 駆動力制御装置は、補正量演算手段(120)によって算出される補正量に対してハイパスフィルタ処理を行って、補正トルクを演算するモデル化誤差抑制手段(104)と、モータトルク指令値に補正トルクを加算して、制御用モータトルク指令値を算出する制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段(106)と、車両の発進時、又は、スリップ検出時に、ハイパスフィルタHPFのカットオフ周波数を、通常走行時と比較して小さくなるよう切り換えてスリップを抑制するように制御するスリップ抑制制御手段(202)とを備える。

Description

電動車両の駆動力制御装置
 本発明は、電動車両の駆動力制御装置に関する。
 一般に、電動車両は、駆動源としてのモータの低回転トルクが比較的大きいため、凍結路や乾いた砂などが混じる道路等の摩擦係数が低い路面(低μ路)では、車両の発進時や走行中に車輪がスリップし易いという特性がある。
 このような電動車両におけるスリップを抑制する技術は種々提案されている(特許文献1)。
 特許文献1に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置では、図17に示すように、車両コントローラ508で、モータ502の車輪505の加速度を演算し、この加速度と現在のトルク指令値Tとからスリップの有無を判定している。そして、スリップが有ると判定された場合には、モータ502のトルク指令値をトルクダウンさせてモータコントローラ507へ指令し、スリップが無いと判定された場合には、現在のトルク指令値が基本トルク値に達した後、通常走行制御へ移行するように制御して、摩擦抵抗の低い道路における走行をスムーズに行なえるようにしている。

 ところで、上記の従来技術では、スリップの抑制制御等をモータコントローラ507よりも上位(但し、モータ502から見て、より上流側の制御系を「上位」というものとする)の車両コントローラ508で行っている。
 ここで、車両コントローラ508は、モータコントローラ507に比べて一般的に演算速度が遅いため、スリップ抑制の制御処理に遅延を生じる虞があった。
 また、上記の技術のようにCAN通信を介して、車両コントローラ508とモータコントローラ507との間で通信しようとすると、通信速度が比較的遅いため、スリップ抑制の制御応答も遅いという問題があった。
 本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、スリップ抑制制御の処理速度や応答性を向上させることのできる電動車両の駆動力制御装置を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するため、本発明に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置は、モータを駆動源として搭載する電動車両について、運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクを算出する目標モータトルク算出手段と、前記目標モータトルクを前記電動車両が搭載する駆動系の慣性で除算して、目標加速度を演算する目標加速度演算手段と、実際のモータ回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段と、前記モータ回転数検出手段で検出されたモータ回転数を微分して実加速度を演算する実加速度演算手段と、前記目標加速度演算手段で算出された目標加速度と、前記実加速度演算手段で算出された実加速度との偏差が小さくなるように、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する補正量演算手段と、前記補正量演算手段によって算出される補正量に対してハイパスフィルタ処理を行って、補正トルクを演算するモデル化誤差抑制手段と、前記モータトルク指令値に前記補正トルクを加算して、制御用モータトルク指令値を算出する制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段と、車両の発進時、又は、スリップ検出時に、ハイパスフィルタのカットオフ周波数を、通常走行時と比較して小さくなるよう切り換えてスリップを抑制するように制御するスリップ抑制制御手段と、を備えることを要旨とする。
 本発明は、スリップ抑制制御の応答性を向上させることができる。

 以下、本発明の一例としての実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。ここで、添付図面において同一の部材には同一の符号を付しており、また、重複した説明は省略されている。なお、ここでの説明は本発明が実施される最良の形態であることから、本発明は当該形態に限定されるものではない。
 [第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置]
 (比較対象について)
 第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aについての説明に先立って、本発明の元となった比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300の構成例について、図2および図3を参照して説明する。
 ここで、図2は、比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300の構成例を示すブロック図である。図3は、駆動系30に生じる捻じれ振動を説明するための概略図である。
 比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300は、電気自動車等の車両Vに搭載される。
 比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300は、車両V等の制振制御を行う装置である。
 比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300は、図2のブロック図に示すように、運転者のアクセルペダル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクを算出する目標モータトルク算出手段301と、目標モータトルクを駆動系の慣性で除算して目標加速度を演算する目標加速度演算手段302と、実際のモータ回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段250(例えば、車両Vが備えるモータ回転数検出センサ等)と、モータ回転数を微分して実加速度を演算する実加速度演算手段305と、目標加速度と実加速度の偏差が小さくなるように、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する補正量演算手段320と、補正量演算手段320によって算出される補正量をハイパスフィルタHPFを通過させることにより駆動系のモデル化誤差を抑制するモデル化誤差抑制手段304と、モータトルク指令値に対し補正量を加算して最終的なモータトルク指令値を算出するモータトルク指令値算出手段306とを備えている。
 なお、電動車両の駆動力制御装置300の各手段は、中央演算処理装置(CPU)やメモリ、演算回路等により構成することができる。
 車両Vは、図3に示すような駆動系30を備える。
 駆動系30は、図3に示すように、駆動源としてのモータ31と、モータ31に出力軸32、減速機35および駆動軸33を介して連結された車輪34とを有する。
 モータ31の回転は、図2に示したモータトルク指令値算出手段306により演算される最終的に制御に適用されるモータトルク指令値TMにより制御される。
 車両Vの駆動系30において、モータ31を回転させたときに、駆動軸33の捻じれにより振動(捻じれ振動)が生じる。
 なお、図3では、駆動軸33の「捻じれ」をばね形状で模式的に示している。
 この捻じれ振動を抑制するために、モータトルク指令値算出手段306がモータトルク指令値を演算する際に補正が行われる。
 図2に示した目標モータトルク算出手段301は、運転者のアクセルペダル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクTm*を算出する。
 目標モータトルクTm*は、制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段306および目標加速度演算手段302に送られる。
 目標加速度演算手段302は、目標モータトルクTm*を駆動系の慣性で除算して目標加速度(理想加速度)を算出する。
 補正量演算手段320は、偏差演算手段320aおよび比例制御手段320bを有する。
 補正量演算手段320は、外乱除去手段を構成するハイパスフィルタHPFを有するモデル化誤差抑制手段304に接続されている。
