Thereby, shoulder support A1 comes to hold down a seated person's shoulder.
- the area of the front surface of each of the one end side deformed piece 25 and the other end side deformed piece 26 is larger than the area of the air cell 10 (strictly speaking, the contact area with the deformed portion 21). For this reason, the force generated by the bulging of the air cell 10 reaches a wider range with respect to the shoulder of the seated person. Thus, if the range of the force generated by the expansion of the air cell 10 is expanded by the resin plate 20, it is possible to appropriately hold the shoulder of the seated person even when the relatively small air cell 10 is used. It becomes.
- each of the one end side deformable piece 25 and the other end side deformable piece 26 can be individually deformed as described above, each of the shoulders of the seated person can be pressed individually. It becomes possible. As a result, in order to stably maintain the posture of the seated person, it is possible to individually adjust the force when pressing the shoulder of the seated person for each of the left and right shoulders. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, of the outer edges of each of the one end side deformable piece 25 and the other end side deformable piece 26, the portion located at the upper corner is arcuately imitating the seated person's shoulder. It is curved. As described above, the portion of the resin plate 20 located behind the shoulder of the seated person has a shape imitating the shoulder of the seated person, so that the shoulder support A1 wraps around the shoulder of the seated person more appropriately. Will come to press.
- the portion arranged at the front position of the lumbar air cell 8 as a part of the lumbar support A3 is provided in order to expand the action range of the force acting on the seated person's waist as the lumbar air cell 8 bulges,
- the extended portion 22 is located below the deformable portion 21 and extends downward.
- the extending portion 22 is narrower than the deformable portion 21, and extends downward so as to pass between the pair of left and right side supports A2 in the width direction.
- the lumbar support A3 is provided while suppressing interference with the side support A2, and the waist of the seated person can be pushed through the extending portion 22.
- the lower end of the extending portion 22 reaches a position directly above the lower connecting frame 3. Further, the extending portion 22 is slightly curved with respect to the height direction and has an arcuate shape. For this reason, when the lumbar support A3 pushes the seated occupant's waist forward at the extending portion 22, it is possible to suitably push the seated occupant's waist on a relatively gentle surface.
- the deformable portion 21 and the extending portion 22 are adjacent to each other, and a groove 23 formed linearly along the width direction is provided at the boundary position between the two. Further, in the resin plate 20, a substantially triangular cut 20a toward the inner side in the width direction is formed at the boundary region between the deforming portion 21 and the extending portion 22, that is, at both end portions in the width direction of the formation region of the groove 23. Is formed.
- the portion arranged at the front position of the side air cell 4 as a part of the side support A2 is for expanding the action range of the force acting on the seated person's trunk from the side as the side air cell 4 bulges.
- the side portions 27 are provided and located on both sides of the extending portion 22.
- the side portion 27 extends obliquely forward from both ends in the width direction of the extending portion 22, and the front end thereof reaches substantially the same position as the front end of the side frame 2.
- the side part 27 extends vertically and has substantially the same height as the extension part 22.
- the extension part 22 and the side part 27 adjoin each other, and the groove

- the pressure receiving plate 5 functions as a support for the resin plate 20 in this way, the number of parts is reduced as compared with the case where the support is separately provided, and the configuration of the seat back frame Sf1 can be further simplified. Become. The position of the portion of the resin plate 20 that is supported by the pressure receiving plate 5 will be described in detail later.
- the air cell 10 has a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from the front, and extends along the longitudinal direction thereof. Moreover, the both ends of the air cell 10 in the longitudinal direction (in other words, both ends in the extending direction) are provided with tongue-like protruding portions 10a extending outward along the short direction.
- the protruding portion 10a corresponds to a fixed portion and forms a seating surface when a fixture such as a bolt is attached.
- the air cell 10 is fixed to the pressure receiving plate 5 by a fixture attached to the protruding portion 10a.
- one air cell 10 is provided with two protrusions 10a, and both the two protrusions 10a protrude in the same direction.
- the fixing position of the air cell 10 will be described.
- the air cell 10 is fixed to the upper portion 5 u of the pressure receiving plate 5.
- each of the protrusion part 10a provided in each air cell 10 2 each is being fixed to the fixed position which mutually separated in the width direction.
- the fixing position is a position of a portion (for example, a bolt hole) in the pressure receiving plate 5 in which a fixing tool attached to the protruding portion 10a of the air cell 10 is fitted.
- the air cell 10 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 8.
