Description

将第一面板与第二面板相贴合的方法和显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示装置的组装领域,具体地,涉及一种将第一面板与第二面板相贴合的方法以及一种利用该方法获得的显示装置。
背景技术
很多显示装置(例如,手机、平板电脑等)通常包括显示面板和贴合在显示面板上的诸如触控面板、保护盖板等辅助面板。
现有技术中,一般采用如下两种方法将辅助面板贴合在显示面板上,第一种方法为利用固体透明胶(即,透明保护条)将辅助面板粘附在显示面板上,这种方法的缺点在于,容易在显示面板和辅助面板之间产生气泡;第二种方法为利用透明液体胶将辅助面板粘附在显示面板上,这种方法的缺点在于,难以控制透明液体胶的扩散范围,容易产生显示装置周边缺胶、溢胶、水纹等产品不良现象。
因此,如何防止在显示面板与辅助面板贴合时产生不良现象成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种将显示面板与辅助面板相贴合的方法以及一种利用该方法获得的显示装置。利用上述方法获得显示装置具有较高的良率。
为了实现上述目的,作为本发明的一个方面,本发明提供一种将第一面板与第二面板相贴合的方法,所述第一面板和所述第二面板贴合后形成显示装置或显示装置的一部分,所述第一面板的表面积大于所述第二面板的表面积,其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤,使得所述保护条围成的区域的形状与所述第二面板的形状对应;
在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的步骤;
将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤;
将所述无色透明液体胶固化的步骤;以及
去除所述保护条的步骤。
优选地,所述在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤包括:在所述第一面板的表面的边缘部分上设置可去除的保护条。
优选地,所述第一面板为触控面板,所述第二面板为显示模组;或者
所述第一面板为显示模组,所述第二面板为触控面板;或者
所述第一面板为保护盖板,所述第二面板为液晶盒或设置有触控传感器的触控玻璃面板;或者
所述第一面板为液晶盒或设置有触控传感器的触控玻璃面板;所述第二面板为保护盖板。
优选地,在所述保护条围成的区域内设置的无色透明液体胶的体积大于未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下所述第一面板和所述第二面板贴合后形成的空腔的容积。
优选地,所述第二面板为具有四个倒角的面板,所述第一面板上设置有按键,所述第二面板上与所述按键对应的一侧形成有凹槽,且该凹槽的内边缘的形状与所述按键的外边缘的形状相同或相似。
优选地,利用狭缝涂布的方式在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶。
优选地,利用点胶的方式在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶。
优选地,所述方法还包括在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的步骤与将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤之间进行的:
对所述无色透明液体胶进行预固化的步骤。
优选地,所述方法还包括在将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤之后进行的:
对所述无色透明液体胶进行脱泡的步骤。
优选地,去除所述保护条的步骤在将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤和对所述无色透明液体胶进行脱泡的步骤之间进行。
优选地,所述方法还包括在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤之前进行的:
对所述第一面板和所述第二面板进行清洁处理的步骤。

作为本发明的另一个方面,提供一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括利用本发明所述的方法贴合在一起的第一面板和第二面板。
在本发明所提供的方法中,即便在所述保护条围成的区域内设置所述无色透明液体胶的步骤中发生溢胶现象,和/或在将第一面板与第二面板贴合的过程中发生溢胶现象,溢出的胶最终会堆积在能够被拆除的保护条上,因此当无色透明液体胶固化以将第一面板和第二面板粘结在一起之后,在去除保护条的同时,就可以去除该保护条上的溢胶。由此可知,利用本发明所提供的方法得到的显示装置或显示装置的一部分上不会出现溢胶等缺陷。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
如图1所示,作为本发明的一个方面,本发明提供一种将第一 面板100与第二面板300(参见图10)相贴合的方法,第一面板100和第二面板300贴合后形成显示装置或显示装置的一部分,第一面板100的表面积大于第二面板300的表面积,其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在第一面板100的四周设置可去除的保护条210的步骤,优选地,在第一面板100的表面的边缘部分上设置可去除的保护条210(如图2和图3所示),该保护条210围成的区域的形状与第二面板300的形状对应(保护条210的形状如图2至图4所示,第二面板300的形状如图11所示);
在保护条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶2201(如图5和图6所示)或无色透明液体胶2202(如图7和图8所示)的步骤;
将第一面板100与第二面板300贴合(如图9所示)的步骤;
将无色透明液体胶2201或2202固化的步骤,将无色透明液体胶2201或2202固化后,在第一面板100和第二面板300之间形成固化后的无色透明液体胶220';以及