 偏差演算手段320aは、目標加速度演算手段302により演算された目標加速度から、モータ回転数検出手段250により検出されたモータ回転速度ωMを実加速度演算手段305で微分して算出される実加速度を減算することにより、目標加速度と実加速度との偏差を演算する。
 そして、目標加速度と実加速度との偏差は、比例制御手段320bに入力される。
 比例制御手段320bは、偏差演算手段320aにより演算された偏差に所定の比例ゲインKpを乗算することにより、駆動系30に生じる捻じれ振動を抑制するための補正量を演算する。なお、比例ゲインKpの値は適宜設定可能である。
 上記補正量は、目標加速度と実加速度の偏差を0とするか或いは小さくするものであり、この補正量はハイパスフィルタHPFに入力される。
 モデル化誤差抑制手段304は、補正量演算手段320によって算出される補正量をハイパスフィルタHPFを通過させることにより駆動系30のモデル化誤差を抑制する。
 モータトルク指令値算出手段306は、目標モータトルク指令値に、ハイパスフィルタHPFにより外乱トルク成分を除去した補正量(補正トルク)を加算することにより、車両Vを駆動するモータ31の最終的なモータトルク指令値TM[Nm]を演算する。
 モータトルク指令値TMに一致または追従するようにモータトルクを発生させるようにモータ31を回転させ、モータトルクが駆動系30に入力される。
 このような構成により、比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300は、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御を行うことができる。
 ところで、比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300は、上述のように、車両Vの走行時に生じる「捻じれ振動」を抑制する技術に関するものであったが、本発明者は、この電動車両の駆動力制御装置300における制振制御を応用することにより、車両Vの発進時や走行中に発生するスリップを抑制できるのではないかとの着想を得て、本発明を案出するに至ったものである。
 (第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置の構成)
 第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aの構成例について、図1および前出の図3を参照して説明する。
 ここで、第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aによって、スリップを抑制できる原理等について簡単に説明する。
まず、スリップを抑制するためには、スリップしないようなモータトルクにする必要がある。即ち、「スリップ抑制制御」とは、スリップしないようなトルク指令値を決めることであるといえる。
 そこで、スリップ抑制制御時に所定のカットオフ周波数ωにすると、スリップ抑制するための周波数の低い補正トルクもハイパスフィルタを通過するため、スリップを抑制することが可能となる。
 一方、制振制御のカットオフ周波数ωにすると、スリップ抑制するための補正トルクがハイパスフィルタを通過せず、スリップは抑制されない。即ち、制振制御のカットオフ周波数にすると、ねじれ振動を抑制するための周波数の補正トルクのみがハイパスフィルタを通過する仕組みとしている。
 なお、最終的なトルク指令値を決定する処理は、モータコントローラで行う。即ち、モータコントローラで、モータに指令するトルク指令値を最終的に決めることが可能であるため、スリップ抑制制御の処理をモータコントローラで行うことができる。
 図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aの構成例を示すブロック図である。
 図1に示すように、電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aは、モータ31(図3参照)を駆動源として搭載する電動車両(車両V)について、運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクTm*を算出する目標モータトルク算出手段101と、目標モータトルクTm*を車両Vが搭載する駆動系30(図3参照)の慣性で除算して、目標加速度を演算する目標加速度演算手段102と、実際のモータ回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段(回転速度センサ等)250と、モータ回転数検出手段250で検出されたモータ回転数を微分して実加速度を演算する実加速度演算手段105と、目標加速度演算手段102で算出された目標加速度と、実加速度演算手段105で算出された実加速度との偏差が小さくなるように、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量(補正トルク)を演算する補正量演算手段120と、補正量演算手段120によって算出される補正量をハイパスフィルタHPFを通過させて、駆動系30について理想車両モデルと実際の車両との誤差を抑制するモデル化誤差抑制手段104と、モータトルク指令値に補正量を加算して、最終的に制御に適用する制御用モータトルク指令値を算出する制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段106と、補正量と、制御用モータトルク指令値と、目標モータトルクとに基づいて、スリップの有無を検出するスリップ検出手段201と、スリップ検出手段201による検出結果に応じて、ハイパスフィルタHPFのカットオフ周波数を切り換えてスリップを抑制するように制御するスリップ抑制制御手段(カットオフ周波数切換手段)202とを備える。
 なお、モータ回転数検出手段250は、実加速度演算手段105に接続され、モータ回転数を実加速度演算手段105に入力するようになっている。
 電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aの各手段は、中央演算処理装置(CPU)やメモリ、演算回路等により構成することができる。
 なお、スリップ抑制制御手段(カットオフ周波数切換手段)202は、スリップ検出手段201の検出結果に応じて、スリップを抑制可能なハイパスフィルタHPFのカットオフ周波数を生成し、その生成したカットオフ周波数を選択するようにしてもよいし、あるいは予め複数種のカットオフ周波数を格納しておき、その中からスリップの抑制に有効なカットオフ周波数を選択するようにしてもよい。
 ここで、図1と図2を比較すると分かるように、第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aと比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300との構成上の主な相違点は、電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aが、スリップ検出手段201と、このスリップ検出手段201による検出結果に応じてスリップを抑制するように制御するスリップ抑制制御手段202とを備える点である。
 なお、本実施の形態において、スリップ検出手段201は、補正量と、制御用モータトルク指令値と、目標モータトルクとに基づいて、スリップ抑制制御か捻じれ振動の制振制御かの条件を判定する役割も果たしている。
 このように、本実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aは、比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300にスリップ検出手段201とスリップ抑制制御手段202とを付加した構成となっており、電動車両の駆動力制御装置300と同様の捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御を行うことも可能である。
 即ち、本実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aは、車両Vの通常の走行状態においては、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御を行い、スリップ検出手段201によりスリップの発生が検出された場合にスリップ抑制制御手段202によるスリップ抑制制御を行うように制御構成を切り換えるといった運用を行うことができる。
 図1に示す目標モータトルク算出手段101は、運転者のアクセルペダル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクTm*を算出する。算出された目標モータトルクTm*は、制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段106および目標加速度演算手段102に送られる。
