Claims (6)
- 継手の筒状本体にチューブを接続するための円筒状のスリーブであって、
前記筒状本体の周壁端部と対向する第1周壁端部と、
前記チューブの開口端部に圧入される第2周壁端部と
を備え、
前記第1周壁端部は、
前記筒状本体の周壁端部が含む環状溝に圧入される環状突起、または前記筒状本体の周壁端部が含む軸方向へ突出した環状突起が圧入される環状溝
を有し、
前記第2周壁端部は、
前記チューブの開口端部の径を内側から拡げるための膨出部
を有し、
前記第1周壁端部の外周部は、
前記筒状本体の周壁端部と軸方向で対向するフランジ
を有し、
前記フランジは、角を前記筒状本体の周壁端部と接触させることにより、前記筒状本体の軸方向に対する前記スリーブの軸の傾きが許容上限を超えるのを阻止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするスリーブ。 - 前記フランジは前記筒状本体の周壁端部から軸方向に間隔を開けて配置されており、
前記間隔は、前記筒状本体の軸方向に対する前記スリーブの軸の傾きが許容上限に達すると前記フランジの角が前記筒状本体の周壁端部と接触するように設計されている
請求項1に記載のスリーブ。 - 前記フランジは、前記筒状本体の周壁端部と圧着してシール構造を形成するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のスリーブ。
- 前記フランジは、前記シール構造を形成する部分に軸方向に対する傾斜面を含む、請求項3に記載のスリーブ。
- チューブが接続される継手であって、
周壁端部に、軸方向へ伸びている雄ねじを含む筒状本体と、
前記筒状本体の周壁端部へ前記チューブを接続するスリーブと、
一方からは前記チューブが内側に挿入され、他方からは前記筒状本体の周壁端部の雄ねじが内側にねじ込まれるナットと
を備え、
前記スリーブは、
前記筒状本体の周壁端部と対向する第1周壁端部と、
前記チューブの開口端部に圧入される第2周壁端部と
を備え、
前記第1周壁端部は、
前記筒状本体の周壁端部が含む環状溝に圧入される環状突起、または前記筒状本体の周壁端部が含む軸方向へ突出した環状突起が圧入される環状溝
を有し、
前記第2周壁端部は、
前記チューブの開口端部の径を内側から拡げるための膨出部
を有し、
前記第1周壁端部の外周部は、
前記筒状本体の周壁端部と軸方向で対向するフランジ
を有し、
前記フランジは、角を前記筒状本体の周壁端部と接触させることにより、前記筒状本体の軸方向に対する前記スリーブの軸の傾きが許容上限を超えるのを阻止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする継手。 - 前記ナットのうち前記スリーブの膨出部を囲む部分の内径が、前記スリーブの膨出部の外径に前記チューブの厚みを加えた大きさ以下であることにより、前記スリーブの膨出部の外周面が前記ナットの内周面から前記チューブの開口端部越しに径方向の圧力を受ける、請求項5に記載の継手。
