Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wig constructed by planting false hairs on a wig base.
- the partial wig is used for the purpose of covering only the head buttocks, concealing the white hair of the head's own hair, and increasing the volume of the division.
- the whole head wig literally covers the entire head of the wearer.
- wigs are required to be difficult for others to see that they are wearing them (camouflage effect).
- the whole head wig is not affected by the head hair condition, but in the case of a partial wig, there is a boundary between the edge of the wig and the head hair. Often given.
- Patent Document 1 it is disclosed that the rigidity of the artificial hair implanted in the periphery of the wig base is set lower than that of natural hair (head hair).
- Patent Document 2 discloses that artificial hair having a thin thread diameter is planted at the hairline portion of the wig.
- the artificial hair to be planted on the wig base is different from the head's own hair and does not exhibit the same properties as the own hair, so the familiarity between the own hair and the artificial hair is not good.
- the artificial hair planted around the edge of the wig base is wavy or curled, the artificial hair planted near the edge of the wig base rises as shown in FIG. (Called tunnel phenomenon).
- Such a tunnel phenomenon may be caused by planting false hairs having a lower bending stiffness value than the head's own hair at the periphery of the wig (Patent Document 1), or by planting artificial hairs having a small thread diameter at the periphery of the wig (Patent Document 2). It is not solved only by doing.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a wig in which the familiarity of head hair and artificial hair in the peripheral area of the wig is natural and the tunnel phenomenon does not occur.
- the wig of the present invention includes “a wig base to be worn on the wearer's head” and “an artificial hair planted on the wig base”.
- a pressing member having a predetermined width is fixed on the wig base so as to cover the root of the artificial hair planted in the wig base.
- the pseudo hairs planted on the periphery of the wig base are pressed against the wig base side by a pressing member at the root portion, so that the tunnel phenomenon can be prevented.
- the pressed false hair protrudes outward in the direction along the surface of the wig base, but since this direction is close to the direction in which the own hair remaining on the head extends, It is easy to become familiar and can achieve a natural appearance.
- the perspective view of the wig which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention.
- the figure explaining the tunnel phenomenon prevention effect by this invention compared with a prior art example.
- FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a wig according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the wig is configured by planting artificial hair 20 (natural hair or artificial hair) on a wig base 10 to be worn on a wearer's head.
- artificial hair 20 naturally hair or artificial hair
- FIG. 1 only a part of the artificial hair 20 is depicted, but actually, the artificial hair 20 is planted throughout the wig 10.
- FIG. 1B shows a cross-sectional view taken along line bb in FIG.
- the pressing member 30 extends so as to cover the roots of the pseudo hairs 20a planted on the periphery of the wig.
- the entire pressing member 30 is fixed on the wig base 10 (details will be described later), so that the artificial hair 20a at the rim of the wig almost extends along the extending direction of the wig base 10 (in the direction of arrow A). ) It will protrude from the edge of the wig.
- the artificial hair 20 is planted throughout the wig base 10, but the artificial hair pressed by the pressing member 30 is indicated by reference numeral 20 a.
- the false hairs 20 and 20a may be the same or different.
- the number (density) of the artificial hairs 20a planted on the lower side of the pressing member 30 can be arbitrarily set. For example, 28 strains (56) / cm 2 are planted in other regions of the wig base 10. It is set regardless of the number (density) of pseudo hairs 20 to be formed.
- FIG. 2 The effect of the present invention by comparison with conventional examples
- the effect of the present invention with such a configuration is shown in FIG. 2 in comparison with the conventional example. That is, in the present invention of FIG. 2A, the pseudo hair 20a at the periphery of the wig protrudes outward along the extending direction of the wig base 10, and this direction is the extension of the own hair remaining on the head. Close to direction. Therefore, the familiarity between the artificial hair 20a and the own hair is improved.
- the conventional example of FIG. 2B the false hair around the wig easily protrudes upward, and this direction is greatly different from the extending direction of the own hair remaining on the head.
- the hair on the periphery of the wig rises and a tunnel is formed (tunnel phenomenon), resulting in an unnatural appearance.
- the tunnel phenomenon as seen in the conventional example is effectively prevented, and a natural appearance can be realized.
- FIG. 3A shows the positional relationship between the wig base 10 and the pressing member 30.
- the pressing member 30 only needs to be present in at least a part of the surrounding area of the wig base 10, and a specific position can be arbitrarily set. That is, the pressing member 30 may be provided at an arbitrary position where it is desired to prevent the tunnel phenomenon. For example, as shown in FIG. 3A, it may be provided only in the vicinity of the back of the head, or may be arranged over the entire circumference of the wig.
- the pressing member 30 is substantially rectangular. As shown in FIG. 3B, the pressing member 30 includes “an outer side 31 extending along the periphery of the wig base”, “an inner side 32 facing the outer side 31”, “the outer side 31 and the inner side. Left and right sides 33, 34 ”connecting 32.
- the holding member 30 is sewn to the wig base 10 using a sewing thread in the vicinity of the inner side 32 (sewing). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1B, the artificial hair 20 a can be planted on the wig base 10 in the region between the wig base 10 and the pressing member 30.
- the pressing member 30 is pressed against the wig base 10 so that the root of the false hair 20a is sandwiched between the wig base 10 and the pressing member 30. 33, 34) is fixed.
- the other side the outer side 31 and the side sides 33 and 34
- FIG. 3B in the vicinity of the “outer side 31” and the “left and right side sides 33 and 34” of the holding member 30, the pseudo member 30 is simulated at an appropriate plurality of positions along the line indicated by the two-dot chain line.
- the holding member 30 and the wig base 10 are connected (binding) using the bristles 20.
- FIG. 3C shows a cross-sectional view taken along the line cc in FIG. As shown in this cross-sectional view, when the artificial hair 20 is implanted and fixed, the pressing member 30 and the wig base 10 are simultaneously connected and fixed. A specific method of knotting may be performed by an appropriate method known in this field.
- FIG. 3B at the position indicated by the broken line along the inner side 32, sewing using a sewing thread is performed (sewing), and the virtual line indicated by the two-dot chain line along the other side. On the line, binding by pseudo hairs is performed at an appropriate interval (binding).
- a knitted base 10 sewn with a pressing member 30 can be prepared, and artificial hair 20a can be planted in a region between the wig base 10 and the pressing member 30 (see FIG. 1b).
- pseudo hairs 20 are planted in other areas of the wig base 10, and at that time, “planting of the sham hair 20” and “binding of the pressing member 30 and the wig base 10” are performed simultaneously in parallel. It can be done and work efficiency is good.
- the pressing member 30 is fixed to the wig base 10 by any method without being limited to the above fixing method. Is possible.

Abstract
