Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明に実施の形態に係るNCプログラム編集装置の構成を示すブロック図である。NCプログラム編集装置100は、NCプログラムを編集するための装置である。NCプログラムは、数値制御装置を制御するプログラムである。数値制御装置は、NCプログラムに基づいて工作機械を動作させることによって、加工対象物である素材(加工前の被加工物)を加工し、加工仕上がり形状を有した製品(加工後の被加工物)を形成する。
Claims (11)
- 数値制御プログラム(NCプログラム)を構成する加工単位毎に記載された寸法情報または位置情報である属性情報に基づいて、3次元の仮想空間における位置情報を有する3次元の加工形状を加工単位毎に生成する加工形状生成部と、
前記属性情報を前記NCプログラムから抽出するとともに、対応する加工形状に応じた3次元の位置情報を前記抽出した属性情報に対応付ける属性処理部と、
前記NCプログラムをプログラム表示画面に、前記加工形状が有する位置情報に応じて前記仮想空間に配置した当該加工形状を斜投影した投影図を形状表示画面に、夫々表示するとともに、前記NCプログラムを編集する入力を前記プログラム表示画面を介して受け付けたとき、前記入力された内容を前記NCプログラムに反映させる表示画面制御部と、
を備え、
前記表示画面制御部は、前記抽出された属性情報を前記形状表示画面のうちの当該属性情報に対応付けられた位置情報に応じた位置に表示する、
ことを特徴とする数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記表示画面制御部は、前記形状表示画面において当該形状表示画面に表示中の任意の属性情報を選択する入力を受け付けたとき、前記プログラム表示画面に表示中の前記NCプログラムのうちの前記選択された属性情報の記載箇所にカーソルを移動させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記表示画面制御部は、前記プログラム表示画面において当該プログラム表示画面に表示中の任意の属性情報を選択する入力を受け付けたとき、前記形状表示画面に表示中の属性情報のうちの前記選択された属性情報を強調表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記表示画面制御部は、前記形状表示画面において複数の属性情報の表示が重なる場合には、表示が重なり合う属性情報のうちの1つのみを表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記NCプログラムを構成する加工単位は、前記属性情報が記載される項目を複数備え、
項目毎に予め優先度が設定され、
前記表示画面制御部は、前記表示が重なり合う属性情報のうちの最も高い優先度が設定された項目にかかる属性情報を表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記属性処理部は、前記NCプログラムに基づいて、加工形状毎にワーク座標原点およびワーク座標系が備える各軸の向きを記述するワーク座標情報を生成し、
前記表示画面制御部は、前記ワーク座標情報に基づいて前記形状表示画面にワーク座標原点およびワーク座標系が備える各軸の向きを示すワーク座標オブジェクトを表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記NCプログラムを構成する加工単位は、工具の軌跡の始点および終点の位置情報が属性情報として記載される加工単位を含み、
前記表示画面制御部は、前記形状表示画面に、前記工具の軌跡の形状を前記始点から前記終点に向かう矢印を用いて表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記属性処理部は、前記抽出した属性情報が未設定である場合、当該未設定の属性情報に所定の初期値の位置情報を対応付け、
前記表示画面制御部は、前記抽出された未設定の属性情報を当該未設定の属性情報に対応付けられた初期値の位置情報に応じた位置に、未設定である旨を示す様態で表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - 前記加工形状に基づいて前記仮想空間における位置情報を有する3次元の仕上がり形状を生成する仕上がり形状生成部をさらに備え、
前記表示画面制御部は、前記形状表示画面に、前記仕上がり形状が有する位置情報に応じて前記仮想空間に配置した当該仕上がり形状を斜投影した投影図を表示する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか一項に記載の数値制御プログラム編集装置。 - NCプログラムを構成する加工単位毎に記載された寸法情報または位置情報である属性情報に基づいて、コンピュータが、3次元の仮想空間における位置情報を有する3次元の加工形状を加工単位毎に生成するステップと、
前記コンピュータが、前記属性情報を前記NCプログラムから抽出するとともに、対応する加工形状に応じた3次元の位置情報を前記抽出した属性情報に対応付けるステップと、
前記コンピュータが、前記NCプログラムをプログラム表示画面に、前記加工形状が有する位置情報に応じて前記仮想空間に配置した当該加工形状を斜投影した投影図を形状表示画面に、夫々表示するステップと、
前記コンピュータが、前記抽出された属性情報を前記形状表示画面のうちの当該属性情報に対応付けられた位置情報に応じた位置に表示するステップと、
前記コンピュータが、前記NCプログラムを編集する入力を前記プログラム表示画面を介して受け付けたとき、前記入力された内容を前記NCプログラムに反映させるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする数値制御プログラム編集方法。 - コンピュータに、
NCプログラムを構成する加工単位毎に記載された寸法情報または位置情報である属性情報に基づいて、3次元の仮想空間における位置情報を有する3次元の加工形状を加工単位毎に生成する機能と、
前記属性情報を前記NCプログラムから抽出するとともに、対応する加工形状に応じた3次元の位置情報を前記抽出した属性情報に対応付ける機能と、
前記NCプログラムをプログラム表示画面に、前記加工形状が有する位置情報に応じて前記仮想空間に配置した当該加工形状を斜投影した投影図を形状表示画面に、夫々表示する機能と、
前記抽出された属性情報を前記形状表示画面のうちの当該属性情報に対応付けられた位置情報に応じた位置に表示する機能と、
前記NCプログラムを編集する入力を前記プログラム表示画面を介して受け付けたとき、前記入力された内容を前記NCプログラムに反映させる機能と、
を実現させるためのプログラム。