 目標加速度演算手段102は、目標モータトルクTm*を駆動系30の慣性で除算して目標加速度を算出する。
 ここで、理想車両モデルとは、車両駆動系においてバックラッシュがなく、且つ完全な剛体であると仮定したモデルを意味する。
 目標加速度演算手段102は、目標モータトルクTm*を、駆動系の慣性JTで除算して、理想車両モデルのモータの目標加速度を演算する。
 理想車両モデルの伝達関数Gm(s)は、例えば以下の式(1)で表すことができる。

 ここで、ω[rad/s]は、カットオフ周波数であり、後述の式(2)、(3)のωと同じ値に設定される。
 JT[Nms2]はモータ軸に換算された総合イナーシャ(慣性モーメント)であり、sはラプラス演算子である。
 慣性モーメントJTは車両駆動系の種類に応じて適宜設定可能である。
 補正量演算手段120は、偏差演算手段120aおよび比例制御手段120bを有する。
 補正量演算手段120は、外乱除去手段を構成するハイパスフィルタHPFを有するモデル化誤差抑制手段104に接続されている。
 補正量演算手段120は、目標加速度演算手段102により演算された目標加速度及び実加速度演算手段105により演算された実加速度に基づいて、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する。
 この補正量は、スリップを抑制するためのものであり、目標加速度と実加速度との偏差が0または小さくなるように演算される。
 補正量演算手段120で演算された補正量はハイパスフィルタHPFに入力される。
 ここで、偏差演算手段120aは、目標加速度演算手段102により演算された目標加速度から、モータ回転数検出手段250により検出されたモータ回転速度ωMを実加速度演算手段105で微分して算出される実加速度を減算することにより、目標加速度と実加速度との偏差を演算する。モータ回転数検出手段250は、不図示のレゾルバから受信した信号をもとにモータ回転速度ωMを算出する。
 ハイパスフィルタHPFは、比例制御手段120bにより演算された補正量に対して動的な補正処理(ハイパスフィルタ処理)を行い、外乱トルク成分を除去する。
 なお、本実施の形態において、ハイパスフィルタHPFで除去可能な外乱トルク成分とは、空気抵抗等の走行抵抗トルク成分や、ブレーキ操作による制動トルク成分等である。
 ハイパスフィルタHPFは、補正量の高域側を通過させ、低域側を遮断して、補正量に含まれている外乱トルク成分を除去して、最終的な補正量を演算する。
 ハイパスフィルタHPFは、以下の式(2)で表すような伝達関数Gh(s)を用いることができる。

 式(2)において、sはラプラス演算子であり、ω[rad/s]はカットオフ周波数である。
 例えば、車両の発進時に生じやすいスリップに対しては、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωの値を、制振制御時の定数ωよりも小さく設定することで、スリップ抑制を図ることができる。このような制御を、本実施形態において「スリップ抑制制御」と称する。
スリップ抑制制御時の定数ωとしては、例えばω=0.01rad/sを例示することができる。
 一方、通常走行時における捻じれ振動の制振制御のときは、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωを、捻じれ振動周波数よりも小さい値にする。例えば、捻じれ振動周波数がω=15rad/sであれば、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωを10rad/sなどとするとよい。
 実加速度演算手段105は、回転速度検出手段250で検出された駆動系30内のモータ31の実回転速度ωM[rad/s]を微分して、実際の回転加速度(実加速度)を演算する。
 実加速度演算手段105の伝達特性(伝達関数)Ga(s)は、例えば以下の式(3)で表すことができる。
 Ga(s)=sω/(s+ω) …(3)
 ここで、ω[rad/s]は等価変換で合成したハイパスフィルタHPFのカットオフ周波数であり、sはラプラス演算子である。
 実加速度は補正量演算手段120に入力される。
 伝達関数Ga(s)に含まれるω/(s+ω)の部分により、前出の伝達関数Gm(s)に含まれるω/(s+ω)の部分と同様の遅れを生じる。
 モデル化誤差抑制手段104は、補正量演算手段120によって算出される補正量をハイパスフィルタHPFを通過させる(ハイパスフィルタ処理する)ことにより駆動系30のモデル化誤差を抑制する。
 制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段106は、目標モータトルク指令値に、ハイパスフィルタHPFにより外乱トルク成分を除去した補正量(補正トルク)を加算することにより、車両Vを駆動するモータ31の最終的な制御用モータトルク指令値TM[Nm]を演算する。
 モータトルク指令値TMに一致または追従するようにモータトルクを発生させるようにモータ31を回転させ、モータトルクが駆動系30に入力される。
 このような制御により、車両Vのスリップが検出された際に、スリップを効果的に抑制することができる。
 ここで、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、車両Vの走行開始時に、モータ回転数が第1の所定値ω0未満である場合に、スリップの抑制制御を開始するように制御できる。
 これにより、スリップの抑制制御が有効な状態を確実に検出して、適切なタイミングでスリップの抑制制御を開始することができる。
 また、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、車両Vの走行中に、モータ回転数が第1の所定値ω0以上、加速度偏差が第1の所定値ae1未満、補正トルクの絶対値が第2の所定値T2未満という3条件を満たした場合にスリップの抑制制御を開始するように制御してもよい。
 この場合にも、スリップの抑制制御が有効な状態を確実に検出して、適切なタイミングでスリップの抑制制御を開始することができる。
 また、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、モータ回転数が第2の所定値ω1を超え、且つ、補正トルクの絶対値が第1の所定値T1未満である場合に、スリップの抑制制御を終了するように制御してもよい。
 これにより、適切なタイミングでスリップの抑制制御を終了することができる。
 また、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、車両Vの走行中に、モータ回転数が第1の所定値ω0以上、加速度偏差の絶対値が第2の所定値ae2未満、補正トルクの絶対値が第1の所定値T1未満という3条件を満たした場合にスリップの抑制制御を終了するように制御してもよい。
 この場合にも、適切なタイミングでスリップの抑制制御を終了することができる。
 [第2の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置]
 第2の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bの構成例について、図4および前出の図3を参照して説明する。
 ここで、図4は、第2の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bの構成例を示すブロック図である。
 なお、第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aと同様の構成については、同一符号を付して重複した説明は省略する。
 第2の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bと第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aとの構成上の主な相違点は、補正量演算手段120で補正量の演算処理における制御をPI制御(比例・積分制御)で行うPI制御手段260が設けられている点、捻じれ振動の制振制御とスリップの抑制制御とを切り換える制御構成切換手段270が設けられている点である。
 電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bの各手段は、中央演算処理装置(CPU)やメモリ、演算回路等により構成することができる。
 なお、制御構成切換手段270は、スリップの抑制制御を行う際には、信号線151からの入力に基づいて、制御構成をスリップの抑制制御用に切り換え、捻じれ振動の制振制御を行う際には、信号線150からの入力に基づいて、制御構成を捻じれ振動の制振制御用に切り換えている。
