Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a delamination container and an air leak inspection method for the delamination container.
- a laminated peeling container including a check valve that adjusts the flow of air between the two for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2.
- Patent Document 3 a laminated peeling container that suppresses air from entering the inside of the container by peeling and shrinking the inner layer from the outer layer as the contents decrease.
- Such a delamination container includes an inner bag constituted by an inner layer and an outer shell constituted by an outer layer.
- valve is incorporated in the cap attached to the opening
- valve is provided inside the trunk
- air is supplied into the inner bag, and whether or not the inner bag is perforated is inspected based on whether or not the pressure in the inner bag reaches a predetermined value after a predetermined time has elapsed.
- the peel strength when the inner bag is peeled from the outer shell may not always be uniform over the entire circumference of the inner bag, and a part of the inner bag may be separated from the outer shell.
- the inner bag may shrink so that it does not leave and the remaining area leaves the outer shell. In that case, there is a problem that the position of the contents in the inner bag is biased to a part in the outer shell, the center of gravity of the delamination container is shifted from the center, and the delamination container is likely to fall.
- the first aspect of the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a method for producing a laminated peeling container in which an inner bag can be peeled uniformly from an outer shell.
- Patent Document 1 (Second viewpoint) In the configuration of Patent Document 1, the structure of the cap becomes complicated, leading to an increase in production cost. In the configuration of Patent Document 2, a troublesome process of adhering a check valve to the inside of the body portion of the outer shell is required, leading to an increase in production cost.
- the 2nd viewpoint of this invention is made
- the third aspect of the present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an air leak inspection method capable of detecting with high accuracy whether or not a pinhole is present in the inner bag of the delamination container. It is to provide.
- a method for manufacturing a container is provided.
- the present inventor considered that it was necessary to pre-peel the inner bag from the outer shell over the entire circumference of the container of the delamination container. And it discovers that it can be surely made to pre-separate over the perimeter of an accommodating part by rotating a container main body and a press means relatively, pressing and compressing an accommodating part of a container main part, and the 1st viewpoint of the present invention It was completed.
- an air blowing pre-peeling step of pre-peeling the inner bag from the outer shell by blowing air between the outer shell and the inner bag before the all-round pre-peeling step is provided.
- the pressing means includes first and second pressing bodies each having a roller portion, and in the all-around preliminary peeling step, the housing portion includes a roller portion of the first pressing body and a second pressing body. It is sandwiched between the roller parts and pressed.
- the pressing means includes first and second pressing bodies each having a belt portion, and the all-around preliminary peeling step is performed between the belt portion of the first pressing body and the belt portion of the second pressing body.
- the belt portion of the first pressing body is moved relative to the belt portion of the second pressing body while pressing and compressing the housing portion across the housing portion, thereby rotating the container body in one direction. This is done by conveying.
- at least one of the belt portion of the first pressing body and the belt portion of the second pressing body has irregularities on the contact surface with the housing portion.
- a container body forming step for forming a container body having an outer shell and an inner bag, and an outside air that penetrates only the outer shell in a container housing the contents of the container body.
- An outside air introduction hole forming step for forming an introduction hole, a preliminary peeling step for preliminarily peeling the inner bag from the outer shell by blowing air between the outer shell and the inner bag, and an insertion tool for the outside air introduction hole.
- An inner bag separating step for separating the inner bag from the outer shell by inserting the inner bag into the container body and inserting a valve member capable of opening and closing the outer air introduction hole to the outer shell.
- a method of manufacturing a delamination container comprising: a valve member mounting step, wherein in the valve member mounting step, the valve member is mounted on the outer shell by pushing the valve member into the outside air introduction hole from the outside of the outer shell.
- the present inventor conducted intensive studies and found that the valve member can be attached to the outer shell by pushing the valve member into the outside air introduction hole of the outer shell from the outside of the outer shell. According to such a structure, since it is not necessary to provide a check valve in the cap and the valve member can be easily attached, the structure is simple and the productivity is high.
- valve member may collide with the inner bag vigorously when the valve member is pushed into the outside air introduction hole, and the inner bag may be damaged.
