Claims (17)
- 투습도가 50 g/m2·day 이하인 제1수지; 및반응성 관능기를 가지는 제2수지를 포함하고,상기 투습도는 제1수지를 100㎛ 두께의 필름으로 제조하여 100℉ 및 100%의 상대 습도 하에서 두께 방향으로 측정된 투습도인 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2수지는 제1수지와 함께 준-상호침투 중합체 네트워크(Semi-IPN)를 형성하는 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1수지는 탈이온수에 대한 접촉각이 80°이상 인 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1수지는 유리전이온도가 0℃ 이하인 봉지 조성물
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1수지는 스티렌 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지, 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리옥시알킬렌 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리염화비닐 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, 폴리페닐렌설파이드 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 아크릴레이트 수지, 에폭시 수지, 실리콘 수지, 불소 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물인 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1수지는 폴리이소부틸렌 수지를 포함하는 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2수지는 제1수지 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 50 중량부로 포함되는 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2수지의 용해도 파라미터와 제1수지의 용해도 파라미터의 차이는 1(cal/cm3)1/2 이하인 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2수지는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 적어도 하나의 반응성 관능기를 갖는 단량체를 포함하는 혼합물의 중합체인 봉지 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 반응성 관능기를 갖는 단량체는 히드록시기 함유 단량체, 카르복실기 함유 단량체, 에폭시기 함유 단량체 또는 질소 함유 단량체인 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 가교제, 에폭시 가교제, 아지리딘 가교제 및 금속 킬레이트 가교제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 다관능성 가교제를 추가로 포함하는 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필름 형태로 제조된 상태에서, 분광 광도계에 의해 측정한 파장 380nm 내지 780nm의 가시광선 영역에 대한 광투과율이 80% 이상인 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수분 흡착제를 추가로 포함하는 봉지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 봉지 조성물로부터 형성된 봉지층을 포함하는 봉지 필름.
- 기판; 상기 기판 상에 형성된 유기전자장치; 및 상기 유기전자장치를 봉지하는 제 15 항에 따른 봉지 필름을 포함하는 유기전자장치 봉지 제품.
- 상부에 유기전자장치가 형성된 기판에 제 15 항에 따른 봉지 필름의 봉지층이 상기 유기전자장치를 커버하도록 적용하는 것을 포함하는 유기전자장치의 제조 방법.