 本実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bにおいて、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、例えば、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御に代えてスリップの抑制制御を行う際に、補正量演算手段120で補正量の演算処理における制御をP制御(比例制御)からPI制御手段260で実行するPI制御(比例・積分制御)に切り換えるように制御できる。
 即ち、所定のソフトウェア等で構成される比例制御手段120bに代えて、他のソフトウェア等で構成されるPI制御手段260に制御構成を切り換えて制御するようにできる。
 これにより、スリップの抑制効果を向上させることができる。即ち、P制御の場合には、ωの定数を変更しても理想加速度と実加速度とは偏差を有するが、PI制御手段260によるPI制御にすることで偏差を無くすことができるので、より効果的にスリップ量を減らすことができる。
 なお、本実施の形態において、スリップ検出手段201は、補正量と、制御用モータトルク指令値と、目標モータトルクとに基づいて、スリップ抑制制御か捻じれ振動の制振制御かの条件を判定する役割も果たしている。
 ここで、図4を参照しつつ、電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bにおける制御処理の順序等について説明する。
 まず、第2の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bは、比較対象に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置300と同様の構成を備えているので、電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bは、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御を行うことも可能である。
 即ち、本実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bは、車両Vの通常の走行状態においては、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御を行い、スリップ検出手段201によりスリップの発生が検出された場合にスリップ抑制制御手段202によるスリップ抑制制御を行うように切り換えるといった運用を行うことができる。
 目標モータトルク算出手段101は、運転者のアクセルペダル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクTm*を算出する。算出された目標モータトルクTm*は、制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段106と、目標加速度演算手段102と、スリップ検出手段201とに送られる。
 スリップ検出手段201は、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいて、スリップの有無を検出する。
 そして、スリップ検出手段201でスリップが検出された場合には、スリップ抑制制御手段202によるスリップの抑制制御が実行される。
 目標加速度演算手段102は、目標モータトルクTm*を駆動系30の慣性で除算して目標加速度(理想加速度)を算出する。
 目標加速度演算手段102は、目標モータトルクTm*を、駆動系の慣性JTで除算して、理想車両モデルのモータの目標加速度を演算する。
 理想車両モデルの伝達関数Gm(s)は、第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aの説明で示した式(1)と同じである。
 実加速度演算手段105は、回転速度検出手段250で検出された駆動系30内のモータ31の実回転速度ωM[rad/s]を微分して、実際の回転加速度(実加速度)を演算する。
 実加速度演算手段105の伝達特性(伝達関数)Ga(s)は、電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aの説明で示した式(3)と同様である。
 実加速度は補正量演算手段120に入力される。
 伝達関数Ga(s)に含まれるω/(s+ω)の部分により、前出の伝達関Gm(s)に含まれるω/(s+ω)の部分と同様の遅れを生じる。
 補正量演算手段120は、偏差演算手段120aおよび比例制御手段120bを有する。
 補正量演算手段120は、外乱除去手段を構成するハイパスフィルタHPFを有するモデル化誤差抑制手段104に接続されている。
 補正量演算手段120は、目標加速度演算手段102により演算された目標加速度及び実加速度演算手段105により演算された実加速度に基づいて、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する。
 この補正量は、スリップを抑制するためのものであり、目標加速度と実加速度との偏差が0または小さくなるように演算される。
 補正量演算手段120で演算された補正量はハイパスフィルタHPFに入力される。
 偏差演算手段120aは、目標加速度演算手段102により演算された目標加速度から、モータ回転数検出手段250により検出されたモータ回転速度ωMを実加速度演算手段105で微分して算出される実加速度を減算することにより、目標加速度と実加速度との偏差を演算する。
 ハイパスフィルタHPFは、比例制御手段120bにより演算された補正量に対して動的な補正処理(フィルタ処理)を行い、外乱トルク成分を除去する。
 ハイパスフィルタHPFは、補正量の高域側を通過させ、低域側を遮断して、補正量に含まれている外乱トルク成分を除去して、最終的な補正量を演算する。
 ハイパスフィルタHPFとしては、電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aの説明で示した式(2)で表すような伝達関数Gh(s)を用いることができる。
 なお、例えば、車両の発進時に生じやすいスリップに対しては、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωの値を、制振制御時の定数ωよりも小さく設定することで、スリップ抑制を図ることができる。
 スリップ抑制制御時の定数ωとしては、例えばω=0.01rad/sを例示することができる。
 一方、通常走行時における捻じれ振動の制振制御のときは、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωを、捻じれ振動周波数よりも小さい値にする。例えば、捻じれ振動周波数がω=15rad/sであれば、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωを10rad/sなどとするとよい。
 また、スリップ抑制制御手段202の制御により、補正量の演算処理は、比例制御手段120bからPI制御手段260に適宜切り換えられる。
 PI制御手段260によるPI制御を行う場合には、理想加速度と実加速度との偏差を0にすることができ、より効果的にスリップ量を減らすことができる。
 モデル化誤差抑制手段104は、補正量演算手段120によって算出される補正量をハイパスフィルタHPFを通過させることにより駆動系30のモデル化誤差を抑制する。
 モデル化誤差抑制手段104、PI制御手段260およびスリップ検出手段201からの出力結果に基づいて、制御構成切換手段270は、捻じれ振動の制振制御とスリップの抑制制御とを適宜切り換える。
 なお、捻じれ振動の制振制御とスリップの抑制制御の開始および終了の切り換え条件等は、第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aと同様であり、処理手順については図5に示すフローチャートを参照して後述する。
 制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段106は、目標モータトルク指令値に、ハイパスフィルタHPFにより外乱トルク成分を除去した補正量(補正トルク)を加算することにより、車両Vを駆動するモータ31の最終的な制御用モータトルク指令値TM[Nm]を演算する。
 制御用モータトルク指令値TMは前出の図3に示すような駆動系30に入力され、モータトルク指令値TMに一致または追従するようにモータトルクを発生させるようにモータ31を回転させる。
 このような制御により、車両Vのスリップが検出された際に、スリップを効果的に抑制することができる。
 [スリップ抑制処理]
