先端部が前記第1の搬送台車に取り付けられ、基端部が前記走行路に固定され、基端部と先端部との間でU字状に折り返し、かつ走行路の一側方に配置されて、第1の搬送台車に給電する可撓性の第1のケーブルガイドと、
先端部が前記第2の搬送台車に取り付けられ、基端部が前記走行路に固定され、基端部と先端部との間でU字状に折り返し、かつ走行路の他側方に配置されて、第2の搬送台車に給電する可撓性の第2のケーブルガイドとから成る、搬送設備。 - 前記第1のケーブルガイド及び第2のケーブルガイドは、先端部が基端部に対し上方にU字状に折り返すように配置され、
走行路の走行方向中心から見て第2の搬送台車寄りのエリアでかつ前記走行路の一側方に、第1のケーブルガイドを下方から支持する第1の支持部材が設けられ、
走行路の走行方向中心から見て第1の搬送台車寄りのエリアでかつ前記走行路の他側方に、第2のケーブルガイドを下方から支持する第2の支持部材が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1の搬送設備。 - 前記第1の支持部材と第2の支持部材はそれぞれ、間隔を置いて配置されている複数個のブラケットと、複数個のローラとから成り、前記ローラは前記ブラケットに回転自在に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項2の搬送設備。
- 第1のケーブルガイドの基端部は、走行路の中央部で、かつ前記第1の搬送台車寄りのエリア内の位置に固定され、
第1のケーブルガイドは、第1の搬送台車が前記第1の搬送台車寄りのエリアに位置する際には、走行路の床面に接する状態からU字状に折り返し、第1の搬送台車が前記第2の搬送台車寄りのエリアに位置する際には、基端部付近からU字状に折り返して、走行路の床面から浮いた状態で、前記第1の支持部材により支持され、
第2のケーブルガイドの基端部は、走行路の中央部で、かつ前記第2の搬送台車寄りのエリア内の位置に固定され、