- the air cell 10 has an end portion (hereinafter referred to as an inner end) where an end portion (hereinafter referred to as an outer end portion) located more outward in the width direction is located on the inner side. It is fixed to the pressure receiving plate 5 in an oblique posture so as to be positioned below the end portion.
- Each of the two protrusions 10a extends downward (strictly speaking, inward in the width direction and downward in the vertical direction).
- the protruding portion 10 a is provided in the lower region of the longitudinal ends of the air cell 10.
- the two air cells 10 are arranged so as to be bilaterally symmetrical with respect to the center in the width direction of the seat back S1, and a slight gap is formed between the air cells 10. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the air cell 10 is fixed in a state of being housed inside the outer edge without protruding outside the outer edge of the upper portion 5 u of the pressure receiving plate 5.
- the air cell 10 is fixed at both ends in the longitudinal direction, the air cell 10 is fixed more stably. Further, the fixing positions of the air cells 10 are provided at different positions in the width direction, that is, in the direction along the shoulder width of the seated person. Thereby, the state of the air cell 10 fixed along the seated person's shoulder width, that is, the fixed state becomes stable. And since a fixed state is stabilized, the air cell 10 comes to push a seated person's shoulder appropriately.
- the protrusion part 10a as a to-be-fixed part is provided in the lower area
- Such an effect is effectively achieved by fixing the air cell 10 to the front surface of the pressure receiving plate 5. That is, the air cell 10 bulges forward by being restricted by the pressure receiving plate 5 at the time of bulging. As a result, the air cell 10 comes to bulge appropriately so as to push the seated person's shoulder forward.
- the fixed position of the protrusion 10a of the air cell 10 the relationship between the fixed position and the body of the seated person is considered. More specifically, among the protrusions 10a provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the air cell 10, the fixed position with respect to the protrusion 10a provided at the inner end is determined by the seated person in both the height direction and the width direction. The position is out of the area where the scapula exists.
- the region where the scapula exists is a space region occupied by the scapula shown in FIG. 9, and the position deviated from the region where the scapula exists is a part of the scapula in the front-rear direction. Or it is a position when it arranges so that it may not overlap all.
- the fixing position with respect to the protrusion 10a at the outer end is a region where the trapezius muscle of the seated person exists in both the height direction and the width direction.
- the position is out of the range.
- the region where the trapezius muscle exists is a space region occupied by the trapezius muscle shown in FIG. 9, and the position deviated from the region where the trapezius muscle exists is the position where the protrusion 10a is in the front-rear direction. It is the position when it is placed so as not to overlap part or all of the muscles.
- the arrangement position of the two air cells 10 is a position deviated from the region where the seated person's spine exists in the width direction.
- the position deviated from the region where the spine exists is a position when the protruding portion 10a is arranged so as not to overlap a part of the spine in the front-rear direction.
- the lateral width (length in the width direction) of the air cell 10 becomes shorter than when each air cell 10 extends to a region where the spine exists in the width direction. Will be achieved.
- the side air cell 4 is also substantially rectangular in a front view like the air cell 10 described above, and extends along the longitudinal direction thereof. At both ends in the longitudinal direction, a tongue extending outward along the lateral direction is provided.
- the protrusion part 4a of a shape is provided. That is, in this embodiment, one side air cell 4 includes two protrusions 4a described above, and both the two protrusions 4a protrude in the same direction.
- the side air cell 4 is fixed in a posture in which the longitudinal direction is along the height direction and the protruding portion 4a extends inward in the width direction.
- the side air cell 4 is provided in the surface inside the width direction of the side part frame 2 (strictly side plate 2a). It is provided side by side.
- the lumbar air cell 8 has a square shape when viewed from the front, and is fixed to the pressure receiving plate 5, more specifically, the central portion 5 v at the upper end thereof. Note that there are two fixing positions of the waist air cell 8 on the pressure receiving plate 5 at positions separated from each other in the width direction as shown in FIG.
- Each air cell is fixed to a corresponding fixing member (the pressure receiving plate 5 or the side frame 2) at the fixing position described above.
- the fixing positions of the protrusions 10a and 4a provided in the air cell 10 and the side air cell 4 are positions avoiding the shape sensor 40 and the body pressure sensor 41 as shown in FIG. Such a positional relationship makes it possible to appropriately fix the air cell 10 and the side air cell 4 without affecting the measurement of the shape sensor 40 and the body pressure sensor 41.