- the air is blown from the outside air introduction hole.
- the insertion tool has a shape in which a tip is rounded and can be inserted into the outside air introduction hole without expanding the outside air introduction hole.
- the valve member has a shaft portion disposed in the outside air introduction hole, a shape capable of closing the outside air introduction hole, and is disposed in an intermediate space between the outer shell and the inner bag.
- a lid portion and a locking portion that is disposed outside the outer shell and prevents the valve member from entering the outer shell; and in the valve member mounting step, the outside air introduction is performed from the outside of the outer shell.
- the valve member is attached to the outer shell by pushing the lid portion through the hole and inserting it.
- the delamination includes a container body that includes a storage portion that stores the contents, a mouth portion that discharges the contents from the storage portion, and includes an outer shell and an inner bag.
- An air leak inspection method for a container wherein the outer shell includes an outside air introduction hole that communicates an intermediate space between the outer shell and the inner bag and an outer space of the container body, and the mouth portion and the outside air introduction hole.
- An air leak inspection method for a delamination container is provided, which includes an air leak inspection step of measuring the flow rate of air leaking from the other of the mouth and the outside air introduction hole when air is injected from one of the above.
- the flow rate of the air leaking from the other of the mouth and the outside air introduction hole is measured.
- a slight air leak can be detected, and it can be detected with high accuracy whether a pinhole is present in the inner bag.
- the air is injected from the mouth and the flow rate of the air leaking from the outside air introduction hole is measured.
- the air injection pressure is 0.12 MPa or more.
- the air leak inspection step is performed after a valve member is inserted into the outside air introduction hole.
- the air leak inspection step is performed while applying a force in a direction in which the lid portion is separated from the outer shell to the valve member.
- the valve member includes a shaft portion disposed in the outside air introduction hole, a lid portion having a shape capable of closing the outside air introduction hole and disposed in the intermediate space, and the shaft portion.
- an engaging portion provided on the outer space side and preventing the valve member from entering the inside of the outer shell, and a biasing force in a direction of pressing the lid portion against the outer shell is constantly applied to the lid portion. Mounted on the outer shell.

- the outer diameter of the inner ring 25 is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the mouth portion 9, and the outer surface of the inner ring 25 abuts against the abutting surface 9a of the mouth portion 9, thereby preventing leakage of the contents.
- the enlarged diameter portion 9b is provided at the tip of the mouth portion 9, and the inner diameter of the enlarged diameter portion 9b is larger than the inner diameter of the contact portion 9e. The outer surface is not in contact with the enlarged diameter portion 9b.
- the mouth portion 9 includes an inner layer support portion 9c that suppresses the slippage of the inner layer 13 at a position closer to the housing portion 7 than the contact portion 9e.
- the inner layer support portion 9 c is formed by providing a constriction at the mouth portion 9. Even when the enlarged diameter portion 9 b is provided in the mouth portion 9, the inner layer 13 may be separated from the outer layer 11 due to friction between the inner ring 25 and the inner layer 13. In the present embodiment, even in such a case, the inner layer support portion 9c suppresses the displacement of the inner layer 13, so that the inner bag 14 can be prevented from falling into the outer shell 12.
- the accommodating portion 7 includes a trunk portion 19 having a substantially constant cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction of the accommodating portion, and a shoulder portion 17 that connects between the trunk portion 19 and the mouth portion 9. Is provided.
- the shoulder 17 is provided with a bent portion 22.
- the bending portion 22 is a portion where the bending angle ⁇ shown in FIG. 3 is 140 degrees or less and the radius of curvature on the inner surface side of the container is 4 mm or less. When there is no bent portion 22, the separation between the inner layer 13 and the outer layer 11 spreads from the body portion 19 to the mouth portion 9, and the inner layer 13 and the outer layer 11 may be peeled also at the mouth portion 9.
- the inner layer 13 and the outer layer 11 are peeled at the mouth portion 9, the inner bag 14 may fall into the outer shell 12, and therefore, the peeling of the inner layer 13 and the outer layer 11 at the mouth portion 9 is not desirable.
