Claims (7)
- 巻き芯に巻き取られた巻取り状態のコンベヤベルトを保持するコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具において、
前記巻取り状態のコンベヤベルトが載置される受け台と、この受け台の両端部と前記巻き芯の両端部のそれぞれ対応する端部同士を連結する連結部材とを備え、前記受け台が前記巻取り状態のコンベヤベルトの外周面に沿う円弧状の載置部を有すると共に、この受け台を平坦面上に置いた際に受け台を一定位置に不動状態にする接地部を有することを特徴とするコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具。 - 前記載置部の円弧長が、前記巻取り状態のコンベヤベルトの外周長の20%~45%に設定されている請求項1に記載のコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具。
- 前記連結部材の連結長さを調整する長さ調整部が設けられている請求項1又は2に記載のコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具。
- 前記連結部材が前記受け台のそれぞれの端部に一対設けられ、この一対の連結部材が前記巻き芯との連結部を頂角とするように連結されて、この頂角が30°~120°に設定されている請求項1,2又は3に記載のコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具。
- 前記受け台にフォークリフトのフォーク爪先挿入部が設けられている請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のコンベヤベルト搬送保持具。
- 巻き芯に巻き取られた巻取り状態のコンベヤベルトを保持するコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具において、
前記巻取り状態のコンベヤベルトが載置される受け台と、前記巻き芯を芯軸方向に貫通する支持軸と、前記受け台の両端部と前記支持軸の両端部のそれぞれ対応する端部同士を連結する支持軸連結部材と、前記受け台と前記巻き芯とを連結する連結部材とを備え、前記受け台が前記巻取り状態のコンベヤベルトの外周面に沿う円弧状の載置部を有すると共に、この受け台を平坦面上に置いた際に受け台を一定位置に不動状態にする接地部を有することを特徴とするコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具。 - 前記載置部に設置されるスペーサを備えた請求項6に記載のコンベヤベルト搬送用保持具。
