在显示面板制作完成之后,需要在显示面板上设置辅助面板以形成完整的显示装置,一般采用贴合的方式将辅助面板设置在显示面板上。
现有技术中,一般采用如下两种方法将辅助面板贴合在显示面板上,第一种方法为利用固体透明胶(即,透明胶条)将辅助面板粘附在显示面板上,但是这种方法的缺点在于,容易在显示面板和辅助面板之间产生气泡;第二种方法为利用透明液体胶将辅助面板粘附在显示面板上,但是这种方法的缺点在于,难以控制透明液体胶的扩散范围,容易产生显示装置周边缺胶、溢胶、水纹等产品不良现象。
因此,如何防止在显示面板与辅助面板贴合时产生不良现象成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种将显示面板与辅助面板相贴合的方法以及一种利用该方法获得的显示装置。利用上述方法获得显示装置具有较高的良率。

优选地,在所述胶条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的量,或者在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的另一者上与所述胶条围成的区域对应的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的量设置为能够充满在未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下所述显示面板与所述辅助面板贴合后形成的空腔。
优选地,所述无色透明液体胶为紫外光固化胶,所述将所述无色透明液体胶固化的步骤包括:利用紫外光照射所述无色透明液体胶,以将所述无色透明液体胶固化。
优选地,所述辅助面板包括透明盖板或触控面板。
优选地,所述辅助面板包括触控面板,所述触控面板包括面板本体和设置在所述面板本体表面四周的黑矩阵,所述胶条设置在所述黑矩阵上。
优选地,所述胶条的宽度不大于所述黑矩阵的宽度。
优选地,在设置所述胶条时,所述胶条的内边缘不超过所述黑矩阵的内边缘,所述胶条的外边缘不超过所述黑矩阵的外边缘。
优选地,所述胶条的宽度在1mm至3mm之间。
优选地,利用以下公式计算所述无色透明液体胶的实际用量,并使得所述无色透明液体胶固化后,所述辅助面板和所述显示面板之间的间隙在100μm至300μm之间:

其中,M为所述无色透明液体胶的实际用量;
α为修正系数,α大于零;
H为所述胶条的厚度;
h为所述黑矩阵的厚度;
s为所述胶条围成的区域的面积;
ρ为所述无色透明液体胶的密度。
优选地,95%≤α≤105%。
优选地,所述胶条为无色透明胶条。
优选地,所述胶条的外边缘轮廓与所述显示面板和所述辅助面板中设置所述胶条的一者的外边缘轮廓一致。
作为本发明的另一方面,提供一种显示装置,该显示装置包括显示面板和辅助面板,所述辅助面板与所述显示面板通过粘结件固定连接,其中,所述粘结件包括环绕设置在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的一者的表面四周的胶条,以及设置在所述胶条围成的区域内或者设置在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的另一者上与所述胶条围成的区域对应的区域内的无色透明固体胶,所述无色透明固体胶由无色透明液体胶固化获得。
优选地,所述无色透明液体胶为紫外光固化胶。
优选地,所述辅助面板包括透明盖板或触控面板。
优选地,所述辅助面板包括触控面板,所述触控面板包括面板本体和设置在所述面板本体表面四周的黑矩阵,所述胶条设置在所述黑矩阵上。
优选地,所述胶条的宽度不大于所述黑矩阵的宽度。
优选地,所述胶条的内边缘不超过所述黑矩阵的内边缘,所述胶条的外边缘不超过所述黑矩阵的外边缘。
优选地,所述胶条的宽度在1mm至3mm之间。

在本发明所提供的方法中,无色透明液体胶固化后将显示面板的中部区域和辅助面板的中部区域粘结在一起,因此,在显示面板的中部区域和辅助面板的中部区域之间不会产生气泡,所述胶条能够在将显示面板与辅助面板贴合的过程中限制无色透明液体胶的流动,从而可以避免在显示面板与辅助面板贴合后形成的 显示装置的周边出现缺胶、溢胶、水纹等产品不良现象。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
作为本发明的一个方面,如图1至图9中所示,提供一种将显示面板300与辅助面板100相贴合的方法,其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在辅助面板100和显示面板300中的一者的四周设置胶条210的步骤,优选地,在辅助面板100和显示面板300中的一者的表面的四周设置胶条210(其中,在辅助面板100的表面的四周设置有胶条210的结构如图5和图6所示);
在胶条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶220(如图1、图7和图8所示)的步骤,或者在辅助面板和显示面板中的另一者上与胶条围成的区域对应的区域内设置无色透明液体胶(如图2所示)的步骤(在一些特殊的应用场合下,也可采用有色透明液体胶);