- the bent portion 22 since the bent portion 22 is provided, when the separation between the inner layer 13 and the outer layer 11 spreads from the body portion 19 to the bent portion 22, the inner layer 13 is bent at the bent portion 22 as shown in FIG. Thus, the force for peeling the inner layer 13 from the outer layer 11 is not transmitted to the upper part of the bent portion 22, and as a result, the peeling between the inner layer 13 and the outer layer 11 in the upper portion of the bent portion 22 is suppressed.

- the curvature radius is, for example, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2 mm, where It may be within a range between any two of the exemplified numerical values.
- the bent portion 22 has a distance L2 from the container central axis C to the inner surface of the container at the bent portion 22 is 1.3, which is a distance L1 from the container central axis C to the inner surface of the container at the mouth 9. It is provided at a position that is double or more.
- the delamination container 1 of the present embodiment is formed by blow molding, and as L2 / L1 increases, the blow ratio at the bent portion 22 increases and the wall thickness decreases, so that L2 / L1 ⁇ 1. 3, the thickness of the inner layer 13 at the bent portion 22 is sufficiently reduced, the inner layer 13 is more easily bent at the bent portion 22, and the inner layer 13 and the outer layer 11 are more reliably separated at the mouth portion 9. Is prevented.
- L2 / L1 is, for example, 1.3 to 3, and preferably 1.4 to 2. Specifically, L2 / L1 is, for example, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 2, 2.5, 3, where It may be within a range between any two of the numerical values exemplified in.

- the outside air introduction hole 15 is a through hole provided only in the outer shell 12 and does not reach the inner bag 14.
- the valve member 5 includes a shaft portion 5 a disposed in the outside air introduction hole 15, and a lid having a shape capable of closing the outside air introduction hole 15 and disposed in the intermediate space 21.
- a locking portion 5b provided on the outer space S side of the shaft portion 5a and preventing the valve member 5 from entering the inside of the outer shell 12 is provided.
- the diameter of the shaft portion 5 a is smaller than the diameter of the outside air introduction hole 15, and the diameter of the lid portion 5 c is larger than the diameter of the outside air introduction hole 15.

- the inclination angle ⁇ of the tapered surface 5d shown in FIG. 8C is preferably 15 to 45 degrees with respect to the direction D in which the shaft portion 5a extends, and more preferably 20 to 35 degrees. This is because if the inclination angle ⁇ is too large, air leakage tends to occur, and if it is too small, the valve member 5 becomes long.
- the locking portion 5b is configured such that the base portion 5b1 contacts the outer shell 12 at the contact surface 5e and the bridge portion 5b2 bends in a state where the locking portion 5b is mounted in the outside air introduction hole 15. Is done. According to such a configuration, a restoring force in a direction away from the container is generated in the bridge portion 5b2 as indicated by an arrow FO, and thereby an urging force in the same direction acts on the lid portion 5c, so that the lid portion 5c becomes the outer shell. 12 is pressed.
- the lid 5c is only lightly pressed against the outer shell 12, but when the outer shell 12 is compressed, the pressure in the intermediate space 21 becomes higher than the external pressure, and the lid 5c is caused by this pressure difference. Is further pressed against the outside air introduction hole 15, and the lid portion 5 c closes the outside air introduction hole 15. Since the lid portion 5c is provided with the tapered surface 5d, the lid portion 5c easily fits into the outside air introduction hole 15 and closes the outside air introduction hole 15.
- the valve member 5 can be attached to the container body 3 by inserting the lid 5c into the intermediate space 21 while the lid 5c pushes the outside air introduction hole 15 wide. Therefore, it is preferable that the tip of the lid portion 5c has a tapered shape.
- Such a valve member 5 can be mounted simply by pushing the lid 5c into the intermediate space 21 from the outside of the container body 3, and thus is excellent in productivity.
- the valve member 5 can be molded by injection molding or the like using a split mold having a simple configuration that is split in the direction of the arrow X along the parting line L shown in FIG. Are better.

- An air flow groove 7b extending from the valve member mounting recess 7a in the direction of the mouth 9 is provided so that the valve member mounting recess 7a is not sealed with the shrink film.
