、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート5質量部を、窒素雰囲気の反応容器(温度コントローラー、攪拌機、還流器付)に投入し、酢酸エチル200質量部と、アソビスイソブチロニトリル0.1質量部とを加えて重合反応を行い、ポリマーBを得た。得られたポリマーBの重量平均分子量Mwは80万であった。
得られたポリマーBと、架橋剤(三菱瓦斯化学社製、テトラドX)と、ビストリフルオロメタンスルホンイミドとを、乾燥重量比で96:2:2となるように配合して粘着剤12を得た。
積層体13からセパレーター層1を剥離した粘着フィルム13を用いて加飾成形体13を得ようとしたが、TOM成形機を用いて130℃で加工する際に粘着剤層が発泡を起し、良好な加飾成形体を得ることができなかった。
高圧水銀ランプにて波長365nmの紫外線の照度が100mW/cm2、積算光量が50mJ/cm2とする以外、実施例1と同様にして積層体13を得た。積層体13の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、610ppmであった。
積層体14からセパレーター層1を剥離した粘着フィルム14を用いて加飾成形体14を得ようとしたが、TOM成形機を用いて130℃で加工する際に粘着剤層が発泡を起し、良好な加飾成形体を得ることができなかった。
メタルハライドランプにて波長365nmの紫外線の照度が100mW/cm2、積算光量が50mJ/cm2となるように照射する以外、実施例4と同様にしてセパレーター1/粘着剤層4/セパレーター3の構成のものを作成し、次にセパレーター1を剥がし、むき出しになった粘着剤層4にロール貼合機を用いて加飾層1と貼合し、積層体14を得た。積層体14の粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質を測定したところ、310ppmであった。
(表面電気抵抗値の測定)
表面電気抵抗は、積層体を23℃、50%Hの環境下に1日調湿放置した後、ハイレスターUX MCP−HT800(三菱化学アナリテック社製)にて測定した。
実施例1~6及び比較例1~4の粘着フィルムを成形した際、発泡がなかったものを、成形性が良好(○)と評価した。フィルム成形時に、発泡が見受けられたものを、成形性が悪い(×)と評価した。結果を表1に示す。
23℃、相対湿度50%の環境下でエージングを行った積層体(粘着フィルム)を用いた加飾成形体の表面を観察し、表面の凸状に膨れた欠陥数を計測した。各実施例及び比較例で得た加飾成形体の上面(図4(a)の上面に対応する領域)をレーザー顕微鏡(VK−X100、キーエンス製)で観察し、高さが3μm以上のものを欠陥として数を計測した。なお、欠陥数は、各実施例及び各比較例においてそれぞれ同様に作製した10個の加飾成形体の同領域の欠陥数の平均値である。
15℃、相対湿度30%の環境下でエージングを行った積層体(粘着フィルム)を用いた加飾成形体の表面を上記と同様の方法で観察し、欠陥数を計測し、平均値を求めた。
25×50mmの試験片をABS板に貼り付け、圧着貼合(2kgローラー、1往復)、及び熱処理(130℃、1分)を行い、24時間放置した後、引っ張り試験機を用いて、剥離速度300mm/minの剥離速度、剥離角度180度、測定温度23℃、測定湿度50%の条件で試験片を剥がしたときに、剥がすのに要する力を測定した。
80℃の環境下で加飾成形体を500時間放置し、放置後に室温下にてフィルムの表面に2mm間隔で縦、横11本の切れ目を入れて100個の碁盤目を作った。セロハンテープをその表面に密着させた後一気に剥がした時に剥離せず残存したマス目の個数を表示した。
また、実施例で得られた積層体は、欠陥数が少なく、成形体に対して良好な粘着力を発揮する。さらに、実施例で得られた加飾成形体は、耐久性が優れていることがわかる。
Claims (12)
- 粘着剤層と、前記粘着剤層の一方の面側に積層された加飾層とを有し、
前記粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質が50ppm未満であることを特徴とする粘着フィルム。 - 前記粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤は、紫外線硬化型粘着剤である請求項1に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記揮発性物質が、溶剤、前記粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤の構成成分であるモノマー、及び前記粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤の構成成分であるオリゴマーから選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1又は2に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤は、(メタ)アクリル酸エステルモノマー単位を含む請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層の厚みが20μm以上である請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 前記加飾層の厚みが75μm以上である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 真空条件下又は減圧条件下での成形用に用いられる請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の粘着フィルム。
- 粘着剤層と、前記粘着剤層の一方の面側に積層された加飾層と、前記粘着剤層の他方の面側であって、前記加飾層が積層された面とは反対の面側に積層されたセパレーター層とを有する積層体であって、
前記粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質が50ppm未満であることを特徴とする積層体。 - 前記粘着剤層、前記加飾層、及び前記セパレーター層の少なくともいずれかは、表面電気抵抗が1×105~1×1012Ω/□である層を有する請求項8に記載の積層体。
- 前記セパレーター層は、表面電気抵抗が1×105~1×1012Ω/□である層を有する請求項8又は9に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の粘着フィルムと、前記粘着フィルムで加飾された成形体とを含む加飾成形体。
- 真空条件下又は減圧条件下において、粘着フィルムを成形体に積層する工程と、
気圧差により、前記粘着フィルムを前記成形体に圧着する工程とを含み、
前記粘着フィルムは、粘着剤層と、前記粘着剤層の一方の面側に積層された加飾層とを有し、前記粘着剤層に含まれる揮発性物質が50ppm未満である加飾成形体の製造方法。