将显示面板300与辅助面板100贴合的步骤;
将所述无色透明液体胶固化的步骤,以利用胶条210和固化的无色透明液体胶220'将显示面板300和辅助面板100粘结(如图9所示)。
在本发明所提供的方法中,无色透明液体胶固化后将显示面板的中部区域和辅助面板的中部区域粘结在一起,因此,在显示面板的中部区域和辅助面板的中部区域之间不会产生气泡,所述胶条能够在将显示面板300与辅助面板100贴合的过程中限制无色透明液体胶的流动,从而可以避免在显示面板与辅助面板贴合后形成的显示装置的周边出现缺胶、溢胶、水纹等产品不良现象。
由此可知,利用本发明所提供的方法既可以避免显示面板300和辅助面板100之间形成气泡,又可以防止无色透明液体胶固化后在显示面板与辅助面板贴合后形成的显示装置的周边出现缺胶、溢胶、水纹等产品不良现象。即,利用本发明所提供的方法贴合显示面板300和辅助面板100可以提高产品良率。
在本发明中,既可以在辅助面板100的四周设置胶条,也可以在显示面板300的四周设置胶条。
在本发明中,对胶条210的颜色不做限制,其可以为无色透 明胶条,可以为有色透明胶条,也可以为不透明胶条,例如黑色胶条。若所述辅助面板100和/或显示面板300的表面四周设置有黑矩阵,则对所述胶条210的颜色不限,其可以为无色透明胶条,也可以为黑色胶条;若所述辅助面板100和显示面板300贴合后形成的显示装置为无边框显示装置或者窄边框显示装置,则所述胶条210优选为无色透明胶条。
本发明所提供的方法包括两种具体实施方式,一种是图1、图7和图8中所示的实施方式,在胶条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶220,这种实施方式具有较高的精确度。
另一种是图2中所示的实施方式,将胶条设置在显示面板和辅助面板中的一者上,将无色透明液体胶设置在显示面板和辅助面板中的另一者上,而且,在显示面板与辅助面板贴合后,设置有无色透明液体胶的区域与胶条围成的区域相对应,这种实施方式具有较高的生产效率。
实施者可以根据具体的产品要求以及生产实践确定具体采用哪种实施方式。
为了进一步避免在显示面板300和辅助面板100之间形成气泡,优选地,可以在真空贴合机中进行所述将显示面板300与辅助面板100贴合的步骤。
在本发明中,对无色透明液体胶的具体成分也不做限定,只要能够将辅助面板100和显示面板300粘结在一起即可。例如,所述无色透明液体胶可以为光固化胶,进一步地,所述无色透明液体胶可以为紫外光固化胶,因此,在将无色透明液体胶(紫外光固化胶)固化的步骤中,利用紫外光照射所述无色透明液体胶,以将所述无色透明液体胶固化。
在本发明中,在胶条210围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的量,或者在辅助面板和显示面板中的另一者上与胶条围成的区域对应的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的量应当能够充满在未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下所述显示面板与所述辅助面板贴合后形成的空腔,从而在无色透明液体胶固化后,更好地防止在显示面 板与辅助面板贴合后形成的显示装置的周边产生缺胶、溢胶、水纹等产品不良现象。
在本发明中,辅助面板100可以包括透明盖板和触控面板中的任意一种。优选地,所述辅助面板100是无色透明的。
在图3和图5中所示的实施方式中,辅助面板100包括触控面板,如图3和图5所示,所述触控面板包括面板本体110和设置在面板本体110表面四周的黑矩阵120,胶条210设置在黑矩阵120上。容易理解的是,黑矩阵120的作用是覆盖触控面板中的金属走线。优选地,所述面板本体110也是无色透明的。
具体地,可以利用以下公式计算无色透明液体胶220的理论用量m:
m=(H+h)*s*ρ;
其中,m为所述无色透明液体胶220的理论用量;
H为胶条210的厚度;
h为黑矩阵120的厚度;
s为胶条210围成的区域的面积;
ρ为无色透明液体胶220的密度。
在具体实施过程中,可以利用如下公式计算无色透明液体胶220的实际用量M,并使得所述无色透明液体胶220固化后,所述辅助面板100和所述显示面板300之间的间隙在100μm至300μm之间:
M=α*m=α*(H+h)*s*ρ;
其中,M为所述无色透明液体胶220的实际用量;
α为修正系数,且α大于零;
m为所述无色透明液体胶220的理论用量;
H为所述胶条210的厚度;
h为所述黑矩阵120的厚度;
s为所述胶条210围成的区域的面积;
ρ为所述无色透明液体胶220的密度。
当无色透明液体胶220固化后,使得辅助面板100和显示面 板300之间的间隙在100μm至300μm之间的优点在于,既可以保证辅助面板100和显示面板300贴合后形成的显示装置具有较好的平整度,又可以保证所述辅助面板100和显示面板300贴合后形成的显示装置具有较小的整体厚度。