- the valve member mounting recess 7 a is provided in the shoulder portion 17 of the outer shell 12.
- the shoulder portion 17 is an inclined surface, and a flat region FR is provided in the valve member mounting recess 7a. Since the flat region FR is provided so as to be substantially parallel to the inclined surface of the shoulder portion 17, the flat region FR is also an inclined surface. Since the outside air introduction hole 15 is provided in the flat region FR in the valve member mounting recess 7a, the outside air introduction hole 15 is provided on the inclined surface. For example, when the outside air introduction hole 15 is provided on the vertical surface of the trunk portion 19, the peeled inner bag 14 may come into contact with the valve member 5 and hinder the movement of the valve member 5.
- the inclination angle of the inclined surface is not particularly limited, but is preferably 45 to 89 degrees, more preferably 55 to 85 degrees, and further preferably 60 to 80 degrees.

- the upper limit of the width W of the flat region FR is not particularly defined, but as the width W of the flat region FR increases, the area of the valve member mounting recess 7a increases. As a result, the space between the outer shell 12 and the shrink film is increased.
- the width W is preferably not too large, and the upper limit is, for example, 10 mm. Accordingly, the width W is, for example, 3 to 10 mm, specifically, for example, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 mm, and is exemplified here. It may be within a range between any two of the numerical values.

This is because, when the radius of curvature is such a value, the inner surface of the outer shell 12 becomes substantially flat, and the adhesion between the outer shell 12 and the valve member 5 is good.
- the bottom surface 29 of the accommodating portion 7 is provided with a central concave region 29 a and a peripheral region 29 b provided around the central concave region 29 a, and the central concave region 29 a has a bottom protruding from the bottom surface 29.

- the bottom seal protrusion 27 does not protrude from the surface P defined by the peripheral region 29b in a bent state. Thus, when the delamination container 1 is erected, the bottom seal protrusion 27 protrudes from the surface P, and the delamination container 1 is prevented from falling over.
- the base portion 27d is provided on the bottom surface 29 side of the thin portion 27a and is thicker than the thin portion 27a.

- the inner bag 14 is preliminarily peeled from the outer shell 12 by blowing air between the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14 through the outer air introduction hole 15 using the blower 43. (Air blowing preliminary peeling process). Further, by blowing a specified amount of air while preventing air leakage through the outside air introduction hole 15, it is easy to control the preliminary peeling of the inner bag 14.

- air can be blown between the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14 through an opening provided in the outer shell 12 in the upper cylindrical portion 41 shown in FIG.
- the insertion tool 42 is moved as indicated by the arrow X 1 direction to insert the insertion tool 42 from the outside air introduction hole 15. Then, the inner bag 14 is separated from the outer shell 12 by pushing the inner bag 14 into the container body 3 with the insertion tool 42 (inner bag separation step). According to this method, the inner bag 14 can be largely separated from the outer shell 12 locally.
- the insertion tool 42 is a rod-like member having a rounded tip and a shape that can be inserted into the outside air introduction hole 15 without pushing out the outside air introduction hole 15.
- the diameter of the insertion tool 42 is preferably substantially the same as the diameter of the outside air introduction hole 15 or smaller than the diameter of the outside air introduction hole 15.
- the inner bag 14 does not return to the state shown in FIG. Further, as shown in FIG. 14 (a), a gap 45 is formed between the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14 by the air blowing preliminary peeling process, so that the insertion tool 42 is pressed against the inner bag 14.
- the inner bag 14 is directed toward the inside of the container body 3. Since it is easily deformed, the inner bag 14 is not damaged.
- the insertion tool 42 when the insertion tool 42 is pressed against the inner bag 14 in a state where the outer shell 12 and the inner bag 14 are in close contact with each other without performing the air blowing preliminary peeling step as shown in FIG.
- the inner bag 14 In addition to the load F from 42 being applied to the inner bag 14 without being dispersed as shown in FIG. 14 (c), the inner bag 14 is not easily peeled off from the outer shell 12, so that it is shown in FIG. 14 (d).
