締結部材をかご床の起立部に仮締めする工程と、
前記締結部材に起立端部の締結部材通し穴を遊挿し、前記締結部材に前記締結部材通し穴の上側端面を当接する工程と、

前記締結部材が前記締結部材通し穴の前記上側端面に当接したときには、前記突出部が前記挿入孔部と対面し、前記締結部材の前記頭部が前記穴に臨んだときには、前記突出部が前記スリット部を介して前記第1の折曲部を挟んでいる。
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1のエレベータのかご1を示す全体斜視図であり、昇降路2内を昇降するかごは、かごの出入口の戸であるかごドア3と、かご床4と、側壁5と、天井6と、を備えている。
図2は、かごのかご室1を示す部分斜視図である。
矩形上をしたかご床4の三方のそれぞれの縁部は垂直方向に起立した起立部7を有している。かご床4のかごドア3側には、敷居8が設けられている。各起立部7の外側面には、複数のナット9が固定されている。
各パネル10は、両側に上下方向に延びた、第1の折曲部11及び第2の折曲部12が、かご室の外側にL字状に折曲されて形成されている。
第1の折曲部11には、複数の係合孔13が形成されている。第2の折曲部12には、それぞれ係合孔13に対向して係合突起部材14が設けられている。
係合孔13は、図5に示すように、互いに離れた2個の挿入孔部15a,15bと、この挿入孔部15a,15bを繋ぐ、挿入孔部15a,15bの径よりも小さい幅のスリット部16と、を有している。
対向面部22には、図8に示すように、円形扁平状の換気穴23が形成されている。
起立端部21には、矩形状の締結部材通し穴であるネジ通し穴25と、このネジ通し穴25の中間部から垂直上方向に延びたかご床締結穴26と、を有している。このかご床締結穴26の先端部は、かご床4から換気穴23を通して水平方向に視たときに換気穴23から上側に超えて延びている。
このネジ27の仮止めの際に、ねじ27がネジ通し穴25の上側端面25aに当接したときには、係合突起部材14の突出部18は隣接したパネル10の係合孔13の挿入孔部15aと対面している。
また、パネル10の下方向の移動に伴いネジ27の頭部29が、換気穴23に臨んだときには、係合突起部材14の突出部18がスリット部16を介して第1の折曲部11を挟むようになっている。
先ず、かご床4の起立部7に固定された各ナット9に、頭部29を対向面部22側に向けてネジ27を仮止めする。
引き続き、パネル10を隣接したパネル10側に移動させ、突出部18を挿入孔部15aに挿入し、第2の折曲部12と隣接したパネル10の第1の折曲部11とが面接触したときには、移動したパネル10は、ネジ27の直上にネジ床締結穴26が位置している。
その後、パネル10は、自重により下方向に移動し、パネル10の底面がかご床4の上面に面接触する。
この面接触のとき、ネジ27の頭部29は、換気穴23に臨んでいる。
この後、換気穴23から工具30を差込み、ナット9に仮締めされたネジ27を本締めして、パネル10をかご床4に固定する。
順次、かご室1の内側から上述した作業を繰り返すことで、かご床4に固定された側壁5が形成される。
なお、ネジ27の全長は、パネル10の起立端部21と対向面部22との間の距離(図7のX)よりも長く、またネジ27の頭部29の径寸法は、換気穴23の垂直方向の寸法よりも大きい。
従って、隣接したパネル10同士も、簡単、確実に連結することができる。
従って、かご床4にパネル10を固定する際には、上側の挿入孔部15aに突出部18が挿入されるが、かご床4からパネル10を取り外すときには、かご床4からパネル10を持ち上げ、下側の挿入孔部15bから突出部18を挿出されるので、隣接したパネル10同士の連結作業、及びその解除作業は円滑に行くことができる。
従って、悪戯等でかご室1内から工具30を用いてネジ27を緩めることができても対向面部22までしか緩めることができず、ネジ27を完全にパネル10から取り外すことができないので、悪戯によるネジ27の取り外しを防止することができる。また、経時的にネジ27が緩んだ場合でも、ネジ27がかご床4、パネル10から外れることはない。
また、締結部材としてネジ27を用いたが、ネジ27に限定されるものではなく、ネジ以外の締結部材であってもよいのは勿論である。

- 各辺の縁部が起立した起立部を有するかご床と、
各前記起立部に下端部が締結部材により固定される複数のパネルから構成された側壁と、を備えたエレベータのかご室であって、
前記下端部は、外側にL字状に折曲された起立端部と、この起立端部に対向した対向面部とからなり、
前記起立端部は、頭部を前記対向面部に向けて前記締結部材が遊挿される締結部材通し穴、及びこの締結部材通し穴から上方向に延びたかご床締結穴を有し、
前記対向面部は、前記かご床締結穴と対向した穴を有し、
前記かご床側から前記穴、前記かご床締結穴を通じて締付けた前記締結部材により、前記起立端部は、前記起立部に固定されているエレベータのかご室。 - 前記パネルは、両側に上下方向に延び、それぞれ外側にL字状に折曲された、第1の折曲部及び第2の折曲部を有し、
前記第1の折曲部は、挿入孔部、及び前記挿入孔部から連続的に垂直方向に延びて形成され前記挿入孔部の径よりも幅の小さいスリット部を有する係合孔を有し、
前記第2の折曲部には、前記挿入孔部の前記径よりも径が小さく、前記スリット部よりも径が大きい突出部を有する係合突起部材が設けられており、

前記締結部材を前記かご床の前記起立部に仮締めする工程と、
前記締結部材に前記起立端部の前記締結部材通し穴を遊挿し、前記締結部材に前記締結部材通し穴の上側端面を当接する工程と、
隣接した前記パネル側に向かって、前記パネルを前記上側端面に沿って前記かご床締結穴が前記締結部材の直上に達するまで移動させる工程と、
前記パネルが前記かご床締結穴に沿って下方向に移動し、前記締結部材の前記頭部が前記穴に臨む工程と、