在本发明中,如果胶条210的厚度H、黑矩阵120的厚度h、胶条210围成的区域的面积s均已经确定时,可以通过选择α的值来控制所述辅助面板和所述显示面板之间的间隙在100μm至300μm之间。
优选地,α可以在95%至105%之间。
通常,胶条210的宽度不大于所述黑矩阵120的宽度,而且,在设置胶条210时,胶条210的内边缘不超过黑矩阵120的内边缘,胶条210的外边缘不超过黑矩阵120的外边缘。作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,胶条210的宽度可以在1mm至3mm之间。
通常情况下,显示面板300的表面的尺寸、形状与辅助面板100的表面的尺寸、形状一致。但在一些情况下,显示面板300可以与辅助面板100的表面的尺寸、形状不一致。当显示面板300的表面的形状与辅助面板100的表面的形状一致时,通常地,显示面板300和辅助面板100均为矩形面板,在一些特殊的应用场合下,显示面板300和辅助面板100的形状可以不是规则的矩形,也可以是其它规则的、或者不规则的形状。例如,图3和图4中所示的辅助面板100的形状为具有两个倒角的矩形,具体地,所述两个倒角分别位于该矩形的任意一条长边与相邻两条短边相接的位置处。由于胶条210是固体的,因此,可以容易地获得具有各种形状的胶条210。为了保证显示面板300与辅助面板100之间的粘结的可靠性,优选地,胶条210的外边缘轮廓与显示面板300和辅助面板100中设置有胶条210的一者的外边缘轮廓一致。在将胶条210设置在显示面板300或辅助面板100上之前,可以先将对胶条进行预处理(例如,裁切),以获得具有上述外边缘轮廓的胶条。
作为本发明的另一个方面,提供利用本发明所提供的上述方 法获得的显示装置,如图9所示,所述显示装置包括显示面板300和辅助面板100,辅助面板100与显示面板300通过粘结件固定连接,其中,所述粘结件包括环绕设置在辅助面板100和显示面板300中的一者的表面四周的胶条210,以及设置在胶条210围成的区域内或者设置在辅助面板100和显示面板300中的另一者上与胶条210围成的区域对应的区域内的固化后的无色透明液体胶220',优选地,所述胶条210环绕设置在辅助面板100和显示面板300中的一者的表面的四周。
如上文中所述,在将显示面板300与辅助面板100贴合在一起时,显示面板300的中部区域与辅助面板100的中部区域通过无色透明液体胶固化粘结在一起,可以避免在显示面板的中部区域和辅助面板的中部区域之间产生气泡,同时,胶条210能够限制无色透明液体胶的流动,防止无色透明液体胶固化后在显示面板与辅助面板贴合而成的显示装置的周边出现缺胶、溢胶、水纹等产品不良现象,胶条210本身也可以将显示面板300和辅助面板100的周边区域粘结在一起。
因此,本发明所提供的显示装置不仅具有较好的外观(即,没有气泡),而且显示面板300和辅助面板100之间具有较高的粘结强度。
如上文中所述,在本发明中,辅助面板100可以包括透明盖板,或者包括触控面板。优选地,所述辅助面板100是无色透明的。
当辅助面板100包括触控面板时,该触控面板包括面板本体110和设置在面板本体110表面四周的黑矩阵120,胶条210设置在黑矩阵120上。并且,胶条210的宽度不大于黑矩阵120的宽度,胶条210的内边缘不超过黑矩阵120的内边缘,胶条210的外边缘不超过黑矩阵120的外边缘。优选地,所述面板本体110也是无色透明的。
如上文中所述,对胶条210的颜色不做限制,其可以为无色透明胶条,可以为有色透明胶条,也可以为不透明胶条,例如黑 色胶条。若所述辅助面板100和/或显示面板300的表面四周设置有黑矩阵,则对所述胶条210的颜色不限,其可以为无色透明胶条,也可以为黑色胶条;若所述辅助面板100和显示面板300贴合而成的显示装置为无边框显示装置或者窄边框显示装置,则所述胶条210优选为无色透明胶条。
如上文中所述,作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,胶条210的宽度可以在1mm至3mm之间。
为了同时确保显示装置具有较好的平整度和较小的厚度,优选地,辅助面板100和显示面板300之间的间隙在100μm至300μm之间。
为了增加显示面板300与辅助面板100之间的结合强度,优选地,胶条210的外边缘轮廓与显示面板300和辅助面板100中设置有胶条210的一者的外边缘轮廓一致。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种将显示面板与辅助面板相贴合的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的一者的表面四周设置胶条;
    在所述胶条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶,或者在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的另一者上与所述胶条围成的区域对应的区域内设置无色透明液体胶;