- the insertion tool 42 may penetrate the inner bag 14 or damage the inner bag 14. Therefore, it is important to perform the air blowing preliminary peeling step before the inner bag separating step.
- the robot arm 44 is moved in the direction of the arrow X1 while the valve member 5 is adsorbed by the robot arm 44, and the valve member 5 is moved into the outside air introduction hole 15.
- the valve member 5 is mounted on the outer shell 12 (valve member mounting step).
- the valve member 5 is removed from the outside of the outer shell 12 by pushing the lid portion 5c of the valve member 5 into the outside air introduction hole 15 to be inserted therethrough. Attach to the shell 12. Since the lid portion 5 c has a diameter larger than that of the outside air introduction hole 15, the lid portion 5 c passes through the outside air introduction hole 15 while expanding the outside air introduction hole 15.
- the lid 5 c moves vigorously toward the inside of the container body 3. At this time, if the lid 5c collides with the inner bag 14, the inner bag 14 may be damaged. However, in the present embodiment, the inner bag 14 is separated from the outer shell 12 in advance in the inner bag separating step. The lid 5c hardly contacts or does not contact the inner bag 14, and the inner bag 14 is not damaged. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 15C to 15D, when the inner bag 14 is adjacent to the outer shell 12 without performing the inner bag separating step, the lid portion 5c passes through the outer air introduction hole 15.
- the valve member 5 is configured to open and close the outside air introduction hole 15 by opening and closing the gap between the edge of the outside air introduction hole 15 and the valve member 5 by the movement of the valve member 5.
- the valve member 5 itself may be provided with a through hole and a valve that can be opened and closed, and the outside air introduction hole 15 may be opened and closed by opening and closing the through hole by the action of this valve.
- the inner bag 14 may be damaged when the valve member 5 is pushed into the outside air introduction hole 15 from the outside of the outer shell 12.
- the inner bag 14 can be prevented from being damaged by performing the air blowing preliminary peeling step and the inner bag separating step before the valve member mounting step.
- air is injected from the mouth portion 9 of the container body 3 with the tip 46 of the flow meter 47 in close contact with the container body 3 so as to cover the outside air introduction hole 15.
- the flow rate of the air leaking from the outside air introduction hole 15 is measured (air leak inspection process). If there is a pinhole in the inner bag 14, the air injected from the mouth portion 9 leaks from the outside air introduction hole 15 through the pinhole, so that there is a pinhole in the inner bag 14 by measuring the flow rate of this air. You can check whether you are doing.
- the injection pressure of air should just be higher than atmospheric pressure, for example, is 0.12 MPa or more.
- the upper limit of the injection pressure is not particularly defined, but is, for example, 0.4 MPa.
- the corner part such as the bottom part is peeled off, which causes a phenomenon that is difficult to restore by the subsequent pressurized air. Note that air may be injected from the outside air introduction hole 15 and the flow rate of the air leaking from the mouth portion 9 may be measured.
- the type of the flow meter 47 is not particularly limited.
- the flow meter 47 having the configuration shown in FIG. 16 can be used, and the flow meter 47 is disposed adjacent to the heater 47h and both sides of the heater 47h in the flow passage 47b provided in the main body 47a.
- An upstream temperature sensor 47u and a downstream temperature sensor 47d, and an ambient temperature sensor 47r disposed at a position away from the heater 47h are provided.
- the temperature measuring sensors 47u and 47d are arranged at equal distances from the heater 47h on the opposite sides of the heater 47h in the direction AF of air flow.
- the temperatures measured by the temperature measuring sensors 47u and 47d are Tu and Td, respectively.
- Td ⁇ Tu 0 when the flow rate of air flowing through the flow passage 47b is 0, and the value of Td ⁇ Tu increases as the flow rate of air flowing through the flow passage 47b increases. Therefore, the flow rate of the air flowing through the flow passage 47b can be measured by calculating Td ⁇ Tu.
- the ambient temperature sensor 47r is used for gas temperature compensation or ambient temperature compensation.