 図5のフローチャートを参照して、上述の第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aおよび第2の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Bで実行されるスリップ抑制処理の処理手順について説明する。
 なお、車両Vのイグニッションスイッチはオンされ、車両Vは発進可能な状態にあるものとする。
 スリップ抑制処理は、端的には、車両Vの停止時とスリップ検知時にはスリップ抑制制御に切り換え、それ以外のときには、捻じれ振動の制振制御を行うようにする処理である。
 本処理が開始されると、まずステップS10で、車両Vは停止中か否かが判定される。具体的には、例えばモータ回転数が0或いは第1の所定値ω0未満であるか否かが判定され、「No」の場合にはステップS18に移行して、捻じれ振動の制振制御を行う。
 捻じれ振動の制振制御では、例えば、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωを捻じれ振動周波数のみを通す値(例えば、ω=10rad/s)などとする処理が実行される。
 この制振制御は、例えば車両Vが信号待ち等により停止状態となるまで継続され、車両Vの走行中に発生する捻じれ振動が抑制される。
 一方、ステップS10で「Yes」と判定された場合にはステップS11に移行して、スリップ抑制制御が行われる。
 スリップ抑制制御では、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωの値を、ハイパスフィルタHPFの効果が無くなるように、例えば、ω=0.01rad/sなどとする処理が実行される。
 これにより、車両Vの発進時におけるスリップを抑制することができる。
 次いで、ステップS12では、車両Vは走行を開始したか否かが判定される。
 具体的には、モータ回転数が第1の所定値ω0以上であるか否かが判定され、「No」の場合にはステップS11に戻ってスリップ抑制制御を継続し、「Yes」の場合にはステップS13に移行して、スリップ抑制制御を終了する。
 なお、上記の条件に代えて、モータ回転数が第2の所定値ω1を超え、且つ、補正トルクの絶対値が第1の所定値T1未満である場合に、スリップの抑制制御を終了するように制御してもよい。
 次に、ステップS14では、スリップを検出したか否かが判定される。
 この際の判定の条件は、加速度の偏差が閾値(ae1)以下、かつ、補正トルクの絶対値が閾値(T1)以下のときとすることができる。
 なお、制振制御で走行中にスリップが発生すると、理想加速度より実加速度が急激に大きくなるため、加速度偏差は負の値で大きくなる。
 また、加速度偏差はハイパスフィルタHPFによってカットされるため、補正トルクの値には現れない。これらの条件から、スリップが発生したと判定することができる。
 そして、ステップS14で「No」と判定された場合には、ステップS18に移行して、捻じれ振動の制振制御を行う。
 一方、ステップS14で「Yes」と判定された場合には、ステップS15に移行して、スリップ抑制制御を行う。
 スリップ抑制制御では、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωの値を、ハイパスフィルタHPFの効果をなくすように、例えば、ω=0.01rad/sなどとする処理が実行される。
 これにより、車両Vの低μ路等の走行中におけるスリップを抑制することができる。
 次いで、ステップS16では、スリップ抑制制御の終了条件を満たしたか否かが判定される。
 スリップ抑制制御の終了条件は、加速度の偏差の絶対値が閾値(ae2)以下、かつ、補正トルクの絶対値が閾値(T1)以下のときとすることができる。
 即ち、低μ路において、スリップ抑制制御がスリップを抑制しているときに、補正トルクはスリップを抑制するための補正量が必要であるため値が大きくなっている。
 一方、高μ路になると、スリップを補正する補正量が必要なくなることから、補正トルクの値が小さくなり、加速度の偏差も小さくなる。これらの条件から、スリップ抑制制御を終了させてもよい高μ路であることを判断することができる。
 上記条件を満たした場合にはステップS17に移行して、スリップ抑制制御を終了させ、ステップS18に移行して制振制御へ切り換える。なお、ステップS18以降に、ステップS14~S17と同様の処理を行うようにしてもよい。
 このような処理により、適切なタイミングでスリップ抑制制御と捻じれ振動の抑制制御との切り換えを行うことができる。
 [シミュレーション結果]
 図6から図11のグラフを参照して、本実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1A、1Bのシミュレーション結果について説明する。
 ここで、図6はモータ回転数に関する発進時のシミュレーション結果を示すグラフである。図7は加速度偏差に関する発進時のシミュレーション結果を示すグラフである。図8は補正トルクに関する発進時のシミュレーション結果を示すグラフである。
 図6から図8に示す発進時のシミュレーションでは、ポイントP1で低μ路(低摩擦路)から高μ路(高摩擦路)に切り換わる路面を想定している。
 また、発進時のシミュレーションとして、タイミングT1でスリップ抑制制御(P制御)から捻じれ振動の制振制御に切り換えた実施例1と、タイミングT2でスリップ抑制制御(PI制御)から捻じれ振動の制振制御に切り換えた実施例2とを実施した。
 図6のグラフにおいて、線L1はスリップ抑制制御なしの状態を、線L2はスリップなしの状態を、線L3は実施例1を、線L4は実施例2をそれぞれ示す。
 図7のグラフにおいて、線L10はスリップ抑制制御なしの状態を、線L11はスリップなしの状態を、線L12は実施例1を、線L13は実施例2をそれぞれ示す。
 また、図8のグラフにおいて、線L20はスリップ抑制制御なしの状態を、線L21はスリップなしの状態を、線L22は実施例1を、線L23は実施例2をそれぞれ示す。
 なお、「スリップなし」とは、全て高μ路でシミュレーションした結果で、スリップしないときのモータ回転数をいうものとする。
 また、低μ路で、スリップなしの回転数に近い場合には、スリップしていないと判断できる。
 図5から図8のグラフより、「スリップ抑制制御なし」のシミュレーション結果は、「スリップなし」に比して、モータ回転数が大きく乖離していることから、スリップが発生していることが判る。
 これに対して、実施例1のシミュレーション結果は、「スリップ抑制制御」をONにした1秒以降、「スリップ抑制制御なし」に比べて、スリップを抑制できていることが判る。
 但し、実施例1はP制御でシミュレーションを行ったので、スリップなしの回転数と乖離している。
 一方、実施例2では、PI制御に変更してシミュレーションを行ったので、実施例1と比較して、よりスリップを抑制できていることが判る。
 一方、図9はモータ回転数に関する走行中のシミュレーション結果を示すグラフである。図10は加速度偏差に関する走行中のシミュレーション結果を示すグラフである。図11は補正トルクに関する走行中のシミュレーション結果を示すグラフである。
 図9から図11に示す走行中のシミュレーションでは、ポイントP2で高μ路(高摩擦路)から低μ路(低摩擦路)に切り換わり、さらにポイントP3で低μ路から高μ路に切り換わる路面を想定している。
 また、発進時のシミュレーションとして、タイミングT3で捻じれ振動の制振制御からスリップ抑制制御(P制御)に切り換え、タイミングT4で再び捻じれ振動の制振制御に切り換えた実施例1と、タイミングT5で捻じれ振動の制振制御からスリップ抑制制御(P制御)に切り換え、タイミングT6で再び捻じれ振動の制振制御に切り換えた実施例2とを実施した。
 図9のグラフにおいて、線L30はスリップ抑制制御なしの状態を、線L31はスリップなしの状態を、線L32は実施例1を、線L33は実施例2をそれぞれ示す。
 図10のグラフにおいて、線L40はスリップ抑制制御なしの状態を、線L41はスリップなしの状態を、線L42は実施例1を、線L43は実施例2をそれぞれ示す。
 また、図11のグラフにおいて、線L50はスリップ抑制制御なしの状態を、線L51はスリップなしの状態を、線L52は実施例1を、線L53は実施例2をそれぞれ示す。
 図9から図11のグラフより、「スリップ抑制制御なし」のシミュレーション結果は、「スリップなし」に比して、モータ回転数が大きく乖離していることから、スリップしていることが判る。
 これに対し、実施例1のシミュレーション結果は、「スリップ抑制制御」をONにした1秒以降、「スリップ抑制制御なし」に比べ、スリップが抑制できていることが判る。
 但し、実施例1はP制御であるため、「スリップなし」の回転数と乖離している。
 一方、実施例2では、PI制御に変更することで、実施例1と比較して、よりスリップを抑制できていることが判る。
 [第3の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置]
