Abstract
Description
前記スライダの下部を前記余長収容ケースの上端に設けた直線方向のスライダ摺動溝に摺動自在に取り付けると共に、前記スライダの上部を前記スライドシートに固定していることを特徴とするスライドシート用ワイヤハーネスの配索装置を提供している。
前記ワイヤハーネスを迂回させて挿通する余長収容ケースを前記スライドシートのシートに固定し、該余長収容ケースの下端面に設けたスライダ摺動溝に前記迂回させたワイヤハーネスを挿通したスライダを摺動自在に取り付けると共に、前記ワイヤハーネスの端部に接続したコネクタを前記スライダの下端に設けたコネクタホルダ部に固定し、
前記スライドシートをスライド自在に搭載するシートレールに前記スライダの下部を固定すると共に、前記ワイヤハーネスの端部の前記コネクタをフロアハーネスと接続しているスライドシート用ワイヤハーネスの配索構造を提供している。
また、該ワイヤハーネスの余長を収容する余長収容ケースはシートレールに固定するのではなくスライドシートに固定し、スライダはスライドシートに固定するのではなくシートレールに固定しており、第1の発明と余長収容ケースとスライダの固定材を逆としている。
図1乃至図8に第1実施形態を示す。
自動車に搭載するスライドシート1は、図4(B)に示すように、シート2の底面から突出した支持軸に取り付けた車輪3を、車室床材4に露出させて設置したシートレー5の嵌合溝5aに前後方向にスライド自在に嵌合している。
該外装材40は本出願人の先願に係わる特願2012-278727号公報に記載のキャタピラ型の組立式のプロテクタからなる。該外装材40は図7(B)に示すように、帯状の平板に長さ方向に延在すると共に幅方向に間隔をあけて設けた4本の折曲ライン40aを折り曲げている。この状態で、幅方向の一端側に突設した係止片40dを他端側に設けた係止穴40nに挿入係止して4角筒型に組み立てている。この組み立てた状態で、長さ方向に間隔をあけて幅方向に設けている切り込み40bにより筒型の外周側を分離し、内周側を連続させ、外周側は屈曲するが内周側は屈曲しない状態で連続している。
ワイヤハーネス10を前記外装材40で外装した状態で余長収容ケース15内で両側面を本体15aの底面と蓋15bとに接触させて移動させており、安定姿勢でワイヤハーネス10を余長収容ケース15内に保持すると共にガタツキなく移動できるようにしている。
まず、フロアハーネス20の幹線から分岐する枝線からなるワイヤハーネス10に、ワイヤハーネス組立工場で余長収容ケース15、スライダ21を組み付ける。
ついで、図8(A)(B)に示す工程で、スライドシート1へワイヤハーネス10を組み付ける。
かつ、余長収容ケース15の上端から突出しているスライダ21の上端の取付部21bをシート2に締結固定すると共に、該スライダ21の上端開口から引き出すワイヤハーネス10の先端のコネクタ9をシートハーネス7のコネクタ8と嵌合する。
さらに、シートレール5の真下の空き空間13に余長吸収ケース15を収容でき、空きスペースの有効利用がはかれる。
前記第1実施形態ではフロアハーネスの幹線から分岐する枝線からなるワイヤハーネス10をスライドシート給電用のワイヤハーネスとしているが、第2実施形態ではスライドシート1の内部に配索するシートハーネス7を延長して余長を有するワイヤハーネス30を連続して設け、該ワイヤハーネス30をフロアハーネス20の枝線20bとコネクタ接続している。
前記ワイヤハーネス30の先端のコネクタ43はシートレール5の下方に配線しているフロアハーネス20の枝線20bの端末のコネクタ45と嵌合する。
他の構成は第1実施形態と同様であるため、説明を省略する

Claims (4)
- 車両に配索されるフロアハーネスの幹線から分岐する枝線をスライドシートへの給電用のワイヤハーネスとして用い、該ワイヤハーネスを余長収容ケース内に挿通すると共に、該余長収容ケースを前記スライドシートをスライド自在に搭載するシートレールに下向きに固定して該シートレールの下部空間に収容し、該余長収容ケース内で迂回させる前記ワイヤハーネスをスライダに通してスライドシート側へ引き出して該スライドシート内のシートハーネスと接続し、
前記スライダの下部を前記余長収容ケースの上端に設けた直線方向のスライダ摺動溝に摺動自在に取り付けると共に前記スライダの上部を前記スライドシートに固定していることを特徴とするスライドシート用ワイヤハーネスの配索装置。 - 前記シートレールに下向き固定する前記余長収容ケースは、車両の前後クロスメンバーの間の空間に収容し、該余長収容ケースは横向きJ形状で、上部に直線移動部を設けていると共に、該直線移動部の下部前端で屈曲し、中央部まで折り返し状に延在する迂回部を備えた形状とし、該迂回部の下部後端に設けた開口にフロア側から前記ワイヤハーネスを挿入している請求項1に記載のスライドシート用ワイヤハーネスの配索装置。
- 車両に搭載するスライドシート内に配索しているシートハーネスを外部に延長してフロアハーネスと接続するスライドシートへの給電用のワイヤハーネスとして用い、
前記ワイヤハーネスを迂回させて挿通する余長収容ケースを前記スライドシートのシートに固定し、該余長収容ケースの下端面に設けたスライダ摺動溝に前記迂回させたワイヤハーネスを挿通したスライダを摺動自在に取り付けると共に、前記ワイヤハーネスの端部に接続したコネクタを前記スライダの下端に設けたコネクタホルダ部に固定し、
前記スライドシートをスライド自在に搭載するシートレールに前記スライダの下部を固定すると共に、前記ワイヤハーネスの端部の前記コネクタをフロアハーネスと接続しているスライドシート用ワイヤハーネスの配索装置。 - 前記スライドシートのシートの底面に前記余長収容ケースを固定し、該余長収容ケースは横向きJ形状で、下部に直線移動部を設けていると共に、該直線移動部の上部に後端で屈曲し、中央部まで折り返し状に延在する迂回部を備えた形状とし、該迂回部の上部前端に設けた開口にシートハーネスと連続するワイヤハーネスを挿入している請求項3に記載のスライドシート用ワイヤハーネスの配索装置。