    将所述显示面板与所述辅助面板贴合;以及
    将所述无色透明液体胶固化,以利用所述胶条和固化的无色透明液体胶将所述显示面板和所述辅助面板粘结。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述胶条围成的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的量,或者在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的另一者上与所述胶条围成的区域对应的区域内设置无色透明液体胶的量设置为能够充满在未填充无色透明液体胶的情况下所述显示面板与所述辅助面板贴合后形成的空腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无色透明液体胶为紫外光固化胶,所述将所述无色透明液体胶固化的步骤包括:利用紫外光照射所述无色透明液体胶,以将所述无色透明液体胶固化。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助面板包括透明盖板或触控面板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述辅助面板包括触控面板,所述触控面板包括面板本体和设置在所述面板本体表面四周的黑矩阵,所述胶条设置在所述黑矩阵上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述胶条的宽度不大于所述黑矩阵的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在设置所述胶条时,所述胶条的内边缘不超过所述黑矩阵的内边缘,所述胶条的外边缘不超过所述黑矩阵的外边缘。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述胶条的宽度在1mm至3mm之间。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,利用以下公式计算所述无色透明液体胶的实际用量,并使得所述无色透明液体胶固化后,所述辅助面板和所述显示面板之间的间隙在100μm至300μm之间:
    M=α*(H+h)*s*ρ;
    其中,M为所述无色透明液体胶的实际用量;
    α为修正系数,α大于零;
    H为所述胶条的厚度;
    h为所述黑矩阵的厚度;
    s为所述胶条围成的区域的面积;
    ρ为所述无色透明液体胶的密度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,95%≤α≤105%。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述胶条为无色透明胶条。
  12. 根据权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述胶条的外边缘轮廓与所述显示面板和所述辅助面板中设置所述胶条的一者的外边缘轮廓一致。
  13. 一种显示装置,该显示装置包括显示面板和辅助面板,所述辅助面板与所述显示面板通过粘结件固定连接,其特征在于,所述粘结件包括环绕设置在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的一者的表面四周的胶条,以及设置在所述胶条围成的区域内或者设置在所述辅助面板和所述显示面板中的另一者上与所述胶条围成的区域对应的区域内的无色透明固体胶,所述无色透明固体胶由无色透明液体胶固化获得。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述辅助面板包括透明盖板或触控面板。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述辅助面板包括触控面板,所述触控面板包括面板本体和设置在所述面板本体表面四周的黑矩阵,所述胶条设置在所述黑矩阵上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶条的宽度不大于所述黑矩阵的宽度。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶条的宽度在1mm至3mm之间。
  18. 根据权利要求13至17中任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述辅助面板和所述显示面板之间的间隙在100μm至300μm之间。
  19. 根据权利要求13至17中任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶条为无色透明胶条。
  20. 根据权利要求13至17中任意一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶条的外边缘轮廓与所述显示面板和所述辅助面 板中设置所述胶条的一者的外边缘轮廓一致。