去除保护条210的步骤。去除保护条210后形成的显示装置或显示装置的一部分的结构如图10所示。
在本发明所提供的方法中,在保护条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的步骤中有可能会发生溢胶现象(如图6所示),在将第一面板100与第二面板300贴合的过程中也可能会发生溢胶现象(如图9所示),由于在无色透明液体胶2201或2202周围设置了保护条210,因此,无色透明液体胶2201或2202会溢出在保护条210上(如图6和图9所示)。当无色透明液体胶2201或2202固化以将第一面板100和第二面板300粘结在一起之后,在去除保护条210的同时,还可以去除该保护条210上的溢胶。由此可知,利用本发明所提供的方法得到的显示装置或显示装置的一部分上不会出现溢胶等缺陷。
并且,在本发明中,第一面板100和第二面板300通过无色透明液体胶2201或2202的固化而互相粘结,因此,第一面板100和第二面板300之间不会出现气泡。由此可知,利用本发明所提供的方法 得到的显示装置或显示装置的一部分具有较好的光学性能。
总而言之,利用本发明所提供的方法将第一面板和第二面板贴合在一起可以提高所获得的显示装置或显示装置的一部分的良率。
在图2至图10中所示的实施方式中,由于第一面板100的表面积大于第二面板300的表面积,将保护条210设置在第一面板100上,且第二面板300的形状与保护条210围成的区域的形状相对应,因此在将第一面板100与第二面板300相贴合后,将保护条210去除时不会影响第二面板300与第一面板100之间的粘结性能。
在本发明中,第一面板100和第二面板300粘结在一起后形成显示装置或显示装置的一部分。当第一面板100和第二面板300粘结在一起后形成显示装置时,第一面板100可以为触控面板,第二面板300可以为显示模组,反之亦可。当第一面板100和第二面板300粘结在一起后形成显示装置的一部分时,该显示装置的一部分可以为显示面板或触控面板,因此,第一面板100可以为液晶盒或设置有触控传感器的触控玻璃面板,第二面板300可以为保护盖板(例如,玻璃盖板),反之亦可。
为了确保最终形成的显示装置或显示装置的一部分中不存在缺胶缺陷,优选地,在保护条210围成的区域内设置的无色透明液体胶2201或2202的体积大于未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下第一面板100和第二面板300贴合后形成的空腔的容积。即,设置的无色透明液体胶2201或2202的量大于未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下第一面板100和第二面板300贴合后形成的空腔能够容纳的量。在设置了无色透明液体胶2201或2202并将第一面板100和第二面板300贴合之后,多余的无色透明液体胶从第一面板100和第二面板300之间的空腔中溢出并堆积在保护条210上,从而可以确保第一面板100和第二面板300之间的空腔内不会出现缺胶的缺陷。拆除保护条210时,可以将堆积在保护条210上的溢胶一同去除,也不会产生褶皱等其他缺陷。
如上文中所述,保护条210围成的区域的形状与第二面板300的形状相对应。具体地,在将保护条210设置在第一面板100上之前, 可以对保护条210进行预处理,以使保护条210具有预定的形状,该预定的形状具体为,将保护条210设置在第一面板100上之后,保护条210的内边缘围成的区域的形状与第二面板300的外轮廓的形状相匹配。
在本发明中,第一面板100和第二面板300可以为形状规则的矩形面板,可以为形状不规则的大体上矩形面板,也可以为矩形面板之外的其他形状面板。
例如,作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图11所示,第二面板300为具有四个倒角的矩形面板。如图12所示,第一面板100上设置有按键100a,在第一面板100与第二面板300相贴合后,第二面板300上与按键100a对应的一侧形成有凹槽,且该凹槽的内边缘的形状与按键100a的外边缘的形状相同或相似。相应地,如图4和图11所示,保护条210的内边缘围成的区域也具有与第二面板300的外轮廓相同的形状,即,保护条210上形成有朝向保护条210围成的区域的中部凸出的凸起210a。
在本发明中,对向保护条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶2201或2202的具体方式并没有限制,例如,作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,可以利用狭缝涂布的方式在所述保护条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶。如图5所示,利用狭缝涂布的方式可以在保护条210围成的区域内填满无色透明液体胶2201。利用狭缝涂布的方式可以使得无色透明液体胶2201的厚度均匀,并且狭缝涂布效率较高。
当然,本发明并不限于此,例如,还可以利用点胶的方式在保护条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶。如图7和图8中所示,利用点胶的方式可以在保护条210围成的区域内的部分位置设置无色透明液体胶2202。
当然,本发明并不限于此,例如,还可以利用丝网印刷的方式在保护条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶。
为了便于第一面板100和第二面板300之间的对位,优选地,所述方法还包括在保护条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的 步骤与将第一面板100与第二面板300贴合的步骤之间进行的:对所述无色透明液体胶进行预固化的步骤。
