Abstract
L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de production permettant de produire un film polyimide poreux homogène et très dense et un séparateur équipé dudit film polyimide poreux en éliminant les microparticules de résine d'un film polyimide contenant les microparticules de résine par décomposition thermique. Un procédé de production d'un film polyimide poreux selon la présente invention comprend : une étape de cuisson consistant à cuire un film composite non cuit comprenant un acide polyamique ou un polyimide, des microparticules de résine et un agent de condensation à une température qui est inférieure à la température de décomposition des microparticules de résine afin de produire un film composite polyimide-(microparticules de résine); et une étape d'élimination des microparticules consistant à éliminer les microparticules de résine dudit film composite polyimide-(microparticules de résine).