- the valve member 5 is attached to the outer shell 12 in a state where the bridge portion 5b1 is bent, and the lid portion 5c is pressed against the outer shell 12. Is attached to the outer shell 12 so that the urging force is always applied to the lid 5c, so that the outside air introduction hole 15 is likely to be closed even when the outer shell 12 is not compressed.
- the outside air introduction hole 15 is in a closed state, even if there is a pinhole in the inner bag 14, air does not leak out from the outside air introduction hole 15, so there is actually a pinhole in the inner bag 14. Even if it exists, the problem that it will be judged that the pinhole does not exist arises.
- the air leak inspection process is performed while applying a force in a direction in which the lid portion 5 c is separated from the outer shell 12 to the valve member 5. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 17, when the bridge portion 5 b 1 is pushed by the edge portion 47 c of the flowmeter 47, the lid portion 5 c moves away from the outer shell 12 and air flows through the outside air introduction hole 15. It is possible to measure the air flow rate through the outside air introduction hole 15 after making it ready. Note that if the tip of the flow meter 47 is arranged sufficiently close to the outside air introduction hole 15, air leak can be detected, and it is not essential that the tip of the flow meter 47 is in close contact with the outer shell 12.
- the air leak inspection process can be performed at an arbitrary timing after the outside air introduction hole 15 is formed, the inner bag 14 may be damaged even in the inner bag separation process or the valve member mounting process. It is preferable to carry out after. Moreover, in this embodiment, although the air leak test process is performed before the whole circumference preliminary peeling process, you may carry out after the whole circumference preliminary peeling process.
- the container body 3 is rotated while being compressed by pressing the container 7 of the container body 3 from the outside with a pressing means.
- the inner bag 14 is preliminarily exfoliated from the outer shell 12 on the circumference (all-rim preliminarily exfoliating step).
- the pressing means includes first and second pressing bodies 48 and 49 each having roller portions 48b and 49b.
- the accommodating portion 7 is sandwiched and pressed between the roller portions 48b and 49b. In this state, as shown in FIG.
- roller portions 48b and 49b rotate about the central axes 48a and 49a in the direction of arrow B.
- the inner bag 14 is preliminarily peeled from the outer shell 12 over the entire circumference of the housing portion 7 by pressing the housing portion 7.
- the container body 3 and the roller portions 48b and 49b may be rotated in the opposite direction to the above embodiment. Further, at least one of the roller portions 48b and 49b may be prevented from rotating when the container body 3 is rotated.
- the pressing of the container body 3 is preferably performed so that the accommodating portion 7 is compressed 5 to 30% (preferably 10 to 20%) of its diameter. If the degree of compression is too small, the entire circumference pre-peeling is unlikely to occur, and if the degree of compression is too large, the inner bag 14 may be dented toward the center of the container body 3 and it may be difficult to inject the contents in the subsequent process. Because there is. Moreover, when the outer shell 12 is crushed too much, there is a problem that the outer shell 12 is not restored after being pressed and becomes a defective container.
- the container body 3 is rotated by rotationally driving at least one of the roller portions 48b and 49b in a state where the container body 3 is rotatably supported around the central axis 52. You may do it. Further, the pressing means may be moved along the outer periphery of the container body 3. As a specific configuration example, as shown in FIG. 19, the connecting member 53 is rotated around the central axis 52 of the container body 3 in a state where the first and second pressing bodies 48 and 49 are connected by the connecting member 53. A configuration is mentioned.
- the connecting member 53 when the connecting member 53 is rotated in the arrow B direction, the first and second pressing bodies 48 and 49 rotate in the arrow B direction around the central axes 48a and 49a, and the central shaft 52 is rotated. It moves along the outer periphery of the container body 3 to the center.
- the container body 3 may or may not rotate.
- FIG. 20 shows still another configuration example of the pressing means.
- the pressing means includes first and second pressing bodies 48 and 49 each having belt portions 48c and 49c.
- the belt portion 48c in the all-around preliminary peeling step, the belt portion 48c is relatively moved with respect to the belt portion 49c while the housing portion 7 is sandwiched between the belt portion 48c and the belt portion 49c and the housing portion 7 is pressed and compressed. By carrying out, it carries out by conveying in one direction (arrow C direction), rotating the container main body 3.
