特許文献1に記載された従来例は、電磁接触器のフレーム裏面側に設けたコイルスプリングを内装してレール側に付勢されたスライダを有するとともに、ケースの内側底面にレールに隣接して先端にフック部を有する支柱を植設し、このフック部をスライダの引掛け孔に係合させる構成を有する。
また、特許文献2に記載された従来例では、スライダを設けることなく、線バネでレールの側縁を押圧する構成となっているので、レール取付部の厚みを薄くすることができる反面、線バネの姿勢が不安定となり、線バネによるレール側縁の押圧を正確に行うことができない場合が生じるという未解決の課題がある。
本発明に係る電気機器としての電磁接触器10は、図1に示すように、互いに連結される第1のフレーム11Aと第2のフレーム11Bとが連結されて構成されている。
第1のフレーム11Aには、図2に示すように、操作用電磁石12が内装されている。第2のフレーム11Bには、図2に示すように、操作用電磁石12によってオン・オフ駆動される接点機構13が内装されている。
接点機構13は、所定距離を保って固定された一対の固定接触子14a,14bと、これら固定接触子14a,14bに対して、接触スプリング16によって保持した可動接触子15が接離可能となるように、前後方向に可動自在に支持された接点支え17とで構成されている。
また、第2のフレーム11Bには、図1に示すように、前端面に固定接触子14aに接続する電源側端子部18a及び補助端子部19aと、固定接触子14bに接続する負荷側端子部18b及び補助端子部19bとが配置されている。
固定コア12Fは、積層鋼板で一体に形成された連結板部12Fa、中央突出板部12Fb、及び上下突出板部12Fc,12Fdを有し、左側面から見てE字状に形成されて、連結板部12Faが有底角筒状部21の底面に固定支持されている。
また、第1のフレーム11Aの有底角筒状部21の取付面となる底面には、図3~5に示すように、壁面等に固定された取付レール30に装着するレール取付装置31が配置されている。
取付レール30は、図2で二点鎖線図示のように、左右方向に延長する取付板部30aと、この取付板部30aの上下端部からそれぞれ前方に延長する水平板部30b,30cと、水平板部30bの前方端から上方に延長する上側フランジ部30d及び水平板部30cの前方端から下方に延長する下側フランジ部30eとで構成されている。
また、上側板部42aには、上端側の正面側に左右にそれぞれ突出する案内片42fが形成されているとともに、下側板部42cには、下端側の正面側に同様に左右にそれぞれ突出する案内片42gが形成されている。
そして、スライダ40を有底角筒状部21の底面に取付けるには、先ず、図7に示すように、スライダ40の主板部41をスライダ収納凹部34に収納する。このとき、弾性係合突起42eをスライダ収納凹部34の突条35に接触させるとともに、案内片42f及び42gをスライダ収納凹部34の底部上端側及び下端側に接触させ、湾曲弾性部43a及び43bを湾曲弾性部収納空間37a及び37bに収納する。ここで、湾曲弾性部43a及び43bの係止板部44e及び45eは、図7に示すように係止部38a及び38bから上方に離間しており、湾曲弾性部43a及び43bは弾発力を生じていない自由長状態にある。
この状態で、スライダ40をスライダ収納凹部34の底面側に押圧して、弾性係合突起42eを開口部42d内に撓ませることにより、案内片42fが案内板部36aの下側の空間に対向することになる。
先ず、図2に示すように、取付レール30を左右方向に延長させて壁面等に固定しておく。
この取付レール30に電磁接触器10を支持させるには、先ず、レール取付装置31の銜合部33a及び33bを、取付レール30の上側フランジ部30dを上方から銜え込むようにして引っ掛ける。
そして、レール装着凹部32の底面が下側フランジ部30eに接触した状態で、スライダ40を下方へ摺動させる力を解除する。これにより、スライダ40が湾曲弾性部43a及び43bの弾発力によって上方に移動して、主板部41の係合部41aが、図2及び図5に示すように、下側フランジ部30eを銜え込む状態となって、電磁接触器10が取付レール30に保持される。
この状態で、電磁接触器10を銜合部33a及び33bと取付レール30の上側フランジ部30dとの接触点を回動中心としてスライダ40側を取付レール30から離れる方向に回動させ、係合部41aが下側フランジ部30eと対向しない状態とする。その後、スライダ40の下方への摺動力を解除してから銜合部33a及び33bによる取付レール30の上側フランジ部30dの銜え込みを外すことにより、電磁接触器10を取付レール30から取り外すことができる。
しかも、スライダ40を熱可塑性の合成樹脂材で主板部41と湾曲弾性部43a及び43bとを一体成型するので、スライダの厚みを、コイルばねを内装したり、線ばねでスライダを付勢する形式の従来例に比較して、薄くしたりすることができる。このため、レール取付装置31の高さを低くして、電磁接触器10の全体の高さを低くすることができ、電磁接触器10の小型化を図ることができる。
また、上記実施形態においては、湾曲弾性部43a及び43bを第1のU字状折り返し部44b及び45bと第2のU字状折り返し部44d及び45dを有して蛇腹状に形成した場合について説明したが、U字状折り返し部を1個又は3個以上形成するようにしてもよい。
Claims (8)
- 電気機器の取付面に固定形成した取付レールの一側縁を銜える銜合部と、
該銜合部と対峙して前記取付レールの他側縁に当該取付レールと交差する方向に摺動可能に保持されたスライダとを備え、
前記スライダは、前記取付レールを銜え込む方向に当該スライダを付勢する湾曲弾性部が一体に形成されている
ことを特徴とする電気機器のレール取付装置。 - 前記スライダは、合成樹脂材で構成され、前記取付レールと交差する方向に延長し、先端に前記取付レールの他側縁を係合する係合部を有する主板部を有し、該主板部の少なくとも一側縁に前記湾曲弾性部が一体に突出形成され、該湾曲弾性部は、前記主板部に一体に形成された基板部と、該基板部の先端側に形成された少なくとも1つのU字状に折り返すU字状折り返し部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機器のレール取付装置。
- 前記U字状折り返し部は、基板部の自由端に連接する第1のU字状折り返し部と、該第1のU字状部で折り返された板部の前記主板部側で折り返す第2のU字状折り返し部と、該第2のU字状折り返し部で折り返された前記取付面に形成された係止部に係合可能な係止板部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気機器のレール取付装置。
- 前記湾曲弾性部は、前記主板部の両側縁に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の電気機器のレール取付装置。
- 前記主板部は、長手方向の両端にそれぞれ前記取付面に形成された案内板部で案内される案内片が突出形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2から4の何れか1項に記載の電気機器のレール取付装置。
- 前記主板部は、前記係合部側の取付面に形成された当該取付面側に突出して傾斜延長する弾性係合突起を有し、該弾性係合突起は、前記スライダを前記取付面に装着する際に、スライダを摺動させることにより、前記取付面に形成された突条を乗り越えてから当該突条の他端部に係合することを特徴とする請求項2から5の何れか1項に記載の電気機器のレール取付装置。
- 前記主板部は、係合部とは反対側の端部に工具挿通孔を有し、該工具挿通孔に工具を挿通して、前記スライダを前記湾曲弾性部の弾発力に抗して摺動させることにより、前記取付レールと係合部との係合状態を離脱可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項2から6の何れか1項に記載の電気機器のレール取付装置。
- 前記電気機器は電磁接触器で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の電気機器のレール取付装置。