 次に、図12を参照して第3の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Cの構成について説明する。
 第3の実施形態が、第1の実施形態と異なる点は、駆動力制御装置1Cが駆動輪回転検出手段280と、従動輪回転検出手段290と、スリップ率算出手段401を備える点である。また、他の異なる点は、スリップ検出手段201が、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいて、スリップの有無を検出するのではなく、スリップ率算出手段401によって算出されたスリップ率(以下、単にスリップ率ともいう)に基づいてスリップの有無を検出する点である。第1実施形態と重複する構成については符号を引用してその説明は省略することとし、以下、相違点を中心に説明する。
 駆動輪回転検出手段280は、例えば、車両Vが備える駆動輪の車輪速センサの信号に基づいて、駆動輪の回転状態を検出する。より詳しくは、駆動輪回転検出手段280は、駆動輪の回転速度を検出し、検出した駆動輪の回転速度をスリップ率算出手段401に出力する。
 従動輪回転検出手段290は、例えば、車両Vが備える従動輪の車輪速センサの信号に基づいて、従動輪の回転状態を検出する。より詳しくは、従動輪回転検出手段290は、従動輪の回転速度を検出し、検出した従動輪の回転速度をスリップ率算出手段401に出力する。
 スリップ率算出手段401は、駆動輪の回転速度と従動輪の回転速度との偏差に基づいてスリップ率を算出する。スリップ率算出手段401は、算出したスリップ率をスリップ検出手段201に出力する。
 スリップ検出手段201は、スリップ率算出手段401によって算出されたスリップ率に基づいてスリップの有無を検出する。より詳しくは、スリップ検出手段201は、スリップ率が所定値以下の場合にスリップが発生したと判定する。この所定値は、予めシミュレーションや実験を通じて求めることができる。例えば、所定値は、0.2と設定することができる。
 次に、駆動輪と従動輪の回転速度の偏差に基づくスリップ率からスリップの有無を検出することによる効果について説明する。ここで、第1の実施形態に係る駆動力制御装置1Aは、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいてスリップの有無を検出する。補正トルクは、理想車両モデルに基づくトルクであるため、実際のトルクと異なる。したがって、例えば乗車定員の人数を乗せた軽自動車で下り坂を走行する場合、理想車両モデルによる加速度より高い加速度が出る可能性がある。このような場合、実際は車両Vがスリップしていないにもかかわらず、駆動力制御装置1Aは、車両Vがスリップしていると誤検出する可能性がある。そこで、第3の実施形態に係る駆動力制御装置1Cは、実際の駆動輪と従動輪の回転速度を用いて、スリップの有無を検出する。これにより、駆動力制御装置1Cは、駆動力制御装置1Aと比較して、精度よくスリップを検出できる。
 なお、第3の実施形態において、スリップ率算出手段401がスリップの有無を検出する機能を有するように構成してもよい。具体的には、スリップ率算出手段401が、スリップ率を算出し、算出したスリップ率に基づいてスリップの有無を検出し、検出結果をスリップ検出手段201を介さずにスリップ抑制制御手段202に出力するようにしてもよい。
 [第4の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置]
 次に、図13を参照して第4の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Dの構成について説明する。
 第4の実施形態が、第1の実施形態と異なる点は、駆動力制御装置1Dが駆動輪回転検出手段280と、従動輪回転検出手段290と、スリップ率算出手段401を備える点である。第1実施形態と重複する構成については符号を引用してその説明は省略する。また、駆動輪回転検出手段280と、従動輪回転検出手段290と、スリップ率算出手段401については、第3の実施形態と同じであるため、これらの説明も省略する。
 ここで、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づくスリップ検出手段201によるスリップ検出と、スリップ率算出手段401によるスリップ算出と、を比較すると次のような特徴がある。すなわち、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づくスリップ検出手段201によるスリップ検出では、スリップに対する応答性に優れているとともに、四輪駆動車においてもスリップ検出が可能である。
 一方、スリップ率算出手段401によるスリップ算出では、車輪速度をスリップ検出手段201に送信する手段として、CAN通信を利用するとすれば応答性に課題が生じ、有線を引くとすれば、高コスト化する恐れがあるものの、前輪駆動車や後輪駆動車におけるスリップの検出精度は高いという特徴がある。
 そこで、第4の実施形態では、スリップ検出手段201は、2回スリップの有無を検出する。まず最初に、スリップ検出手段201は、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいてスリップの有無を検出する。その後に、スリップ検出手段201は、スリップ率算出手段401によって算出されたスリップ率に基づいてスリップの有無を検出する。
 第4の実施形態に係る駆動力制御装置1Dは、1回目のスリップの有無が検出されてから2回目のスリップの有無が検出されるまでの間、1回目のスリップの検出結果に応じて制御を切換える。その後、駆動力制御装置1Dは、2回目のスリップの検出結果に応じて制御を切換える。以下、この点について詳細に説明する。
 スリップ検出手段201が、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいてスリップを検出した場合、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、スリップの抑制に有効なカットオフ周波数を選択し、スリップ抑制制御を行う。この後、スリップ検出手段201が、スリップ率に基づいてスリップを検出した場合、すなわち1回目と2回目の検出結果が同じ場合、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、スリップ抑制制御を継続する。一方、スリップ検出手段201が、スリップ率に基づいてスリップを検出しない場合、すなわち1回目と2回目の検出結果が相違する場合、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、捻じれ振動の抑制に有効なカットオフ周波数を再選択し、駆動力制御装置1Dは、捻じれ振動の制振制御を行う。
 また、スリップ検出手段201が、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいてスリップを検出しない場合、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、捻じれ振動の抑制に有効なカットオフ周波数を選択し、駆動力制御装置1Dは、捻じれ振動の制振制御を行う。この後、スリップ検出手段201が、スリップ率に基づいてスリップを検出した場合、すなわち1回目と2回目の検出結果が相違する場合、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、スリップの抑制に有効なカットオフ周波数を再選択し、スリップ抑制制御を行う。一方、スリップ検出手段201が、スリップ率に基づいてスリップを検出しない場合、すなわち1回目と2回目の検出結果が同じ場合、駆動力制御装置1Dは、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御を継続する。
 次に、図14のフローチャートを参照して、第4の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Dで実行されるスリップ抑制処理の処理手順について説明する。なお、図14のフローチャートでは、処理の開始時に車両Vが停止中でないと判定されているものとする。
 ステップ41において、駆動力制御装置1Dにおいて、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御が可能となる。捻じれ振動の制振制御では、例えば、ハイパスフィルタHPFの定数ωを捻じれ振動周波数のみを通す値(例えば、ω=10rad/s)などとする処理が実行される。
