- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1지점은 상기 제1전환점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 A-1단계의 마감점 중에서 짝수번째 마감점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 A-1단계 및 상기 A-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 A-1단계의 마감점 중에서 마지막 마감점에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2지점은 상기 제1시작점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 C-1단계의 마감점 중에서 짝수번째 마감점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 C-1단계 및 상기 C-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 C-1단계의 마감점 중에서 마지막 마감점에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는스텐트 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 B단계는,상기 제1지점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상기 하부 헤드 형성부재가 상기 지그와 이루는 접선 중 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시켜 위치시킨 제1절곡점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상기 하부 헤드 형성부재의 환형 하부면을 형성하는 하부 절곡부에 접하도록 구부러트리는 B-1단계;상기 B-1단계의 제1절곡점으로부터 구부러진 상기 제1와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'(제1절곡점으로부터 상기 하부 헤드 형성부재 내 설정된 헤드 길이분할선 상의 위치점 중 상기 제1절곡점의 원주분할선 기준으로 3칸 이동한 위치에 해당하는 원주분할선과 대응되는 위치점까지 이동한 거리)만큼 상기 하부 헤드 형성부재의 상기 하부 절곡부로부터 직경이 확장된 후 다시 축소되는 형태로 연장 형성되는 하부 만곡부의 외주면을 따라 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'만큼 상기 하부 만곡부의 외주면을 따라 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 상기 제1절곡점으로 돌아오는 B-2단계; 및상기 B-2단계를 통해 다시 위치한 상기 제1절곡점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상기 지그의 외주면에 접하도록 구부러트린 뒤, 상기 제1절곡점으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제1전환점에 위치시키는 B-3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 D단계는,상기 제2지점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상기 상부 헤드 형성부재가 상기 지그와 이루는 접선 중 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시켜 위치시킨 제2절곡점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상기 상부 헤드 형성부재의 환형 하부면을 형성하는 상부 절곡부에 접하도록 구부러트리는 D-1단계;상기 D-1단계의 제2절곡점으로부터 구부러진 상기 제1와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'(제2절곡점으로부터 상기 상부 헤드 형성부재 내 설정된 헤드 길이분할선 상의 위치점 중 상기 제2절곡점의 원주분할선 기준으로 3칸 이동한 위치에 해당하는 원주분할선과 대응되는 위치점까지 이동한 거리)만큼 상기 상부 헤드 형성부재의 상기 상부 절곡부로부터 직경이 확장된 후 다시 축소되는 형태로 연장 형성되는 상부 만곡부의 외주면을 따라 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'만큼 상기 상부 만곡부의 외주면을 따라 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 상기 제1절곡점으로 돌아오는 D-2단계; 및상기 D-2단계를 통해 다시 위치한 상기 제2절곡점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상기 지그의 외주면에 접하도록 구부러트린 뒤, 상기 제2절곡점으로부터 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제1시작점에 위치시키는 D-3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 연결용 스텐트 제조방법은,상기 지그 일단의 제2시작점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제3지점까지 제2와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제2몸체의 일부를 형성하는 E단계;상기 제3지점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제2전환점까지 상기 하부 헤드 형성부재의 외주면을 따라 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 하부 제2헤드를 형성하는 F단계;상기 제2전환점으로부터 상기 지그 일단의 제4지점까지 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 상기 제2몸체의 일부를 형성하는 G단계; 및상기 제4지점으로부터 상기 제2시작점까지 상기 상부 헤드 형성부재의 외주면을 따라 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 상부 제2헤드를 형성하는 H단계;를 포함하며,상기 제2시작점은 상기 제1시작점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에서 원주분할선을 기준으로 소정 간격 이격되어 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서.상기 제2시작점은 상기 제1시작점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에서 원주방향으로 원주분할선을 홀수 칸만큼 이동한 위치에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는스텐트 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 E단계는,상기 제2시작점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 E-1단계; 및상기 E-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 E-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 E-2단계;를 포함하며,상기 G단계는,상기 제2전환점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 G-1단계; 및상기 G-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 G-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 G-2단계;를 포함하며,상기 E단계는 상기 E-1단계 및 상기 E-2단계를 번갈아 진행하며,상기 G단계는 상기 G-1단계 및 상기 G-2단계를 번갈아 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제3지점은 상기 제2전환점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 E-1단계의 마감점 중에서 짝수번째 마감점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 E-1단계 및 상기 E-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 E-1단계의 마감점 중에서 마지막 마감점에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제4지점은 상기 제2시작점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 G-1단계의 마감점 중에서 짝수번째 마감점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치하며, 상기 G-1단계 및 상기 G-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 G-1단계의 마감점 중에서 마지막 마감점에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는스텐트 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 F단계는,상기 제3지점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상기 하부 헤드 형성부재가 상기 지그와 이루는 접선 중 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시켜 위치시킨 제3절곡점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상기 하부 절곡부에 접하도록 구부러트리는 F-1단계;상기 F-1단계의 제3절곡점으로부터 구부러진 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'(제3절곡점으로부터 상기 하부 헤드 형성부재 내 설정된 헤드 길이분할선 상의 위치점 중 상기 제3절곡점의 원주분할선 기준으로 3칸 이동한 위치에 해당하는 원주분할선과 대응되는 위치점까지 이동한 거리)만큼 상기 하부 만곡부의 외주면을 따라 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'만큼 상기 하부 만곡부의 외주면을 따라 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 상기 제3절곡점으로 돌아오는 F-2단계; 및상기 F-2단계를 통해 다시 위치한 상기 제3절곡점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상기 지그의 외주면에 접하도록 구부러트린 뒤, 상기 제3절곡점으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제2전환점에 위치시키는 F-3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 H단계는,상기 제4지점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상기 상부 헤드 형성부재가 상기 지그와 이루는 접선 중 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시켜 위치시킨 제4절곡점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상기 상부 절곡부에 접하도록 구부러트리는 H-1단계;상기 H-1단계의 제4절곡점으로부터 구부러진 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'(제4절곡점으로부터 상기 상부 헤드 형성부내 내 설정된 헤드 길이분할선 상의 위치점 중 상기 제4절곡점의 원주분할선 기준으로 3칸 이동한 위치에 해당하는 원주분할선과 대응되는 위치점까지 이동한 거리)만큼 상기 상부 만곡부의 외주면을 따라 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ'만큼 상기 상부 만복부의 외주면을 따라 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 상기 제4절곡점으로 돌아오는 H-2단계; 및상기 H-2단계를 통해 다시 위치한 상기 제4절곡점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상기 지그의 외주면에 접하도록 구부러트린 뒤, 상기 제4절곡점으로부터 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제2시작점에 위치시키는 H-3단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는연결용 스텐트 제조방법.
