一方、前記結合手段52は、図4に示されるように、上下一対の連結片52A,52Aと該上下一対の連結片52A,52Aを一側で一体に連結している縦壁部52Cとからなる断面コ字状部材よりなり、縦壁部52Cの両端側所定幅部分は上下一対の連結片52A,52Aとの境界で切り欠かれて上下一対の連結片52A,52A間に直角に折り曲げられ、左右一対のリブ57,57を形成している。そして、該左右一対のリブ57,57により、上下一対の連結片52A,52A間に断面コ字状の斜め補強材20上端部の嵌挿部を形成している。該左右一対のリブ57,57には、そのようにして嵌挿部に嵌挿された斜め補強材20の上端部を螺合締結するためのビス穴58,58・・が設けられている。

Claims (3)
- 所定間隔で平行に並ぶ多数の中空な金属製角形筒(1)と該金属製角形筒(1)に直交して所定間隔で平行に並ぶ多数の金属製部材(2)とからなり、前記金属製角形筒(1)あるいは前記金属製部材(2)を吊りボルト(3)を用いて建物の構造物(26)から吊り下げるように構成し、前記金属製角形筒(1)あるいは前記金属製部材(2)と前記建物の構造物(26)との間に前記吊りボルト(3)の外周を覆う中空な金属製角形筒からなる補強筒(40)を架設するとともに、所定の隣り合う補強筒(40),(40)間に中空な金属製角形筒からなる斜め補強部材(20)を介設したぶどう棚形式の天井下地構造における斜め補強部材用取付金具であって、上下一対の水平片(51a),(51a)および該上下一対の水平片(51a),(51a)を一体に連結する縦壁部(51b),(51b)を有する断面コ字状部材よりなり、一端側縦壁部(51b),(51b)が前記斜め補強部材(20)一端部の左右両側面に沿って配設される一方、他端側縦壁部(51b),(51b)が前記斜め補強部材(20)が取り付けられるべき相手部材の両側面にボルトを介して連結される左右一対の取付金具本体(51),(51)と、前記斜め補強部材(20)の一端側において前記斜め補強部材(20)の一端部を嵌挿固定する断面コ字状部を形成した左右一対のリブ(57),(57)および該左右一対のリブ(57),(57)の上下両側に一体に設けられていて、その左右両端側を前記左右一対の取付金具本体(51),(51)の前記上下一対の水平片(51a),(51a)間にボルトを介して連結する上下一対の連結片(52A),(52A)よりなる結合手段(52)とからなることを特徴とする斜め補強部材用取付金具。
- 所定間隔で平行に並ぶ多数の中空な金属製角形筒(1)と該金属製角形筒(1)に直交して所定間隔で平行に並ぶ多数の金属製部材(2)とからなり、前記金属製角形筒(1)あるいは前記金属製部材(2)を吊りボルト(3)を用いて建物の構造物(26)から吊り下げるように構成し、前記金属製角形筒(1)あるいは前記金属製部材(2)と前記建物の構造物(26)との間に前記吊りボルト(3)の外周を覆う中空な金属製角形筒からなる補強筒(40)を架設するとともに、所定の隣り合う補強筒(40),(40)間に中空な金属製角形筒からなる斜め補強部材(20)を介設したぶどう棚形式の天井下地構造における斜め補強部材用取付金具であって、上下一対の水平片(51a),(51a)および該上下一対の水平片(51a),(51a)を一体に連結する縦壁部(51b),(51b)を有する断面コ字状部材よりなり、一端側縦壁部(51b),(51b)が前記斜め補強部材(20)一端部の左右両側面に沿って配設される一方、他端側縦壁部(51b),(51b)が前記斜め補強部材(20)が取り付けられるべき相手部材の両側面にボルトを介して連結される左右一対の取付金具本体(51),(51)と、該左右一対の取付金具本体(51),(51)の前記斜め補強部材(20)一端部側縦壁部(51b),(51b)間に在って、その左右一対の側壁部(53a),(53a)を当該縦壁部(51b),(51b)に重合一体化した状態で、前記斜め補強部材(20)の一端部が嵌入連結される断面コ字状部を形成した連結金具(53)とからなることを特徴とする斜め補強部材用取付金具。
- 金属製角形筒(1)あるいは金属製部材(2)を吊り金具(4)および吊りボルト(3)を用いて建物の構造物(26)から吊り下げるように構成し、斜め補強部材(20)が取り付けられるべき相手部材を吊り金具(4)としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の斜め補強部材用取付金具。