 ステップ42において、例えば車両Vが信号待ち等により停止状態となり、その後、車両Vが走行を開始した場合、スリップ検出手段201は、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいてスリップを検出する。スリップ検出手段201がスリップを検出した場合(ステップS42でYes)、処理がステップS43に進む。一方、スリップ検出手段201がスリップを検出しない場合(ステップS42でNo)、処理がステップS44に進む。
 ステップS43において、スリップ抑制制御手段202は、スリップの抑制に有効なカットオフ周波数を選択し、スリップ抑制制御を行う。
 ステップS44において、スリップ検出手段201は、スリップ率に基づいてスリップを検出する。スリップ検出手段201がスリップを検出した場合(ステップS44でYes)、処理がステップS43に戻る。一方、スリップ検出手段201がスリップを検出しない場合(ステップS44でNo)、処理がステップS45に進む。
 ステップS45において、駆動力制御装置1Dは、捻じれ振動を抑制する制振制御を行う。
 以上説明したように、第4の実施形態に係る駆動力制御装置1Dは、加速度偏差量と、補正トルクと、モータ回転数とに基づいて応答性に優れた方法で1回目のスリップの有無を検出し、その後の2回目のスリップの有無を検出するまでの間、1回目の検出結果に基づいて制御を行う。その後、駆動力制御装置1Dは、2回目のスリップの有無を検出し、精度の高い方法で2回目の検出結果に基づいて制御を行う。このように時間を隔てて2回スリップを検出することにより、駆動力制御装置1Dは、1回目の検出結果が誤りであった場合でもその誤検出を補正することができる。換言すれば、駆動力制御装置1Dは、2回スリップを検出することにより、応答性の確保と精度の両立を図ることが可能となっている。
 なお、第4の実施形態において、スリップ率算出手段401がスリップの有無を検出する機能を有するように構成してもよい。具体的には、スリップ率算出手段401が、スリップ率を算出し、算出したスリップ率に基づいてスリップの有無を検出し、検出結果をスリップ検出手段201を介さずにスリップ抑制制御手段202に出力するようにしてもよい。
 なお、第2の実施形態に係る駆動力制御装置1Bおいて、図12に示す駆動輪回転検出手段280、従動輪回転検出手段290、スリップ率算出手段401を備えるように構成してもよい。これにより、駆動力制御装置1Bも2回スリップを検出することにより、精度よくスリップを検出できる。
 以上本発明者によってなされた発明を実施の形態に基づき具体的に説明したが、本明細書で開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって開示された技術に限定されるものではないと考えるべきである。すなわち、本発明の技術的な範囲は、前記の実施の形態における説明に基づいて制限的に解釈されるものでなく、あくまでも特許請求の範囲の記載にしたがって解釈すべきであり、特許請求の範囲の記載技術と均等な技術および特許請求の範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれる。
 例えば、本実施の形態では、モータの加速度をベースに、捻じれ振動の制振制御およびスリップの抑制制御を行っているが、これに代えて、モータの速度をベースに、捻じれ振動の制振制御およびスリップの抑制制御を行うようにしてもよい。
 この場合、電動車両の駆動力制御装置は、例えば、モータ31を駆動源として搭載する電動車両(車両V)について、運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクを算出する目標モータトルク算出手段101と、目標モータトルクに基づいて、目標速度を演算する目標速度演算手段と、実際のモータ回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段250と、モータ回転数検出手段250で検出されたモータ回転数に基づいてモータ角速度を演算する角速度演算手段と、目標速度演算手段で算出された目標速度と、角速度演算手段で算出されたモータ角速度との偏差が小さくなるように、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する補正量演算手段と、補正量演算手段によって算出される補正量に対してハイパスフィルタ処理を行って、補正トルクを演算するモデル化誤差抑制手段104と、モータトルク指令値に補正トルクを加算して、制御用モータトルク指令値を算出する制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段106と、車両の発進時、又は、スリップ検出時に、ハイパスフィルタHPFのカットオフ周波数を、通常走行時と比較して小さくなるよう切り換えてスリップを抑制するように制御するスリップ抑制制御手段202とを備えるように構成することができる。なお、同一符号を付した構成部材については、第1の実施の形態に係る電動車両の駆動力制御装置1Aと同様の構成を適用することができる。
 また、モータ31を駆動源として搭載する電動車両(車両V)について、モータ31の回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段250と、ハイパスフィルタHPFを備えモータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する補正量演算手段120と、モータ回転数検出手段250で検出されたモータの回転数に応じて、ハイパスフィルタHPFのカットオフ周波数を切り換えるカットオフ周波数切換手段202とを少なくとも備える構成としてもよい。
 これにより、モータ回転数検出手段250で検出されたモータの回転数に応じて、ハイパスフィルタHPFのカットオフ周波数を切り換えるカットオフ周波数切換手段202とを備えるので、車両Vに生じる種々の振動(捻じれ振動やトルクリップル振動など)の制振制御やスリップ抑制制御に幅広く対応することができる。
 また、上記実施形態では、スリップを検知した後、スリップ抑制制御を行っているが、車両の発進時(例えば、速度0~10km/h)は、一律にスリップ抑制制御を行うようにしてもよい。
 また、図15及び図16に示すように、目標モータトルク算出手段101を、車両コントローラ406で構成してもよい。車両コントローラ406は、各種センサからの信号に基づいて、複数の制御装置に対して指令を行う。この点について、以下、具体的に説明する。
 まず各種センサについて説明する。図15に示すように、アクセルセンサ402は、運転者によるアクセル操作によるアクセル開度を検出し、車両コントローラ406に出力する。ブレーキセンサ403は、運転者によるブレーキペダルの踏込み量を検出し、車両コントローラ406に出力する。車速センサは、車両Vの車速を検出し、車両コントローラ406に出力する。シフトレバー405は、シフト情報を検出し、車両コントローラ406に出力する。
 車両コントローラ406は、各種センサからの信号を受信し、車両Vの各種機能(走行、停止、表示、空調など)を制御する。具体的には、車両コントローラ406は、アクセル開度に基づき、トルク指令値をモータコントローラ407に出力する。また、車両コントローラ406は、シフト情報がPから他のシフトに変更された場合、パーキングアクチュエータ409に信号を出力し、パークロックを解除させる。また、車両コントローラ406は、受信した車速をメータ410に表示する。また、車両コントローラ406は、シフト情報などをボディコントローラ411に出力する。なお、車両コントローラ406とモータコントローラ407の間は、例えばCANで通信される。
 モータコントローラ407は、図16に示すように、目標加速度演算手段102、モータ回転数検出手段250、実加速度演算手段105、補正量演算手段120、モデル化誤差抑制手段104、制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段106及びスリップ抑制制御手段202を含むように構成することができる。モータコントローラ407は、車両コントローラ406から指令を受けてインバータ408を制御し、モータ31を駆動させる。なお、車両コントローラ406やモータコントローラ407は、中央演算処理装置(CPU)やメモリ、演算回路等により構成することができる。なお、図4、図12及び図13に示す構成においても、目標モータトルク算出手段101と車両Vを除いた構成が、モータコントローラ407である。
 本出願は、2015年3月27日に出願された日本国特許出願第2015-066286号に基づく優先権を主張しており、この出願の全内容が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (14)

  1.  モータ(31)を駆動源として搭載する電動車両(車両V)について、運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクを算出する目標モータトルク算出手段(101)と、
