Claims (15)
- 一种将第一面板与第二面板相贴合的方法,所述第一面板和所述第二面板贴合后形成显示装置或显示装置的一部分,所述第一面板的表面积大于所述第二面板的表面积,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤,使得所述保护条围成的区域的形状与所述第二面板的形状对应;在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的步骤;将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤;将所述无色透明液体胶固化的步骤;以及去除所述保护条的步骤。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤包括:在所述第一面板的表面的边缘部分上设置可去除的保护条。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一面板为触控面板,所述第二面板为显示模组;或者所述第一面板为显示模组,所述第二面板为触控面板;或者所述第一面板为保护盖板,所述第二面板为液晶盒或设置有触控传感器的触控玻璃面板;或者所述第一面板为液晶盒或设置有触控传感器的触控玻璃面板;所述第二面板为保护盖板。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述保护条围成的区域内设置的无色透明液体胶的体积大于未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下所述第一面板和所述第二面板贴合后形成的空腔的容积。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二面板为具有四个倒角的面板,所述第一面板上设置有按键,所述第二面板上与所述按键对应的一侧形成有凹槽,且该凹槽的内边缘的形状与所述按键的外边缘的形状相同或相似。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,利用狭缝涂布的方式在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,利用点胶的方式在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的步骤与将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤之间进行的:对所述无色透明液体胶进行预固化的步骤。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤之后进行的:对所述无色透明液体胶进行脱泡的步骤。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,去除所述保护条的步骤在将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤和对所述无色透明液体胶进行脱泡的步骤之间进行。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤之前进行的:对所述第一面板和所述第二面板进行清洁处理的步骤。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述第一面板和所述第二面板进行清洁处理的步骤包括:对所述第一面板和所述第二面板分别进行等离子清洗。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一面板为触控面板,所述第二面板为显示模组,所述第一面板包括第一面板本体和环绕设置在该第一面板本体表面的边缘部分上的黑矩阵,所述保护条设置在所述黑矩阵上。
- 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤中:所述保护条为可剥胶,通过印刷的方式将所述保护条设置在所述第一面板的四周;或者所述保护条为胶带,通过贴附的方式将所述保护条设置在所述第一面板的四周。
- 一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括利用权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法贴合在一起的第一面板和第二面板。