- FIG. 10 is a view showing the arrangement positions of the sensors provided in the seat back S1, and in this figure, both air cells are shown in order to show the positional relationship between the air cells 10 and the side air cells 4, respectively. It is illustrated by a broken line. Note that FIG. 10 is schematically illustrated for the purpose of facilitating the explanation. In FIG. 10, a configuration slightly different from the actual structure (for example, the pillar support portion 7 is omitted in FIG. 10) is illustrated. Has been. In FIG. 10, the fixed position of the air cell is indicated by a broken-line circle.
- the resin plate 20 is supported by the pressure receiving plate 5 as described above, and more specifically, is attached to the front surface of the pressure receiving plate 5 (strictly, the central portion 5v) with screws or the like.
- a portion of the resin plate 20 supported by the pressure receiving plate 5 is a boundary portion between the deforming portion 21 and the extending portion 22, more specifically, a portion where the above-described groove 23 is formed. ing.
- the resin plate 20 is supported by the pressure receiving plate 5 at the boundary portion between the deforming portion 21 and the extending portion 22, a trouble occurs when the deforming portion 21 and the extending portion 22 press the body of the seated person.
- the resin plate 20 can be properly supported.
- the position of the portion of the resin plate 20 supported by the pressure receiving plate 5 is a position that spans the region where the seated person's ninth thoracic vertebra exists in both the height direction and the width direction.
- the region where the ninth thoracic vertebra exists is a spatial region occupied by the ninth thoracic vertebra shown in FIG. 9, and the position applied to the region where the ninth thoracic vertebra exists is a part of the ninth thoracic vertebra in the anteroposterior direction or It is the position when it is arranged so as to overlap all. With this positional relationship, the resin plate 20 can be supported more stably.
- the displacement amount when the seated posture of the seat occupant varies is smaller than other portions (variations in other thoracic vertebrae). For this reason, if the support position of the resin plate 20 is applied to the region where the ninth thoracic vertebra exists, the support state of the resin plate 20 becomes more stable.
- each support position of the resin plate 20 and the fixed position of the air cell 10 in the pressure receiving plate 5 are mutually different positions in the width direction.
- the support position of the resin plate 20 is a position avoiding the shape sensor 40 and the body pressure sensor 41 as shown in FIG. With such a positional relationship, the resin plate 20 can be appropriately supported without affecting the measurement of the shape sensor 40 and the body pressure sensor 41.
- FIG. 10 only the deformed portion 21 and the extended portion 22 of the resin plate 20 are shown by broken lines, and the side portions 27 are omitted.
- the support position of the resin plate 20 is shown by a broken star.
- the member for fixing the air cell 10 and the support for the resin plate 20 are configured by the same member, specifically, the single pressure receiving plate 5. It is not something.
- the member for fixing the air cell 10 and the support for the resin plate 20 may be prepared separately, and they may be separate from each other.
- the air cell 10 fixing member is configured by a plate-shaped first plate member 81, and the support for the resin plate 20 is configured by a second plate member 82.
- the first plate member 81 is somewhat wider in the height direction, and is spanned between the pair of side frames 2 in the width direction.
- the air cell 10 is fixed to the front surface of the first plate member 81. That is, the first plate member 81 corresponds to the upper portion 5u of the pressure receiving plate 5, and the air cell 10 is fixed by the same fixing position and fixing method as when the pressure receiving plate 5 is used as a fixing member.
- the fixed positions (shown by broken circles in FIG. 11) of the protrusions 10a provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the air cell 10 are shown in FIG. are provided in the lower region of the front surface of the first plate member 81.
- the height (length of an up-down direction) of the same plate member becomes short. As a result, an increase in size of the first plate member 81 is suppressed.
- the second plate member 82 is somewhat separated downward from the first plate member 81 and extends downward.
- the resin plate 20 is attached to the front surface of the second plate member 82, so that the resin plate 20 is supported by the second plate member 82. That is, the second plate member 82 corresponds to the central portion 5v of the pressure receiving plate 5 and supports the resin plate 20 at the same support position and support method as when the pressure receiving plate 5 is used as a support.
- the support position of the resin plate 20 on the second plate member 82 (shown by a broken star in FIG. 11) is at the upper end of the second plate member 82 as shown in FIG. There are a plurality of locations along the line (three locations in the case shown in FIG. 11).
- the fixing position of the air cell 10 in the first plate member 81 and each supporting position of the resin plate 20 in the second plate member 82 are different from each other in the width direction. That is, by the above positional relationship, interference between the portion of the resin plate 20 supported by the second plate member 82 and the air cell 10 is suppressed, and the resin plate 20 is appropriately supported.