     前記目標モータトルクを前記電動車両が搭載する駆動系の慣性で除算して、目標加速度を演算する目標加速度演算手段(102)と、
     実際のモータ回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段(250)と、
     前記モータ回転数検出手段で検出されたモータ回転数を微分して実加速度を演算する実加速度演算手段(105)と、
     前記目標加速度演算手段で算出された目標加速度と、前記実加速度演算手段で算出された実加速度との偏差が小さくなるように、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する補正量演算手段(120)と、
     前記補正量演算手段によって算出される補正量に対してハイパスフィルタ処理を行って、補正トルクを演算するモデル化誤差抑制手段(104)と、
     前記モータトルク指令値に前記補正トルクを加算して、制御用モータトルク指令値を算出する制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段(106)と、
     車両の発進時、又は、スリップ検出時に、ハイパスフィルタ(HPF)のカットオフ周波数を、通常走行時と比較して小さくなるよう切り換えてスリップを抑制するように制御するスリップ抑制制御手段(202)と、
     を備えることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  2.  前記補正量と、前記補正トルクと、前記モータ回転数とに基づいて、スリップの有無を検出する第1スリップ検出手段(201)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  3.  前記スリップ抑制制御手段は、
     スリップの抑制制御を行う際に、前記補正量演算手段による前記補正量の演算処理の制御をP制御(比例制御)からPI制御(比例・積分制御)に切り換えるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  4.  前記スリップ抑制制御手段は、
     前記電動車両の走行開始時に、前記モータ回転数が第1の所定値ω0未満である場合に、スリップの抑制制御を開始するように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  5.  前記スリップ抑制制御手段は、
     前記電動車両の走行中に、前記モータ回転数が第1の所定値ω0以上、加速度偏差が第1の所定値ae1以下、補正トルクの絶対値が第1の所定値T1以下という3条件を満たした場合にスリップの抑制制御を開始するように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  6.  前記スリップ抑制制御手段は、
     前記モータ回転数が第2の所定値ω1を超え、且つ、補正トルクの絶対値が第1の所定値T1未満である場合に、スリップの抑制制御を終了するように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  7.  前記スリップ抑制制御手段は、
     前記電動車両の走行中に、モータ回転数が第1の所定値ω0以上、加速度偏差の絶対値が第2の所定値ae2以下、補正トルクの絶対値が第2の所定値T2以下という3条件を満たした場合にスリップの抑制制御を終了するように制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  8.  モータ(31)を駆動源として搭載する電動車両(車両V)について、前記モータの回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段(250)と、
     ハイパスフィルタ(HPF)を備え、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する補正量演算手段(120)と、
     前記モータ回転数検出手段で検出されたモータの回転数に応じて、前記ハイパスフィルタのカットオフ周波数を切り換えるカットオフ周波数切換手段(202)と、
     を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  9.  モータ(31)を駆動源として搭載する電動車両(車両V)について、運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて目標モータトルクを算出する目標モータトルク算出手段(101)と、
     前記目標モータトルクに基づいて、目標速度を演算する目標速度演算手段と、
     実際のモータ回転数を検出するモータ回転数検出手段(250)と、
     前記モータ回転数検出手段で検出されたモータ回転数に基づいてモータ角速度を演算する角速度演算手段と、
     前記目標速度演算手段で算出された目標速度と、前記角速度演算手段で算出されたモータ角速度との偏差が小さくなるように、モータトルク指令値に対する補正量を演算する補正量演算手段と、
     前記補正量演算手段によって算出される補正量に対してハイパスフィルタ処理を行って、補正トルクを演算するモデル化誤差抑制手段(104)と、
     前記モータトルク指令値に前記補正トルクを加算して、制御用モータトルク指令値を算出する制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段(106)と、
     車両の発進時、又は、スリップ検出時に、ハイパスフィルタ(HPF)のカットオフ周波数を、通常走行時と比較して小さくなるよう切り換えてスリップを抑制するように制御するスリップ抑制制御手段(202)と、
     を備えることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  10.  電動車両の駆動輪の回転状態を検出する駆動輪回転検出手段(280)と、
     電動車両の従動輪の回転状態を検出する従動輪回転検出手段(290)と、
     前記駆動輪回転検出手段(280)によって検出された前記駆動輪の回転状態と、前記従動輪回転検出手段(290)によって検出された前記従動輪の回転状態との偏差からスリップの有無を検出する第2スリップ検出手段(401)とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  11.  電動車両の駆動輪の回転状態を検出する駆動輪回転検出手段(280)と、
     電動車両の従動輪の回転状態を検出する従動輪回転検出手段(290)と、
     前記駆動輪回転検出手段(280)によって検出された前記駆動輪の回転状態と、前記従動輪回転検出手段(290)によって検出された前記従動輪の回転状態との偏差からスリップの有無を検出する第2スリップ検出手段(401)と、をさらに備え
     前記第2スリップ検出手段(401)は、前記第1スリップ検出手段(201)によってスリップが検出された後に、スリップの有無を検出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  12.  スリップ抑制制御手段(202)は、前記第1スリップ検出手段(201)によってスリップが検出された場合、前記第2スリップ検出手段(401)によってスリップの有無が検出されるまでの間は、ハイパスフィルタ(HPF)のカットオフ周波数を、通常走行時と比較して小さくなるよう切り換えてスリップを抑制することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  13.  前記第1スリップ検出手段(201)によるスリップの検出結果と、前記第2スリップ検出手段(401)によるスリップの検出結果が相違する場合、前記スリップ抑制制御手段(202)は、前記第2スリップ検出手段(401)によるスリップの検出結果に基づいて、カットオフ周波数を再選択することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
  14.  前記目標モータトルク算出手段(101)は、複数の制御装置に対して指令を行う車両コントローラ(406)であり、
     前記目標加速度演算手段(102)、前記モータ回転数検出手段(250)、前記実加速度演算手段(105)、前記補正量演算手段(120)、前記モデル化誤差抑制手段(104)、前記制御用モータトルク指令値算出手段(106)及び前記スリップ抑制制御手段(202)は、前記車両コントローラ(406)から指令を受けて前記モータ(31)を駆動させるモータコントローラ(407)であることを特徴とする請求項1~7、10~13の何れか1項に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