对无色透明液体胶进行预固化的方法有多种,具体可以根据无色透明液体胶的固化机制选择预固化的方法。例如,当无色透明液体胶为光固化胶时,可以利用光照的方式对无色透明液体胶进行预固化;当无色透明液体胶为热固化胶时,可以利用加热的方式对无色透明液体胶进行预固化。由于半固化的无色透明液体胶不会任意流动,因此将第一面板100和第二面板300进行对位时,半固化的无色透明液体胶不会粘在第二面板300上,从而不会影响对第二面板300位置的调节,有利于确保第一面板100和第二面板300之间精确的对位。
为了进一步避免第一面板100和第二面板300之间产生气泡,优选地,所述方法还包括在将第一面板100与第二面板300贴合的步骤之后进行的:对无色透明液体胶进行脱泡的步骤。具体地,可以将贴合在一起的第一面板100和第二面板300置入脱泡炉内进行加压加热,以消除在第一面板100和第二面板300贴合时残留在第二面板300和无色透明液体胶之间的空气。
在本发明中,对进行各个步骤的顺序并没有严格的限定,各个步骤的实际顺序可由实施者根据具体的产品要求以及生产实践确定。例如,上述脱泡步骤可以在将第一面板100与第二面板300贴合的步骤与将无色透明液体胶固化的步骤之间进行,可以在将无色透明液体胶固化的步骤与去除保护条210的步骤之间进行,也可以在去除保护条210的步骤之后进行。去除保护条210的步骤只要在将第一面板100和第二面板300贴合的步骤之后进行即可。为了进一步确保无色透明液体胶固化后不存在边缘缺陷,优选地,去除保护条210的步骤可以在对所述无色透明液体胶进行预固化的步骤之后进行。这是因为,对无色透明液体胶进行预固化之后,无色透明液体胶不再能够任意流动,从而在去除保护条210之后,半固化的无色透明液体胶的四周也不会出现波纹等不良缺陷。作为本发明的一种更优选的实施方式,去除保护条210的步骤在将第一面板100和第二面板300贴合的步骤和对无色透明液体胶进行脱泡的步骤之间进行,这是因为,在将 第一面板100和第二面板300贴合的过程中可能会有无色透明液体胶溢出,并且脱泡的过程中需要加压加热,这可能会使保护条210损坏。
为了确保第一面板100和第二面板300能够牢固地粘结在一起,优选地,所述方法还包括在将保护条210设置在第一面板100上之前进行的:对第一面板100和第二面板300进行清洁处理的步骤。例如,可以对第一面板100和第二面板300分别进行等离子清洗,以清除第一面板100和第二面板300上的杂质颗粒。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,第一面板100可以为触控面板,第二面板300可以为显示模组,且第一面板100为触控面板时,如图2和图3所示,第一面板100可以包括第一面板本体110和环绕设置在该第一面板本体110表面的边缘部分上的黑矩阵120,可以将保护条210设置在黑矩阵120上。容易理解的是,第一面板本体110设置有触控传感器,黑矩阵120用于覆盖触控传感器的引线。
在本发明中,对保护条的材质、设置保护条的具体方法以及保护条的具体形成方式并没有特殊的限定。
例如,作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,保护条可以由可剥胶制成,在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤中,可以通过印刷的方式形成所述保护条。
又例如,作为本发明的另一种具体实施方式,保护条可以为胶带,在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤中,可以通过贴附的方式将保护条设置在第一面板的四周。
作为本发明的另一个方面,提供一种利用本发明所提供的上述方法获得的显示装置,该显示装置包括利用本发明所提供的上述方法贴合在一起的第一面板和第二面板。
在本发明所提供的方法中,即便在所述保护条围成的区域内设置所述无色透明液体胶的步骤中发生溢胶现象,和/或在将第一面板与第二面板贴合的过程中发生溢胶现象,溢出的胶最终会堆积在能够被拆除的保护条上,因此当无色透明液体胶固化以将第一面板和第二面板粘结在一起之后,在去除保护条的同时,就可以去除该保护条上的溢胶。由此可知,利用本发明所提供的方法得到的显示装置或显示 装置的一部分上不会出现溢胶等缺陷。
应当理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种将第一面板与第二面板相贴合的方法,所述第一面板和所述第二面板贴合后形成显示装置或显示装置的一部分,所述第一面板的表面积大于所述第二面板的表面积,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤,使得所述保护条围成的区域的形状与所述第二面板的形状对应;
    在所述保护条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的步骤;
    将所述第一面板与所述第二面板贴合的步骤;
    将所述无色透明液体胶固化的步骤;以及
    去除所述保护条的步骤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第一面板的四周设置可去除的保护条的步骤包括:在所述第一面板的表面的边缘部分上设置可去除的保护条。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一面板为触控面板,所述第二面板为显示模组;或者
    所述第一面板为显示模组,所述第二面板为触控面板;或者
    所述第一面板为保护盖板,所述第二面板为液晶盒或设置有触控传感器的触控玻璃面板;或者
    所述第一面板为液晶盒或设置有触控传感器的触控玻璃面板;所述第二面板为保护盖板。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述保护条围成的区域内设置的无色透明液体胶的体积大于未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下所述第一面板和所述第二面板贴合后形成的空腔的容积。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二面板为具有四个倒角的面板,所述第一面板上设置有按键,所述第二面板上与所述按键对应的一侧形成有凹槽,且该凹槽的内边缘的形状与所述按键的外边缘的形状相同或相似。