- the member for fixing the air cell 10 may be a plate-like member other than the pressure receiving plate 5, but a member other than the plate-like member may be used.
- the air cell 10 may be fixed to an elastic member stretched between the side frames 2, specifically, a spring member (S spring) or the like.
- FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating a positional relationship between the air cell 10 and the deformable portion 21.
- FIG. 12 shows only the air cell 10 and the resin plate 20.
- the positional relationship between the one end side deformable piece 25 and the air cell 10 is reversed left and right, the positional relationship between the other end side deformable piece 26 and the air cell 10 coincides. For this reason, below, only the positional relationship between the one end side deformable piece 25 and the air cell 10 will be described.
- the air cell 10 and the one end side deformable piece 25 are arranged so that the center positions of both of them substantially coincide.
- the center position of the air cell 10 is a center position in both directions of the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction (direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction) of the air cell 10.
- the center position of the one end side deformable piece 25 is the center position of the one end side deformable piece 25 in both the width direction and the height direction.
- One end in the width direction of the one-end-side deformable piece 25 corresponds to a part located on the outermost side in the one-end-side deformable piece 25, and the other end in the width-direction of the one-end-side deformable piece 25 is as described above. This corresponds to the portion where the tip of the notch 24 is located.
- the air cell 10 is fixed to the pressure receiving plate 5 by the protruding portion 10a provided in the lower region of the both ends in the longitudinal direction.
- the lower region is a region located further below when the air cell 10 is divided by a virtual line that passes through the center position of the air cell 10 and extends along the longitudinal direction of the air cell 10.
- the upper region is a region located further upward when the air cell 10 is divided by the imaginary line.
- an air supply port (not shown) provided in the air cell 10 is located at a position substantially coincident with the center position of the air cell 10 in a front view. Therefore, the air cell 10 starts to bulge preferentially from the center position. For this reason, when the air cell 10 bulges, the unfixed upper region is selectively deformed. Moreover, in the one end side deformation
- the air cell 10 is fixed in an inclined posture so that the outer end portion is positioned below the inner end portion among the end portions in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, when the one end side deformable piece 25 is deformed as the air cell 10 bulges, a broken line passing through the central position of the one end side deformable piece 25 along the longitudinal direction of the air cell 10 in an inclined state is formed. Bends to the base point. Thereby, the force which has the component which goes to the width direction inner side, and the component which goes below comes to act with respect to a seated person's shoulder from shoulder support A1 of seat back S1. As a result, the seated person's shoulder is held so as to be wrapped by the shoulder support A1, so that the sitting posture is stabilized.
- the belt-like support member 31 is composed of a plurality of connected pieces 31a.
- Each piece 31a is made of a metal body that is long in the width direction, and adjacent pieces 31a are connected to each other via a hinge so that one piece 31a can be rotated relative to the other piece 31a.
- belt-shaped support member 31 is comprised because the some fragment
- the ottoman air cell 30 is interposed between the lower wall 71 provided at the front end portion of the cushion frame Sf2 forming the skeleton of the seat cushion S2 and the belt-like support member 31 in the front-rear direction. ing.
- the ottoman air cell 30 has a protrusion 32 at its upper end, and is fixed to the falling wall 71 by a fixing tool such as a screw attached to the protrusion 32.
- said protrusion part 32 is a sheet-like part which has flexibility, and can be bent freely.
- the protruding portion 32 is bent backward and then the protruding portion 32 is lowered so that the expanding and contracting air cell main body is located as far as possible and close to the leg of the seated person. It is fixed to the upper end surface of the wall 71. Accordingly, it is possible to arrange the ottoman air cell 30 further upward as compared with the configuration in which the protruding portion 32 is fixed to the front surface of the falling wall 71. Further, by adopting the above-mentioned fixing method, the direction (indicated by an arrow in FIG. 13) when the air cell body bulges is directed forward and upward, and as a result, the lower knee part of the seated person's leg Can be favorably supported.
- the fixing method of the ottoman air cell 30 is not limited to the above-described content, and may be, for example, the content illustrated in FIG.
- the protrusion 32 is provided at the lower end of the ottoman air cell 30.
- the protruding portion 32 is fixed to the front surface of the falling wall 71.
- the protrusion part 32 is provided in the lower end part of the ottoman air cell 30, it becomes possible to arrange
- the upper portion of the ottoman air cell 30 is not fixed, it easily bulges forward when bulging. As a result, the air cell main body comes closer to the lower part of the leg of the seated person, and as a result, the lower part of the leg of the seated person can be favorably supported.

Abstract