- the belt portion 48c is supported by a pair of support columns 48e
- the belt portion 49c is supported by a pair of support columns 49e.
- the belt portion 48c can be moved in the direction of the arrow C by rotationally driving at least one of the pair of support columns 48e or by separately providing a drive shaft that meshes with the belt portion 48c and rotationally driving the drive shaft. .
- the belt portion 49c may be moved in the direction of arrow C at a lower speed than the belt portion 48c, may not be moved, or may be moved in the direction opposite to the arrow C at a lower speed than the belt portion 48c. In either case, the container body 3 is conveyed in the direction of arrow C while rotating with the relative movement between the belt portions 48c and 49c.
- This configuration example is suitable for incorporation into a production line because a large number of container bodies 3 can be processed continuously.
- the support plate 50 may be disposed between the pair of support columns 48e, and the support plate 51 may be disposed between the pair of support columns 49e.
- the support plates 50 and 51 are fixed to a base (not shown) and are configured not to be easily bent.
- the accommodating part 7 may not be sufficiently pressed due to the bending of the belt parts 48c and 49c, but by arranging the support plates 50 and 51 in the above position, the belt part The bending of 48c and 49c is suppressed, and the accommodating part 7 can be reliably pressed and compressed.
- the belt portions 48 c and 49 c are provided with unevenness on the contact surface with the accommodating portion 7. In this case, it is because the grip force between the accommodating part 7 and the belt parts 48c and 49c increases, and the container main body 3 is conveyed while rotating more reliably.
- the whole circumference preliminary peeling process can be performed at an arbitrary timing. Although it is not essential to perform the air blowing preliminary peeling step before the entire circumferential preliminary peeling step, if a part of the inner bag 14 is preliminarily peeled from the outer shell 12 in advance, the preliminary peeling region Therefore, it is preferable to perform the air blowing preliminary peeling step before the whole circumference preliminary peeling step.
- the all-around preliminary peeling step can be performed at an arbitrary timing after the air blowing preliminary peeling step.
- the all-around preliminary peeling step is performed after the valve member mounting step, but may be performed before this step.
- the inner bag 14 is filled with the contents.
- the cap 23 is attached to the mouth portion 9.
- the accommodating portion 7 is covered with a shrink film to complete the product.
- FIGS. 21 (a) to 21 (c) the product filled with the contents is tilted and the side surface of the outer shell 12 is held and compressed to discharge the contents.
- the compressive force applied to the outer shell 12 since there is substantially no gap between the inner bag 14 and the outer shell 12, the compressive force applied to the outer shell 12 directly becomes the compressive force of the inner bag 14, and the inner bag 14 is compressed. The contents are discharged.
- the cap 23 incorporates a check valve (not shown) and can discharge the contents in the inner bag 14, but cannot take outside air into the inner bag 14. Therefore, when the compressive force applied to the outer shell 12 after discharging the contents is removed, the outer shell 12 tries to return to its original shape by its own restoring force, but the inner bag 14 remains deflated and only the outer shell 12 remains. Will expand. Then, as shown in FIG. 21 (d), the inside of the intermediate space 21 between the inner bag 14 and the outer shell 12 is in a reduced pressure state, and outside air is introduced into the intermediate space 21 through the outside air introduction hole 15 formed in the outer shell 12. be introduced.
- a check valve not shown
- the lid 5c When the intermediate space 21 is in a reduced pressure state, the lid 5c is not pressed against the outside air introduction hole 15, and thus does not hinder the introduction of outside air. Further, as shown in FIG. 8E, the bridge portion 5b2 and the outer shell 12 of the locking portion 5b are not hindered from being introduced even when the base portion 5b1 of the locking portion 5b is in contact with the outer shell 12. A passage 5f is provided between the two.
- the outer shell 12 when the compressive force applied to the outer shell 12 after the discharge of the contents is removed, the outer shell 12 introduces outside air from the outside air introduction hole 15 into the intermediate space 21. It is restored to its original shape by its own restoring force.

Abstract
