Claims (5)
- 外周部に雄ねじを含み、内周部に環状溝または環状突起を含む筒状の端部を有する継手本体と、
前記継手本体の端部へチューブを接続するスリーブと、
軸方向の一端は前記チューブを受け入れ、他端は前記継手本体の雄ねじにねじ込まれるユニオンナットと
を備え、
前記継手本体は、
前記ユニオンナットが前記継手本体の雄ねじにねじ込まれる際、前記ユニオンナットに接触し、前記ユニオンナットを通して作業者の手に伝わるトルクを急上昇させるように、軸方向と交差して設けられた第1規制部と第2規制部
を有し、
前記ユニオンナットは、前記継手本体の雄ねじにねじ込まれる際、前記第1規制部に接触した後、前記第2規制部に接触するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする管継手。 - 前記第1規制部は、前記ユニオンナットに接触した後には変形して、前記ユニオンナットが前記継手本体の雄ねじに沿って更に進むのを許し、
前記第2規制部は、前記ユニオンナットに接触することで、前記ユニオンナットが前記継手本体の雄ねじに沿って更に進むのを妨げる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管継手。 - 前記第1規制部は前記継手本体の雄ねじよりも径方向において外側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の管継手。
- 前記第2規制部は前記継手本体の雄ねじよりも径方向において内側に位置することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の管継手。
- 前記継手本体は、
前記ユニオンナットが前記継手本体の雄ねじにねじ込まれる際、前記ユニオンナットに接触し、前記ユニオンナットを通して作業者の手に伝わるトルクを急上昇させるように、軸方向と交差して設けられた第3規制部
を更に有し、
前記ユニオンナットは、前記継手本体の雄ねじにねじ込まれる際、前記第2規制部に接触した後、前記第3規制部に接触するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管継手。
