- the tightening amount of the union nut can be managed by tightening while measuring the tightening torque using a torque wrench, tightening the specified number of rotations while measuring the number of tightening rotations, and gradually measuring the tightening dimensions with a gap gauge.
- a method of tightening, or a method of separately providing a ring-shaped tightening restricting member that restricts the tightening movement when the union nut has an appropriate tightening amount is known (for example, see Patent Document 2).
- the tightening amount management methods described above a torque error occurs for each tool to be used, so that not only the tightening amount is likely to vary, but the tightening rotation number management method is a reference when measuring the tightening rotation number. Since the rotation position of the union nut is determined by hand tightening or the like, the tightening amount tends to vary. Furthermore, in the gap size management method, the distance traveled in the axial direction with respect to the rotation angle of the union nut is very small, so there is an individual difference depending on the worker at which point the tightening is completed, and the tightening amount tends to vary. .
- the tightening amount management means makes maintenance work of the semiconductor manufacturing apparatus and the like more difficult.

Abstract
